It really amazes me about genetic killers. I enjoyed this book because you never know who you’re chatting with and it was a good reminder. This book also proves just because you have witnessed something horrific does not mean you have to do it. It was a different book with a twist. Looking forward to reading more of this author.

THE GOD (HER THREE IMMORTALS BOOK 2) by HAZEL STORM – Review by Kerry Carr

The God (Her Three Immortals, #2)The God by Hazel Storm
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I really enjoyed this  book. This is the 2nd book in the Her Three Immortals Series. I would definitely recommend reading the books in order as in the first book we are introduced to the characters that are in this book too.

We are back with Vanessa. Since she gave her soul to Grey(the don of the underworld) to save her brother Piper, she now finds herself dead and living with Grey in his apartment. Why did the judges place her there no one knows but she is planning on finding out.

The underworld is a world of grey. No colour anywhere. That is until Vanessa with the help of Grey and Reaf’s brother Aroz she learns how to put colour back into this world.
With the feelings and connection between the three brothers and Vanessa growing can they learn to share her or will it all end in disaster. Add to this the mission Vanessa finds herself on to help save Grey’s brother Adonis from becoming a loss soul and its an action packed story.
If Vanessa can save Adonis will Grey’s outlook on life change? Will she ever be reunited with her love Reaf? And what part with Grey and Aroz make in her love life?

THE GOD (HER THREE IMMORTALS BOOK 2) by HAZEL STORM – Review by Alexandra Leith

The God (Her Three Immortals, #2)The God by Hazel Storm
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

The God is book 2 in the “Her Three Immortals” series and it picks up right where book 1 left off. Vanessa is in the Underworld with Grey and is stuck in his penthouse where she meets wonderful characters like a serpent haired woman on a mirror and a giant catapiller who eats everything. Vanessa and her new friends are faced with many obstacles that they have to solve on their own. But first she has to get the stubborn elevator to actually work for her so she can leave the penthouse.

I absolutely loved this book! We get to see Vanessa come into her own and make her way in the Underworld. We also get to learn a lot more about Grey and how he ticks. There is lots of adventure, a little suspense, romance and many many laughs. This book is definitely more steamy than the last, but who doesn’t love that? I can’t wait to start book 3 to see what Vanessa will do next.

Bake Believe AUDIO BOOK by Cori Cooper – Review by Barbara Stegall

This is a very light read well listen to book. It took me a few chapters to get pulled in. Pre-teens, younger siblings, and a little something extra what could go wrong? There were parts that had me laughing and I just love when a book can do that. This is a perfect book for when you want something light, funny, and a little different. Now I want to bake! Or just to have some really good bake goods. Hope they make me feel good!

Sexy Gods and the underworld.
Unputdownable – what a ride. This series is just getting better and better. The setting and characters are amazing. Vanessa is a strong FMC and stays true to herself. There is substance to the storyline, a mystery to unravel and the slow burn starts to ramp up in this book. A bit of a sneak peek into book 3 has me anxiously wanting it now!

Journeys Through SpaceTime (Journeys Through Book 1) by James Talisman – Review by Angela Shirley

Journeys Through SpaceTimeJourneys Through SpaceTime by James Talisman
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

One voice links the multiple beings from multiply dimensions but can they find the meaning behind it.

Can they with help from special mentors along the way battle against the evil which is trying to destroy them and overcome to help the good win.

I have to say this is not normally a genre that interests me at all but I was recommended it to read and although at first it took a few chapters to get into it I thoroughly enjoyed the overall story. The book opens up to make you think about your views and aspects of multi realities and space and it was a brilliant world that was conjured up with the pages of this book.

I do have to say if you are not good at reading or following multiply perspectives and narratives in a book this may not be a book for you. Although this add the dimension to the book that I really enjoyed. The characters where so different and unique in the way they were portrayed and written that the story flowed brilliantly and engaging.

As this the first book in this authors collection I thought it was a great effort and will continue to read the next book in this progression through reality.

The Third Nanny (Secrets of Redemption) by Michele PW (Pariza Wacek) – Review by Nakyshia Leger

The Third NannyThe Third Nanny by Michele Pariza Wacek
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Surprising until the very end! I adore books that keep you guessing, and Michele PW kept me guessing. The Third Nanny was so thrilling to read. I quickly fell in love with Janey and wanted nothing more than to see her reunited with her sister. Every character in the book is cleverly written. Twists and turns played with my emotions like not many books can do. Just when I thought I had it figured out, I was proved wrong and surprised again. The biggest shock of all was the ending! I’m so glad I found this book!

This Sci-Fi creation takes your imagination on whirlwind of 5 different individuals as they navigate personal beliefs, personal struggles, and the overall connection they each somehow have. Its such a fun story that you cant help but want to read from start to finish with no distractions. The relatable characters and life lessons no matter the world they inhabit made the story even more lifelike.
There were so many things about this book that can be said! James Talisman took us on quite the adventure with his Multiverse and the many different characters who inhabit it. The worlds were wonderfully crafted with the most well thought out characters and their intricately woven stories. This book was a complete page turner, and has me revved up for the sequel.
