Murder Creek by Jane Suen. Let me just say I LOVED this book! I started reading it and I read it til the very end. Its the story of a young journalist, Eve Sawyer who decides to investigate a closed case in Murder Creek. Its the case of a missing girl named Lacey Walken. The only clue is a bloody scarf found along the rivers edge years ago. Lacey’s friends aren’t willing to talk to Eve about any of this and she knows they are with holding information. As Eve digs further and further into the case she starts getting threats which excites Eve but also scares her. It must mean she’s getting closer to solving this cold case!
