Running From Demons by M.K. Theodoratus
4 Stars!!!!

I have to admit that I like to find new series and new authors. This book definitely was a good find.
The author has a rather unique writing style along with a very original take on demons and witches. I found myself getting lost in this world the author created and didn’t want to put the book down.

The whole story unfolds bit by bit in this book which is quite great and grabs the reader in. Pillar’s
character grabs you by the heart strings from the get go and I really routed for her. As the story
unfolds you do get a sense that there are not just two factions pitted against one another but
that one of them is divided so in fact really there are three. I like the fact that there is really
a shadow over the divided group as even though two groups are pitted against the third you know that you really cannot trust the second group.

I found the chemistry between Pillar and Nate to be enticing. I found myself getting drawn into the book the more they began to interact. I really look forward to reading more from this author. I know that this is the second book so I have once again began a series out of order. I en devour to read the first and the last.
