As someone who has read Reed’s Bluestone series and really enjoyed it when I saw she had another book, about hot fire fighters no less, coming out I jumped at the chance to read it as soon as I could. I was NOT disappointed, there were so many things to unpack in Toasted and I enjoyed every minute of it. I look forward to reading more from her in this series. There was insta-love from both main characters but with Libby’s trauma she experienced at the hands of her mother she was so reserved and at first was not able to label things like Zach was able to do so easily. It was a wonderful thing watching them grow together.
