A couple of things happened as I read this book…
1. I want to create my own furniture
2. I’m glad I am still in touch with my “friend since the womb”
3. I really really want a Cricut(tm) machine of my own
4. Regarding 1&3 I always start strong with new adventures, but rarely finish so I will stick to reading about them 🙂

On to the review…

Quick character development. Strong female characters. Great friendships (even when they are annoying). Handy men who are handy. This book was a quick read that held my attention from beginning to end.

With the great world building in this story, I am looking forward to the next in the series.
