Surviving Valencia by Holly Tierney-Bedord, 4 stars.
This is a story that twist and turns your heart strings. It really does make you think about your own childhood life experiences and how that has possibly shaped you into the by person you are today.
I absolutely loved how Holly integrated the past and present tense to build up the story of mystery, secrets and life changing events that led the main character where she is now.
This isn’t the first novel I’ve read by Holly and it most certainly won’t be the last.
