Pardon Me, PleasePardon Me, Please by Lois Wickstrom
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This an adorable story about Albert the turkey. Albert lives on a farm where a family has come to find their Thanksgiving turkey. Albert does not wish to become dinner so her tries different things to show the family that he is better to them alive, trying to earn a pardon like the turkey he saw with the president. Will he get his pardon, living on in freedom? Wickstrom has done it again with her quarky and cute characters and attributing illustrations.
