Loved this book! Full of feelings and understanding. If you’ve been following this series, this book is organized differently from the rest. Joker is a member of the Satan’s Devils Vegas chapter, then he transfers to the Tucson chapter.. This is his new family. What they don’t know, is that his own family has shunned him and despised him into seeking acceptance anywhere else but at home. Joker hides his true self because he has been convinced that he is an abomination. Lady’s Man is new to the Satan’s Devils MC. And Joker hates his guts. He’s never done anything to make him dislike him, so he’s concerned. Lady’s Man doesn’t know that he is Joker’s only chance at being able to accept who he is and possibly learn to love himself. Read this book, it changed my perspective and made me understand love in more clarity. This book has aggressive moments, parts where people fall apart, and times where they are put back together.

This was such a cute story! We have the playboy actor who gets caught in a compromising position who’s trying to save his rep. His leading lady (aka HEA) is a regular woman who’s spent a good part of her recent life dedicated to her sister. Very different personalities that are trying to accomplish a goal. The dual POV helps the reader get to know the characters and connect with the story. This is the second book in this series but can be read as a standalone. So good!

5 Stars Nite Fire: Exit Strategy Audiobook by C.L. Schneider
Nite Fire : Exit Strategy (Audiobook) is the fifth and final book in this series. Im a huge fan of this author and this series has been one of the best I’ve listened/read in a while. Its definitely going on my re-read/listen list. The narrator did an amazing job of bringing the characters to life and keeping my attention throughout the story. I didn’t what to stop listening I had to know what was going to happen next. All good things must come to an end but not if Dahlia can help it. Half her team is missing and she’s in a race against time. Can she find a way to save what remains of this new reality before the Renewal extinguishes all that is left? I loved everything about this story and the ending blew me away. I highly recommend listening to this book to find out what happens next. If you haven’t started this series I highly recommend starting with the first book and reading/listening in order. I can’t wait to see what this author brings us next.

I went in blind and enjoyed this book immensely. Sadly I have to read 1 and 2 for the full effect, but this book itself was amazing. I adore anything related to Greek Gods, mythology, philosophy, fables, and stories being retold with a twist. There was so much depth and detail which truly enhanced the journey!

This book was soo much fun! Great illustrations, relatable lessons, and all around read. Having 3 girls who fight like everyday is a dual to the death and every moment is a competition it was fun to read it to them. The best way to help kids understand is a story like this. A fun side to sibling rivalry and what it’d really like being siblings.

AH! What a CUTE read. I love finding books that my daughter and I can enjoy together. This was such a fun read- I loved ladybugs as a kid and thanks to this book I know how I kept killing them. 😂 I had no idea they stay dormant during the winter. I love not only reading with the kiddo- but learning with her! I’m excited to find a new author that my baby and I can share books with. She’s 4 and she loved it! (:
Ginny is returning to her sleepy hometown of Buckeye Falls, to support her Dad after his hip surgery. The likelihood of running into her ex-husband, Max, is high but Ginny is determined to avoid him, help her dad recover and get back to work in New York City. Max has never stopped loving Ginny and realises that this may be his last chance to get her back.
I fell in love with Ginny and Max within the first few pages! The friendships around both Ginny and Max were so endearing and really made the heart feels flow. This was so much more than I expected.
Libby Kay is now a must-read author for me! Very much looking forward to reading the next in this series.

This was the second book to the series, and it did not disappoint just like the first one. Recommend reading the first book in the series first thou. This book was just as enjoyable as the first one. I really enjoyed this book adventure, with historical fantasy, paranormal, some mystery. The book is quite a fast paced which kept me wanting to know what happened next but always surprised me, and really held me attention. The story line and plot were very thought out and the fast pace and growth with it made it very enjoyable. The characters are extremally well written that fit perfectly into the story with each other. Elinor is a very strong will women that talks to ghosts and tries to help with finding out what has happened. The connection between both Elinor and the Duke is more in depth with this story which I found a nice little instalment and entertaining read. Highly recommend this book.

I was not at all sure what to expect from this book. I picked this up just on the title alone as my daughter loves Gnomes and well I was very surprised with the contents. The mystery surrounding Charlie and Bob. The characters are all hiding something about themselves and you just find yourself drawn into their world and wanting to know them for real. This is the first book I have read by this author and I hope to continue seeing more from her. LOVED this story full of mystery and new experiences with every page you turn.

Delicious Death: Madame Chalamet Ghost Mysteries #2 by Byrd Nash
This isn’t the first book I’ve read by the author. Delicious Death is the second book in the Madame Chalamet Ghost Mysteries Series. The author knows how to capture the reader’s attention. I finished this book within an hour.
Elinor is bored by the lack of dead people. She is still looking for her father’s killer, but nothing is coming up. She visits a friend only to be visited by a ghost. The quote I chose for Elinor is: “I’d suggest going as soon as possible. Claude’s spirit should be quiet for about a week, not much longer.”
This is the book that introduced me to the Satan’s Devils MC. I was a little late to the game but I’m glad I showed up.
Joker and Lady’s journey from being brothers in the MC to so much more was anything but smooth, but was a journey that was.
So much happens in this book and listening to it was a different experience. There were little things I may have not caught or forgotten so I was as surprised about some things this time as I was the first.
Logan McAllister performance was what I have come to expect from him while listening to this series.
Looking forward to listening to the next book

Delicious Death Madame Chalamet Ghost Mysteries Book 2 By: Byrd Nash Review by: Susan Ratchford 5 Stars
Elinor Chalamet brings some unexpected intensity to my usually boring evenings! Love love love!! I am completely obsessed with the Madame Chalamet Ghost Mystery series and I can’t wait to read the third book! This series has everything that a cozy mystery needs! Elinor is relatable and intelligent and her relationship with the duke is so much fun to read! This was truly a great installment and it was so easy to fall right back into this delightful paranormal gaslamp fantasy! Even the character development was so realistic between Elinor and the duke it just hints at what’s to come without giving it all away. The ending had my jaw on the floor, very refreshingly unexpected! This book was easy to read but so hard to put down! I felt like I was flying through pages eager to find out more! I highly recommend this book to lovers of cozy gaslamp mysteries and people just looking for a fun series to read! Thank you Byrd Nash!!!

This was a really cute read. It is a very informational children’s book about ladybugs. This is not a book for younger children, I think it would make more sense to older children. The illustrations were cute as well. I look forward to reading this to my daughter when she gets older and understands more about ladybugs and science and has more comprehension when it comes to things like that.
Married Blind is about two people, Abi and Finn, who find themselves needing to take part in the reality TV series, Married Blind, for very different reasons. Abi, who is working three jobs to help pay off her sister’s medical costs from cancer treatment, applies for the series celebrity edition with the plan to use the paycheck she will earn, to pay off her sister’s debt. Finn, an actor with a bad playboy reputation looking to rebuild that reputation and get more work, is forced into the show by his agent. They are selected to marry each other at first sight and must remain together for at least the three months of filming. They run into a lot of issues along the way, including meddling producers, dangerous outings, one bed and a marriage of convenience. This was definitely entertaining and heart wrenching at times in all the best ways.

Married Blind is the second book in the Kings of Screen series by Morgana Bevan. I didn’t realise when I snapped up a copy of this book, that it was the second book in the series, and now I have a taste of the Kings of Screen, I will definitely be going back to read the first book, before continuing the series. Finn’s playboy ways have tarnished his image and affected his acting career. If he has any chance of salvaging what’s left of his career, he really has no choice but to have an image overhaul and change the public’s perception of him. The plan? To play loving husband on a reality TV show. Easy, right? But what happens when the lines get blurred and his two worlds collide? You really should read all the fun developments for yourself. A fun contemporary romance with a marriage of convenience, a reality TV show, friendships, chemistry, steam, push-pull, angst, banter, drama, and a forced proximity. Happy Reading!

Abi married celebrity from reality show to help her sister with medical bills. Finn a famous celebrity, who needs to show his compassionate side to hopefully stabilize his career. She’s perfect for him. He can’t seem to figure out how to treat her though. It’s easy to mix the fairy tale part of it with the actual reality. Finn and Abi never thought they would fall in love with each other. Must read, fast paced book, makes you keep turning pages.

5 Stars Ladybugs for Loretta (Loretta’s Insects) by Lois Wickstrom
Ladybugs for Loretta (Loretta’s Insects) is a cute children’s book that is fun for any age and adults will enjoy reading it as well. This is one author I never hesitate to read whatever she writes. My four year old enjoys her books just as much as I enjoy reading them to him. Her stories are fun to read the illustrations are also fun to look at . Each one of her stories teach them something. This one we follow along with a mischievous girl named Loretta who lives with her parents in a cabin in the mountains of Colorado. . Loretta loves the ladybugs that protect her garden but where do the ladybugs go in the winter? I highly recommend reading this children’s book and learn about ladybugs. My son loves books and this author gets big credit. We look forward to reading more from this Author .

I was excited to hear about Joker and his story. I really don’t have anything negative about this book other than it didn’t follow the same pattern of the previous books with the two perspectives, I really would have to have Lady’s thoughts as well. This story was an emotional roller coaster. It made me laugh, cry, and feel the overwhelming love. Great story.

I thought this book was very well written. Finn was a tad bit annoying to me in the beginning. He was pretty much forced on a reality TV show called Married blind. You don’t see the person until you meet at the alter. Finn is so against doing this but it must be done. Abi is doing it for the money. She’s not looking for a sugar daddy but the show will Pay her money which she needs to pay her sisters medical bills. Finn is an actor so he can really Play the part for the cameras but he’s anything but what he portrays himself as while filming. Is it possible he tries to push Abi away because he’s starting to care about her? Will this couple What happens when Abi finds out her sister isn’t doing great and she’s on the other side of the country? Will she stay married or leave to go back where she thinks she is needed? By the end of the book I loved the character of Finn and Abi was great from the very beginning. Great characters, looking forward to more by this author.

This was an adorable children’s book about a little girl with a great love of nature. The pictures were fun and eye catching and the story was sweet. This is such a great story to teach you children about an important part of gardening and how much fun the outdoors can me.
This is a short story about a woman whom is still alive and looking for love amongst the Hungries (zombies). The Hungries try to mimic being alive but the main character knows better.
Very well written and you can definitely read between the lines and get a deeper sense to the story.

This is the first book by this author I’ve read and it can be read as a standalone. Like the tv show Married at First Sight, Abi and Finn meet for the first time at the altar. Ghosts, circuses, clowns, why not a psycho clown and ghost clowns?
This book was a serious page-turner! Horror mixed with suspense mixed with teenage high school uncertainty, this book has it.
Personally, I really enjoy horror but I know that’s not up everybody’s alley. There are definitely some turns and some good scare factors. Definitely not good for someone that gets spooked in the dark.

I read this book without reading the first two stories, so some pieces of the story were missing for me, but it was easy enough to catch onto the important parts. It’s important to note that the story was told in multiple POV’s, which helped me understand each of the characters a little more. I really enjoyed this tale, especially the author’s world-building and attention to detail! This book was easy to read and completely entertaining, especially since this is the first book I’ve read from this author (and I’ll be looking for more from them for sure). I definitely recommend reading the other books before diving into this one!

This story is so fitting for my life at the moment. My daughter has just discovered bugs and is in the naturally curious phase and this book really seemed to hit on that. We both loved learning new things about ladybugs and it really sparked my daughters imagination. Loretta was just the perfect character for this story and the author really brought her to life. This author just seems to get better with every book we read and she is really solidifying herself as a family favourite. This is definitely going to be a book that is read multiple times and I can’t want to see what we pick up next.
This was such a fun book. I love that although this is deemed a “Hollywood Marriage of Convenience” I could really picture something like this happening in real life. I loved the characters. At first, I thought Finn was an awful character, he was just really unlikeable. However, as the book went on, I really liked his development and his reasons for keeping himself guarded. I mean expecting Abi to be a gold digger or opportunist really wasn’t a big stretch. Abi was such an amazing character who truly loved her friends and sister, which is how she ended up married to Finn. She was such a charmingly lovely character, despite not having the easiest life she never seemed jaded or angry. I definitely recommend this lovely story as it was an enjoyable and fast read.

The core idea of this story is really sweet! I love that Amaleighia has such a big heart, sees a need, & wants to help! Thinking about helping the bilingual families in her community is wonderful! However, it was very wordy and did not necessarily flow very well. I do love how everyone came together in the end!
