She is lonely and filled with dark thoughts until one of her hunts turns into a rescue mission for a young werewolf. After she rescues the werewolf, Jonah, he immediately imprints on her causing her dark and dreary life to be less so.
Dag, a Daywalker, is one of few of his kind left. Years ago both the Daywalkers and the Webmakers were eradicated by other supernatural species. Thinking Webmakers were extinct, he was shocked when he saw one waltz into his bar. Dag is immediately interested in Aranha’s existence. At the same time, vampires are up to something and it is up to Dag, Aranha and Jonah to find out exactly what.
I really enjoyed this book, the other took a really interesting concept and turned it into an incredible adventure.

A Hundred Wishes is part of the Band of Sisters series. I haven’t read any of the others, but I likely will. I really enjoyed this book and the writing style. While it was narrated by a 3rd person perspective, there are parts that are more focused on each character and their feelings. I like that it was romantic, and had some hot scenes, but wasn’t overly graphic and raunchy. The developing relationship between Gina and Bryce was sweet. The characters are very real and down to earth. Their feelings and problems are realistic. I like the bond Gina has with her “sisters” and Bryce with his friends and family. There are parts that made me laugh and nearly cry. The ending though, really? REALLY?! How could you do that to us??? Now I NEED to read the next book for sure!

This is the third book in the series and yet again I was captivated. The phenomenal world building and character development continue in this book. I couldn’t put it down till I was finished. This was such a sweet story! I wished I could have made it last longer! I cannot wait to read more from the Brides of Broken Arrow series. Noah and Mary’s story was so heartfelt and really was relatable in the sense that I am sure many couples go through insecurities in their own way with new budding romance. I read it in one sitting and couldn’t have been happier with the book! Mary and Noah and even his brothers were just so easy to fall in love with! Couldn’t recommend enough!

The Mesmerist by Claire Luana was a book that I could not wait to read. I never hesitate to pick up a book by Claire Luana because I know that there is an adventure waiting for me. I was not disappointed at all. This book is full of adventure. Around every curve, there is something else to surprise me. The characters are complex and fully developed. This story is about the Royal family and the trouble they are in. Adrijana is the village girl who gains access to the court when the queen was pushed to her death. She has a lot on her plate and she is trying to mount an investigation and she needs to do it quickly. I highly recommend this book to see what happens to Adrijana and her investigation.

This is my first read by this author and I enjoyed this alot. Was pretty fast paced, coming in at just under 200 pages so made for a quick read as well. Was a really great story but i felt I wanted more in some places but thats me being greedy. Sofia (Tia) is a woman who is hiding from her past, a dangerous past and she thought that after a year in hiding, she may be finally free from that which haunts her, but when she receives a text reminding her that there is no escape. Theo is a Detective who is recovering from a deadly wound and trying to keep focussed on that so that he can get back to work sooner rather than later.
One one snowy day near Christmas, it starts out as any other day, however, when Sofia and Theo literally bump into each other when Sofia isn’t concentrating and her phone shoots out of her hand as a consequence, this leads Theo to give it back to her and it is at this moment that their lives change. Their eyes connect and everything around them is forgotten as she becomes tongue tied and he just tries to get an answer from her, but the spell is broken when reality comes back in and they carry on with their day.
The only problem is that they bump into each other again, however, as soon as Sofia finds out that he is a detective, her walls slam down and she shuts him out, but he is not going to give up on her that easily and it doesn’t help that Sofia cannot stop thinking about Theo, despite the fact that he is a cop. Neither of them can deny that their is an attraction there, but danger lies around every corner for them. Will Sofia open her heart again despite everything pointing to the contrary opinion and will Theo be able to convince Sofia that he is not what she expects a Detective to be? This is a fast paced romance which is action packed and full of twists and turns which will keep you hooked and on the edge of your seat throughout.

What a fantastic addition to an already amazing series. If you haven’t read the first two books yet I would recommend doing so immediately. With each new book that comes out I have found the series is going from strength to strength. I am always instantly hooked on the writing and genuinely can’t wait to see what is going to happen. The book is imaginative and so well written. I have come to learn not to start reading one of these books unless I have time to finish it because I just don’t want to put it down. This was a brilliant book that I cannot rate highly enough.

The last meeting between Sofia and her ex left Sofia broken in more than one way. His status as a police officer and his family’s reputation in the area makes it even more difficult for Sofia to feel safe. Sofia runs away and begins a new life under a new name. She lives looking over her shoulder for a year before he finds her. An eerie text message from him has resounding effects.
Theo Ellis was on his way to the gym to start working out after on the job injury left him on desk duty. Theo ran into a beautiful woman that won’t leave his mind. When Theo realizes where she was headed, he knows that he has a second chance to impress this mystery woman. Theo introduces himself and explains that he is a police detective, Tia states that she doesn’t trust the police and walks out of his life. Every protective and cop instinct tells Theo that Tia is in trouble and needs help but it won’t be easy to get her to let him in. A few days later, Theo happens to have an appointment at the holistic healing center where Tia works. Somehow he convinces Tia/Sofia to give him a chance.
When a second eerie text comes in while they are at dinner, Theo kicks plans into high gear. Soon, Tia finds herself living in Theo’s home and under his protection. Will she be able to trust another police officer to keep her safe? Can she fight her past to allow happiness with Theo?
Don’t blink! This book moves fast and hauls you along for the ride. The couple is steamy. The action non-stop. The book is un-put-downable!! I hope the author can keep this pace with the rest of the series!!

I like finding new authors and I also like new series. I found that this author has a very unique world she has created and really draws the reader in. I really like how the characters are unique and refreshing. I was certainly drawn into this new world and I was not wanting to put the book down.
I like how there is tension as well as a bit of romance. The book is well balanced. I was drawn in with the tension of the factions and just didn’t want to put the book down till I saw how things would end. I look forward to reading more from this author and also see how this series progresses.

This young adult fantasy mystery will draw you in immediately. Having never read anything by this author, something was intriguing about the short synopsis that first drew me to this book. As with any new-to-me author, I was skeptical but I’m so relieved to find that this book was one of the best YA fantasy books I’ve ever read.
The flow of storytelling is so incredibly polished that the reader becomes immersed in the world of Adrjssia from the first page. Claire Luana does an eloquent job of setting the tone and atmosphere of this new world without drowning the reader in minute details. This story could have easily been drawn out into multiple books but it works perfectly as a stand-alone tale. I am a reader who typically tries to figure out the mystery before the narrator does. However, this was not the case in this book. The reading was easy enough to follow along while gripping to keep me drawn to the moment instead of jumping ahead. There’s an expertly practiced balance between the mystery, depth of the characters, and seductiveness of journeying with Adrijana.
Overall, this book deserves nothing less than five stars.

This is book four in this amazing series. You could read this as a stand-alone story, but there are quite a few returning characters and familiar faces that make this story even more enjoyable.
Elena is in hiding. Most of her family and friends think she’s dead, it’s safer for them that way. But when the past catches up with her she’s forced to face it and she finds help in an unexpected place. Safe to say, I love this story. I’ve read several books by this author and she never fails to have me hooked. The characters are very relatable, and they have amazing chemistry. It’s not smooth sailing for Elena and Marco, but their relationship grows and strengthens throughout. I also really enjoy the mafia ‘family’ dynamics and getting updates and characters I’ve read about previously. Another must-read!
I love paranormal stories to begin with and this one did not disappoint. I love when authors come up with different ways of how they interrupt the paranormal, its so refreshing and really makes me think about it. Aranha is an amazing character and the love she has for helping and making everything good. I always enjoy back stories to a character and this one didn’t disappoint, it really makes you understand the character more, and what they have been thou. I loved how creative the characters are in this book. This book was very well written and captivating, it kept me entertained the whole time.

I am a huge fan of this gifted author. The first two books hooked me and held me deep as I read and this one was certainly no different. The story brings you in the world to which the characters reside, and bring on so much development as use of description to make you really feel you are right with the characters.
I would defiantly say this one, is my favorite so far. I feel the author is so talented, they keep introducing new things to the next installment to keep the reader interested and for sure wanting more. I can never get enough of this series. Fantasy, space, good vs. evil, what’s not to love truly? I found the description use for the senses the author uses, sensational! Its really fine wok to achieve that I find, and the power it brings over you as you envision, is unlike no other!
What I love about this series, and this book especially, is the the way the book captivates and makes my mind work. It makes me use parts of my brain that I normally do not. It makes me think. Plain and simple. In a good way! The face flows very nicely and there is not a dull moment in this book. Wonderful and amazing read, I would not recommend passing this book up or the books prior in the series!

This book was outstanding. A battle of good and evil through the multiverse. You can’t help but jump into the book because the “twins” pull you in from the first two books. Their adventures continue with the Lightseekers against the DoH. The author does an excellent job portraying these characters. From the Masters of Shimbalah to Zenon the wolve-man who roams the woods around it. I personally loved how the book traveled throughout the multiverse. There were separate teams at work to save the Earth spread out. This book really is so amazing. It makes you think and wonder about things. I really loved it and highly recommend it and the whole series. I would give it more than a 5 if I could. I look forward to reading more.

This contemporary romantic suspense story had me gripped from start to finish. Tia is a women on the run from an abusive ex boyfriend, her real name is Sofia. Tia is in hiding and not looking forward to spending the holidays on her own, when she receives an anonymous text message. Having stayed away from men, and especially cops she is surprised when she is fascinated by Theo, a detective, who is determined to find out the truth surrounding her. Theo, is recovering from a serious wound but the more he learns about Tia/Sofia he wants to help her. He is surprised when he feels the need to protect her, not just because she’s in danger but because she is his, and he protects what is his. The storyline had plenty of romance, drama and suspense to keep me happily turning the pages, and the plot twists kept me guessing until the last page. I felt engaged with the characters, especially Sophia and Theo and enjoyed seeing their relationship develop. Their chemistry really came across in the writing, and the author brought both them and the setting to life with her descriptive narrative. This is a new author to me, and I look forward to reading more of her novels.

Aranha chacter is nicely written. Dag honestly I struggled with the name as it reminded me of a YouTuber. The characters however did have a great connection and that what is brought into the book. I would highly recommend reading this for you teenagers.

Once I started reading this book I was drawn to these characters Theo and Tia, who is actually Sofia. Theo just happens to be a cop on leave on his way to the gym to aid his recovery from an on the job injury when he literally runs smack into Tia. Tia is a woman on the run. She is running from her abusive, controlling, emotionally destroying ex Dane who happens to be a cop in another department. They have an immediate attraction to each other. Although Theo and Tia don’t realize how closely connected their cases really are. I’m usually not one to read books that are on the shorter side, the longer the better usually, but I think the author packed so much into the pages of this book that I did not feel like the story lacked at all. It moved along quickly but I didn’t feel let down and it didn’t detract from the story at all. Etched in this moment was a good romance that ended up being a wild ride to the finish!

Can I call this author the King of Worldbuilding and character development? Because that’s what he is! This series was so good and exciting. It kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time and I still want more. If you haven’t read this series stop what you are doing and read it now!

This is the third book in this authors Journeys Through series, a series that I believe should be read in order as each new book continues following characters from previous books.
Having read the previous books of the series I had high hopes for this one, and I was not disappointed. Just like the rest of this series this one kept me thoroughly entertained the whole way through and almost in awe of the imagination this author has.
I will say that this is one of the most detailed books and series I’ve ever read, which at times I found slightly overwhelming because it’s a lot to take in, but it didn’t take away from the amazing one-of-a-kind storyline.
I look forward to reading more from this author in the future!

I loved this book, it seemed like a good reference to the court process. It was informative and entertaining. I give this four stars only because it seemed a bit slow in the middle. This kept me guessing the entire time though and the character development in our female MC. Oh the secrets that emerge, Let’s just say she handled it well. I personally would have minded my business cause it got real. Most of the book she gave me Kate Beckett vibes. The twists and turns can’t be explained without spoilers but you definitely need to read this. I didn’t read the first book but I wasn’t lost. I love the defense attorney, I would definitely read I book from his point of view. This author keeps you on edge and I love the legal plot. It wasn’t over dramatic it was just enough. I would read this again and recommend it for book club.

I enjoyed this fantasy story. This is the third book in this series which I highly suggest reading the previous two books. This is a standalone series but to help your enjoyment of this series and this author, it would be helpful to read them. I have enjoyed this author’s writing style and books from the first one I picked up. The characters pull you in from the beginning and they bring the story to life. This book is no different. It is a well written story that is full of action and is a battle for the future. I found this book to be fast paced and hard to put down. The growth of the plot and the characters are great throughout the story. It made the story easy and entertaining to read. You don’t want to miss what happens next in this series. I highly recommend this book and this author.

Delightfully different I absolutely loved this book. Captivating and well written, this book kept me intrigued right through until the end. Such a unique concept which was delivered brilliantly. Aranha was very easy to like and I connected with her instantly. Dag was an interesting character. I really enjoyed the dual POV and getting into their thoughts and motivations. With action and a bit of romance this paranormal adventure is not to be missed.

I’m always on the lookout for a book that I can easily sink into and this one definitely provided that. The characters are relatable and easy to connect with. Sofia is a strong character taking back her life and I loved reading it. It’s got romance, drama, suspense and a dash of steam to heat up the pages. It’s a faster paced story that I couldn’t put down. Well written with characters you can’t help but love. This is a new to me author and I’m definitely excited to see what other stories I can find. Four huge stars and highly recommended!
