What I Wish I’d Known: For Writers by H.D. Thomson is a great writing aide for anyone interested in becoming an author or people just interested in things an author experiences. Within these pages is a myriad of knowledge, tips, and information compiled from one hundred authors.

I really enjoyed getting tips from all the different authors because no one has the exact same experiences or ways of doing things. You get information on several different ways, just emphasizing how there’s no right way. You just have to find what works for you. With this variety, you should be able to find at least a few things to help you grow as a writer and get you one step closer to your dream of becoming published. This book is an easy, informative and interesting read that even includes advice from indie authors.
