Night Sweats and Hockey Nets (Hot Flash Hookups Series) by Sylvie Stewart and Marika Ray – Review by Michelle Puett
Night Sweats and Hockey Nets by Marika Ray
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
WOW! I loved this booked. I loved Chloe. I loved Nikolai. I could feel the tension and passion between the two. If only Nikolai could have gotten out of his own way sooner I wonder what they would have been. He no doubt would move mountains to gain a fair custody agreement with a manipulative ex wife. He clearly has been burned once or twice by women in his past and the walls that he has put up to make sure nothing stands in his way to get his daughter is really something. Chloe also has suffered. She may have cared for her late husband but she definitely never felt the things that Niko has awakened in her. She has crave the passion and fire that started that night in bar. I love that she has aloud herself, even in her early 40s, to let go and explore things shes never known before the hockey star. It clear once Niko get a hold of her she will never be the same. She proves to him that he can love again and still be the devoted father he has set out to be. They are perfect. I absolutely loved this book and if I could give it more stars I would and I would definitely read it again. I laughed. I teared up. READ IT!
