I am a first time mom of a toddler, I am a substitute teacher for middle school, and I read to find adventure and escape for my self care. I grew up traveling as my dad was military and it exposed me to many new view points and cultures! I loved it and don’t regret it, but I do miss the time without my extended family. Living in Texas really made me realize that family is the most important thing close and extended!! It is probably why my second love after reading is genealogy!
