“A Hundred Wishes” written by Marianne Rice is a fictional romance novel. After leaving the Army following a traumatic event resulting in severe injuries, Gina has taken up crafting and sewing. Bryce first meets her while she is selling quilts, and through a slight misunderstanding, he quickly find outs that Gina is not afraid to speak her mind. Gina and Bryce’s interactions are so fun, and after communication issues in the beginning of the book, I really enjoyed their character development. I admire how the author took some very sensitive topics and showed how these characters were able to overcome the odds. This is the first book that I have read in the Band of Sisters series, and I am looking forward to reading the other two books!

Oohh I love a good MC romance read and this book was right up my street! I was hooked from beginning to end and I definitely need to read the others in the series now! Gem was a brilliant character, I loved her for the moment I started reading about her. She was a pretty complex person but as her story progressed as did her character, she really was amazing to read about. It’s really refreshing to read about a female lead who holds her own and I think that it was I loved her so much, she’d been through so much that meant her life could have taken another path but she stayed strong!
A fantastic read and I’m pretty sure all MC romance lovers would love this book! I’m off to read more from this author now!!

What an absolutely fantastic story! I loved every minute of it and I think I have definitely found a new author to love. I was completely captivated by what I was reading, the wonderful twists and turns in the characters’ lives had me turning the pages faster and faster just so I could find out what was going to happen next. Historical romances are my favourite and the author definitely did this genre justice with this story. From her vivid and detailed writing that allowed me to imagine what I was reading to the smaller details which showed she understands the era she is writing for. Although its only February this is definitely one of my reads of 2022 so far! I feel that I also really need to say how beautiful and eye catching the cover is too, I don’t usually take much notice of covers – if I did I wouldn’t have read some of my favourite books – however this one is so serene looking it really is stunning to look at.
Overall this was a wonderful story and I am definitely looking forward to the next one in the series!

Another great read by the author. They sure know how to keep readers interested and I sure hope we get to see more of the characters.

Once again I had a ton of amazing characters to choose from. The two I chose seem to fit this story.

Rashael is from another planet and is sent to get something. When she and a friend get there they encounter things they weren’t expecting. The quote I chose for Rashael is: “Okay. I was enjoying the target practice… but you are right, as always.

Damon is the one who gives powers. He is also looking for something, but can he find it in time? The quote I chose for Damon is: “Of course not, my new friend. I have big plans for you. Please get up and join me for a discussion you will find interesting.”

Highly recommended for Epic Fantasy lovers.

I had come across this book with intention to enjoy it, I did not expect to fall in love with this book or this author! But I truly did! I am moved by the words on the pages, it really got to my heart. It was a story I think all of us should read. I can not get over how amazing and thought through this was. It was different, than what I expected at first glance, I seriously am saying you need to read this, do not miss out!

As a sister of a brother whom is a wondaful boy, but gifted in a special way. (He is autistic) I really was moved and touched by this book. It really got to me. Having a sibling that is considered different and seeing how they act and have to view the world. And how the world views them. The aspects of how to view the world, and seeing how every family isn’t picture perfect was a wonderful view. I think it was a big eye opener for everyone that reads this. Even for me.

Another aspect I really enjoyed of this book, was that it was not all butterfly’s and unicorns. The family itself dealt with issues, emotions, and most of all, worked through everything as a family. It was powerful. It was realistic. It felt real, the feelings were real. This book really touched my heart and it is one I will not forget, and I will defiantly re-visit again. It is one that is well wroth a read and then some.

Loved this amazing novel and the amazing author who created it so much. Thank you to them for creating such a impacting story that warmed my heart in more than one way. I highly recommend the book and author. It is a must read. I highly say everyone needs to read this, no matter what.

I really enjoyed this paranormal romance. The author does an amazing job with the characters that you can’t help but wish they get their happy ever after. The way the author mixes the paranormal worlds with earth in a way that the story feel real only adds to the magical story.

In this book we meet Cathy and Daedriel. Cathy has been hurt in the past by losing her mother and then being deceived by her ex partner. She has shut herself off from love and believes it isn’t for her. That is until she meets Daedriel.

Daedriel is an angel. He has been sent to Earth to capture a fallen angel with power to turn the Earth into darkness. He has no plan to fall in love until he meets Cathy.
What follows is a story about good and evil and the fight to stop evil from taking over the world. The story is full of magic, Romance, and danger. It shows that true love can overcome any evil thats out there.

This isn’t the first book I’ve read by the author. I can’t wait for the next books in the series by the author. Unlock the Angel was a fantastic read.

Cathy is a normal human and living her best life. Well, as best as it can be with a dead mother and broken heart. When she meets Daedriel she senses that something is different. Will she be okay once she knows the truth? The quote I chose for Cathy is: “Of course! I’ve never seen an angel before. From the cloud movie, I know you have impressive blue wings. I only saw one set though. You said you have six wings. Show me.”

Daedriel is an Angel and is on Earth looking for a former friend. When his bird comes home and tells him about their neighbor he gets curious. Will he be able to stop the darkness from taking over? This isn’t the first book I’ve read by the author. It’s also not the first book in the series that I’ve read. Each Mafia Elite book gets better and better. Max and Lil, Enzo and Sofia, Stephano and Em, and now Marco and Elena.

Marco is the Mafia boss for his family. He’s also the one who is sent to get Elena. He wants her to be his, but she doesn’t know of his feelings for her. Things happen that bring them closer together. The quote I chose for Marco is: “Going somewhere? Chloe James? Don’t think for one second I don’t know you’re Elena. I’d recognize you anywhere, in any disguise. This freckle, the shape of your eyes, the pout of your lips, even the smell of your skin. You can’t hide from me. It doesn’t matter what alias you use. Elena has been dead for the last four years in order to protect everyone she cares about. So when Marco shows up she runs because she doesn’t know if he wants her dead as well. I have read books by this author previously and I really like her imaginative and creative writing style so when I saw this book I was looking forward to starting and I wasn’t disappointed. Again the author was able to capture my imagination from the very beginning. Her attention to detail means that I can vividly imagine the setting for her stories with ease. The story definitely had the ‘gaming’ feel about it which made it really interesting to read. The characters are interesting to read about and there was some good banter which added a fun element to the story.
Overall I really enjoyed the story and would recommend.

This is the first book I have read from this author and I found this story to be very interesting. The story is mystery crime/murder and there are quite the characters of trying to figure out who killed a Viking Leader and some. The author did a great job with the twists, turns and details as the story took placed in Scotland.

I must admit, this book took a hold of me and now I am definitely going to circle back and start from the beginning of the series for sure. Very good historical murder mystery!!

This isn’t the first book I’ve read by the author. It is my first time reading anything in this series. Road Rage jumps right into the story and it’s fast paced. The characters were a love-hate thing, but overall a great book.

Doc has wanted Gem since she was on Shep’s arm, but didn’t push his luck. Now that Shep is out of the picture he’s got his chance. Can he make Gem see that not all of them are bad? The quote I chose for Doc is: “You’re right, sorry. It’s just I’ve wanted you for so long. I’ve been fantasising about having you, and I worried that this was just a dream, that I’d wake up in my bed alone, then cleaning up after another wet dream.”

Gem isn’t sure what is making her go down this path again. Can Rage MC be different from the Hawks? She is about to find out that it’s the same, if not rougher. The quote I chose for Gem is: “I can’t move. I’ve been trying to move my legs and arms, but I can’t.”

Highly recommended for MC Romance lovers.

I really enjoyed this short historical romance read. I fell in love with the characters straight away- they were both just the sweetest. This is the first book that I have read from this series and I absolutely would love to read more. The author’s writing was really engaging and easy to read. I really felt for Mary, so innocent but also having been through everything in her childhood she had a good amount of strength about her and was willing to try and do things on her own. And I’m pretty sure I’m 100% in love with Noah! The way he was with Mary was so sweet at times although there was a part where I was just like oh please just kiss her!
Lovely read and one that I would highly recommend!

I want to be a bit brutally honest for a moment here because this is a review and well I have an opinion lol… This book was completely nothing what I thought it would be. In fact it was ten times better and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I really loved it and want more. I just happen to be one of those weirdos that tend to judge books by their covers and this book, well, it doesn’t do it for me. And it pigeon holes it into a category that won’t snag the group of readers that this book needs to snag because it is that good. It needs a bright beautiful steampunk, catch your eye cover. The adventures inside don’t match the little house on the prairie on the cover.

With that I feel better and this book was amazing. If steampunk adventure fantasy reads are your thing, this book will blow your mind. I was whisked away to this new world of adventure with Arabella and I am super excited to find out more with future books! This is a new author to me and I really love how she writes with such vigor and passion, it really shows in the story and character development. The side characters are just as fun as the main ones. I will definitely be back for more and look forward to sharing this one with my teenagers.

This is the fourth installment in the Orkneyinga Murders series and I personally would recommend that you read the series in its entirety for the full enjoyment. I can see where you would be good if you really just wanted to dive in though as this author is really skilled in her ability to pay attention to details and just flows so beautifully with her words. I loved the way the Viking world came to life off my kindle screen. This book once again kept me guessing all the way until the end with plenty of intrigue that I just couldn’t’ put it down until I found out who had done it. I look forward to seeing where the rest of the series will go.

Its about Gemma who is a strong women who has been thru a lot of stuff in her life. Gemma has had to run for a large part of her life and that includes running with a Motorcycle outlaw group. Gemma stays for the most part on the legal side of stuff but the others don’t. When Gemma enters Rage they are not doing things legal and she gets wrapped up in their mess. Enter Shep, who is so handsome and he wants her to go with him and do things legally. Will Gemma be able to give up her security of being with all the members of Rage even though some things they do aren’t on the up and up. She is attracted to Shep so much but she is scared. Read Road Rage to find out what choice Gemma makes!

Wow this book is the first one in this series and it left me wanting to know more. I was first entranced with the wonderful cover art and then was captivated by the characters. The way that Halley weaved the characters stories made me feel as though i was right there with them. You cannot help but to feel empathy for their situation and want to know their next move. This book had a lot of twists and turns that were completely unexpected. I am on pins and needles waiting on the second book as I need to know what is going to happen next!

This is the 3rd book in a brilliant series. Set in the multiverse the trials and ventures from the previous books comes to a magnificent climax and satisfying but open ended conclusion. This author is extremely talented at weaving a multi-layered universe that is intriguing and easy to navigate. From page one it is all systems go. This is a must-read from beginning to end, and I do recommend reading the books in order. I really hope there is more to come.

The struggles she goes up against and the decisions she makes furthers this interesting plot and makes the book hard to put down. This is a magical treat, and I’m very excited that it is not the last! 5 stars.

This is such a beautiful romance. This story pulled me right from the very first page. Cathy is so funny and Dae is just incredible. The chemistry between the two of them if amazing and the connection that draws them together is undeniable. There is so much romance and action in this book and I couldn’t make myself put it down once I started it! I just had to find out what happened next. The author is so great at creating this magical world that it felt like I stepped right into it. I cannot wait to read the rest of this series. The true love aspect just took my breath away. If you love romance with a magical twist then you absolutely won’t want to miss this one!

The cover immediately drew me in. An absolutely stunning piece of art.

This was my first book ever by this author but I must say I was impressed by the sheer exquisiteness of world-building in this book.

The characters were relatable and I liked the mystery element mixed in with the regency romance, a genre I don’t usually tend to pick up. Will definitely be trying more in this genre.

The storyline was nicely written and kept me interested throughout. Will be looking forward to trying more from this author.

A Hundred Wishes is the third book in the Band of Sisters Series and I absolutely loved reading this book. This is a Contemporary Romance/Military Romance that will have your emotions all over the place. Parts were heartbreaking where some were heart warming. This is a fairly new author to me but I’m a fan already. The attention to detail she gives these characters makes them feel that much more real . This is about Gina and Bryce, the chemistry between them is crazy good there’s definitely attraction as much as she doesn’t want it to be true. Gina is a former Army Sergeant who was badly burned due to a roadside bomb. She’s buried herself in her crafting and quilt making. She doesn’t date She’s finally getting more comfortable with her scars and such. Bryce is an Arson Inspector who finds Gina very interesting, and he’s not ever been shot down as fast as Gina did. Can she let down the walls and let Bryce in? Can these two have the relationship they deserve.? I could go on and on but I don’t want to spoil anything but I will say this is definitely worth the read . I highly recommend reading to find out what happens next. I look forward to reading many more books by this author.

This was a really good read! I enjoyed it, however since I haven’t read the other previous books in this series, I don’t think I enjoyed it as much as I really could have. It was very immersive and had a great storyline, I just wasn’t familiar with all the characters and had a pretty difficult time with name pronunciation as well. The characters were interesting, and the plot was interesting and entertaining as well and well written. I did enjoy reading this book even though I felt like I was missing some information. I would not be opposed to going back and reading the previous books either.
