Proper Impulse (Jaded Lily Book 4) by Zeia Jameson.
4 out of 5 stars
Milo Cipriani. What a strong name. If I was a dude, I would want a name like Milo Cipriani. Proper Impulse is the 4th installment in the Jaded Lily series. This series is amazing. We first meet Milo in the previous books and I will be honest, he wasn’t left on pretty terms.
Milo is a police officer who takes his job very, very seriously. He is stern, uptight and a stick shoved up his rear. He meets his match when he comes face to face with his exact opposite, Juniper. Juniper is free-spirited, fun loving and will wear her heart on her sleeve. She is willing to bend the rules just a little if it means doing the right thing in the long run.
Opposites really do attract in this blizzard meeting of Milo and Juniper. This book is dual point of view, which is very refreshing and gives unique insights to each character as the development grows with and between each one.
This book can be read as a standalone. Myself, I highly recommend reading all books in series order as the author intended.
Beautiful story, fantastic characters and another ballpark smash for Ms. Jameson.
