Set in 1930’s Los Angeles, 11yo orphan, Sparky, is always getting into trouble. So much so that the school enrolls her in an internship with the local police department, so they can keep an eye on her. When her friend, Bookie, is arrested for murder, Sparky has to come up with a plan to clear his name.
