Amber is queen of all that is good and The Tall Man is all that is evil.

The Tall Man is trying to fulfil one of the prophecies and that will have him rule while the Queen is trying to fulfil another prophecy that will hopefully end The Tall Man.

If you like books about vampires, wolves and witches with some evil, you will enjoy this trilogy.
