Mira has graduated at the top of her class and has just landed a job at Jordan Realty. Unfortunately, her new boss, Declan, was one of her professors that she is sure hates her. But, when Declan oversteps his boundaries and invades her privacy, the two strike up a deal. He will help her be the best in the office and, in return, she will not tell anyone what he did. Throughout the story, the two grow closer while feelings grow deeper. But, what happens when one of them wants out of the deal?!?

These characters were easy to become engrossed in. There is some miscommunication, inability to express feelings, humor and angst. There are times that I wanted to smack them and tell them to figure it out! But, the story is enjoyable and it kept me engaged.
