Sophia had escaped from her abusive boyfriend and started a new life. She was just getting her feet back under her when she received a text from “him”. Where is he? Is he close? Will she have to pick up and run again?
Theo is immediately taken with the red-haired beauty that drops her phone in front of him. As he picks it up to return it to her, she looks as if she’s seen a ghost. What has her so scared? Being a detective, this is a mystery he feels compelled to solve. This is a quick read that you will stick with until you’re finished. Very likable characters and storyline.
