Aria and Theo are an exceptional storyline. I loved this book from the start! Tons of action, tons of sass from a spoiled mafia princess and arrogant straight and narrow cop. This story was hot, hot, hot. Everytime it took an unexpected turn I couldn’t be happier. If you like stories with mafia ties this is definately for you! Emily Bowie has impressed me with my first read from her, but, it won’t be my last! Great page turner!

I love where this series is going! I would definitely read these books in order, as you would be missing out on many details that I think are needed to understand the story. Elysium honestly sounds like a fun time, well once Vanessa can get some color back into it. I think its sweet she gets to reconnect with some family members that have already gone, and meet new family she didn’t know she had. Grey is a big tool and doesn’t treat her the best ones they get to Elysium but Vanessa, with her sweet and amazing self can change that. I am still concerned for her and Raef’s relationship and wondering when Aroz will come into play. I can’t wait until the next book to see what kind of drama comes next. I have a feeling we are going to see Grey’s mother, who sounds like a total B word, come in and try to ruin everything.

I love that this series is not based solely on romance, but that there is action and drama. It sucks to see the brothers all still fighting their father, he is seriously deranged! My heart broke in the beginning to learn how Ellie and Sam were both feeling about life, but seriously awesome twist that Sam happens to call Ellie’s phone instead of his brothers and a bond forms between them. I liked watching Sam and Ellie dealing with and surviving in Jamison’s home and being basically held prisoner. The bond between the brothers, even though they haven’t known each other long is beautiful. Watching Ellie and Sam fight their inner demons and come together is sweet. At the end we get a glimpse of the next story which is involving Lazarus, fantastic name, and I have been most excited to read his story!

This is the 3rd book in the Heron Harbour series. This book can be read as a standalone but our main characters have appeared in previous books as supporting characters now they get a book of their own to tell us about their story. I really enjoyed the characters personalities and how the author brings them to life. The author does an amazing job of grabbing a reader and not letting go. This book is full of romance but also takes the reader down a path of pain and hurt and you understand why our leading lady Lark guards her heart. Lark returns home to Heron Harbour for her sister’s wedding and she is not looking forward to it. Since she left she had a good life concentrating on her work and keeping her heart guarded. Her main worry about returning always bumping into someone from her past Hunter.
Hunter loves his life as police chief on Heron Harbour and he thought he had it all but when Lark rejected him and left the rejection left its mark.
Now they are thrown together at this wedding as Hunter is best man. Will the spark that was once between them return? Will they both let their guards down enough to actually give their love a chance? Or will Lark try and run again. The question is how hard with Hunter fight for her this time.

Rage by Linda Burson is the first book in The Marcy Series and it’s certainly one interesting read. There is never a dull moment as its action packed with murder, love, new connections, and new understandings. This book was nothing like I was expecting, there was so much more to it than what I had originally thought. I will admit I found it hard to get into in the beginning as it was a bit confusing and I found the interactions between the characters to be really formal and not as real but as I continued to read I became more and more invested.
There were lots of twists and turns that kept me on my toes, I was constantly trying to predict the outcome, yet time and time again I was wrong and left with so many questions. Marcy was certainly a complex character, she’s angry, aggressive, troubled, and sometimes clueless. Her character really developed throughout this story, and while I didn’t agree with most of her actions she was a fun character to read about.
I am looking forward to reading the rest of the series so I can see the story through to the end and to get answers to all my questions.
Confusion
Confusion by Linda Burson is book two in her Marcy series, it’s intense, action filled and very intriguing. I would strongly suggest reading this series in order as they cannot be read as standalones. Confusion takes off right where Rage, book one, left off.
I found that this storyline flowed better in comparison to the first. The conversations between the characters were less formal and more natural and there seemed to be more detail in the story.
I still wasn’t able to connect with Marcy as her actions were all over the place and she always jumped into life changing situations with no real thought. Constantly caught between Brad and Liam that she’s stuck living a double life, one that seems a bit unrealistic which made it hard to really connect with her.
With that being said I still want to see where and what Marcy will do next. I will be continuing the series with Book three, Agony and Ecstasy.
Agony & Ecstasy
This is the third book in the Marcy Series, a series that should be read in order as each new book follows the last. I have enjoyed reading along with Marcy’s journey. Though she can be a frustrating character at times I did enjoy her character development. I felt really invested in her story and I’m really happy with how it all played out!!
Just like the first two books this one is action packed, filled with all kinds of drama, emotions, romance, etc. It really is a well-rounded book, one that I was able to read in one sitting!
I look forward to reading more from this author in the future!

This book is amazing! It had me hooked from the start, I couldn’t put the book down. It was very well written. You get lost in the world and the people in it. It takes people from all parts of life and has them connected by one thing. I loved that each character is different, but they are all fighters in the different worlds that they live on. For this book to be this author’s first, it is outstanding!

I LOVED this story SO much! I am still thinking about it days later which makes me so glad I gave this book a shot. I enjoy mafia stories but sometimes the romance outweighs the mafia side. In here..the romance is woven in perfectly with all the mafia business.
Both of the MC’s are rock stars in their own right. She is a sassy mafia princess and he is a cocky cop but when the are together they blend perfectly (I did have some misgivings about Theo, which are listed below). While they are completely opposite characters their chemistry is off the charts! I enjoyed meeting her family as well. They each have their own personalities/quirks which fit in well.
Theo shocked the heck out of me at the beginning and I thought “what a jerk” I am NEVER going to like this guy! But…Holy Smokes was I ever wrong! Not only did I change my opinion of him but I 100% think he is one of my favorite male characters this year!
This writing is well done and easily drew me in. I can’t believe how this author wound this story around my heart….squeezed it to death….then brought me back to life. I am anxiously awaiting the next in this series!

Dark Bastard by India Kells is Book five of the Dark Sparrow series. This is the first book Ive read of the series and it can be read as a standalone.
Sam can’t do it anymore. His evil father is still out there and honestly, Sam’s just tried of being so strong all the time. Now that he’s made his decision, he makes one last phone call to his brother, only he dials the wrong number. Who new one wrong number could save your life. Ellie gives so much of herself and sometimes it’s not enough and it’s exhausting. She just can’t do it anymore. Then she gets a phone call from Adam that completely derails her plans. The Marcy Series Boxset by Linda Burson contains the first three books in the Marcy Series, and is a fantastic introduction to a great series. The Boxset contains:
RAGE 4 Stars
Rage is the first instalment of The Marcy series by Linda Burson. After reading The Colors of My Life, I knew I would be reading more of Ms. Burson’s work- so when I saw this I just had to read it. This book is nothing like I expected. It has so much going on in it, I was trying to figure out where the author was taking the story, but then she would throw in a twist and had me guessing all over again. Life was going really well for Marcy- right up until the nightmares begin to erode the life she had built for herself. These nightmares are so intense and horrible, that they interfere with her sleep, make her anxious, unpredictable, and impacts on her day to day life. Her lack of sleep gets to a critical point, when her fiancé demands that she do something about it, get some help- or he was leaving her. This pushes Marcy right to the edge, where rage consumes every molecule of her being. Then one night, Marcy happens to be at a gas station on the way home when a gunman tries robbing the store and her. All her rage erupts, and she ends up taking the gunman down. This brings her to the attention of Liam, who has an agenda of his own, and thinks Marcy would be perfect to help him in his quest. This sets them both on a path that neither expected. Another great story from Ms. Burson. This romantic suspense is well written with action, drama, some mystery and excitement. I’m looking forward to the next book!
CONFUSION 4 Stars
Confusion is the second book in The Marcy Series by Linda Burson. This book has intrigue, suspense, drama, dilemmas- as well as a love triangle. This story is distinct from the first book, but does have threads from the first story that continue on into this book. So, I would highly recommend reading the first book, Rage, before starting on this one. You will appreciate the story all the more, for having read the books in the correct sequence. Marcy wants nothing more than to move on with her life, leaving all the tragic details of her life behind her and find a way to heal. But as we have come to learn, things are never quite that easy for Marcy. We discover that there is more to her story, secrets to uncover and dilemmas to work through- to be able to piece everything together. Brad and Liam both have their own issues to contend with as well, which adds some more depth and complexity to the whole story. It has a fast pace, with a few twists and turn that will give you plenty to think about. Another fantastic addition to this interesting series. I am diving right into the next book to see what the author has in store for the characters, and us!
AGONY AND ECSTASY 5 Stars
Agony and Ecstasy is the intriguing third book in the Marcy Series by Linda Burson. The story continues from book two, so I would recommend reading the first two books before beginning this one. The more this story evolves, the more I am realising how well thought out the entire bridging storyline is. Ms. Burson has infused her story with a lot of suspense, drama, dilemmas, emotion, humour, complex characters in complicated relationships and interactions, and quite a few surprises/surprising developments. Ms. Burson really writes well, pulling you into the story and keeping you hooked right through to the end. I laughed, cried and got lost in this fabulous story. For me, that is the sign of a skilled writer. I have really enjoyed this series so far, but this is definitely my favourite to date. The story has a great pace and is easy to read, it evolves beautifully and unexpectedly the further into the story/series I go. The characters have also developed and evolved along with the storyline. They tell an intriguing and very believable tale that I can’t wait to continue in the next book. Marcy, Brad and Liam have been through a lot and in this story, they continue to deal with nightmares, therapy sessions, making major decisions, dealing with shocking revelations, and more.
All this awaits in this awesome Boxset! The rest of the series awaits- bring on the next book/s!

5 Stars BOY RELEASED (BOY SERIES BOOK 2) by JD Spero
Boy Released is the second book in the Boy Series by JD Spero and I highly suggest reading the first book in the series if you haven’t already. As it will give you a better idea of what is going on and help with getting to know the characters. This is a wonderfully written Thriller with a bit of mystery that once you start you better be prepared to read in one day. I was pulled in from the beginning and couldn’t stop reading there was times I was literally on the edge of my seat. Jd Spero did a wonderful job with the mental illness aspect of this story. This story takes place ten years after the first book ends. I don’t want to give anything away with that being said. Find out what happens next in this must read. I look forward to reading more from this Author.

U. Menon – Review by Stephanie Colley
This is the fist book I have from this author and I’m now a fan. I love a good fantasy book but this author exceeded all my expectations. This is the first book of the Prestoria series and it was the perfect way to start a series. I could not stop reading this book until the very end and I can’t see what happens next to these amazing characters.
Radhika Varma has an amazing imagination. She always thinks of different creatures. Radhika is excited when she finds out that she will be in a challenge in a land called Prestoria. This is the land of nightmares and she is a little nervous. Radhika is only armed with her imagination by one of the Dream Catchers. She has no idea what has getting into when she meets some of these creatures like the Vyalas. Radhika has only until dawn to complete her challenge or she will end up not coming out. Will Radhika got out with a victory or will she become a new member of Prestoria?

From start to finish, Bared (Green St. Girls #1) had me captivated! The characters that N. D. Jackson writes about are all thought out, relatable, and completely likeable! It had me wishing I had friends like those girls when I was younger. All of the characters dealt with their losses and triumphs in their own ways, but the connection between them all is truly amazing. Jackson showed how much each character cared for the others. This contemporary romance also has a surprising element in the sport in which Tru plays, billiards. Athena and Tru’s relationship created such a whirlwind of emotions within me and I found myself celebrating their triumphs, scowling at their setbacks, and crying with the thought of them ending. This is definitely a must read and a newly found author for me! I can’t wait to read more from N. D. Jackson!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Fabulous book by Author N.D. Jackson. I am so happy I picked this book up. Athena is strong willed, independent, wealthy multi business owner. She was kicked out of her home by her parents when she was 17 years old by a tragic event and never looked back. Tru, a sweet but yet cocky pool player, happens to have a tournament at Athena’s pub and meets her for the first time. Major sparks happen. As Tru falls in love with Athena the more they spend time together, can she get over her past and let all the walls that barricade her heart crumble to love Tru back? This story, for me, is a slow burn, but I loved it.

Sinful Daughter (Dark Mafia Sins Book 1) by Emily Bowie was just simply amazing. Personally I love a good mafia romance novel but Ms. Bowie really kept me on my toes with this one. Her characters are so enticing that I found myself furiously flipping the pages to see what came next. While Ms. Bowie makes us easily believe that our female lead is shy, she is really strong and independent and knows exactly what she wants. Meanwhile our male lead leads us to believe that he’s a bill headed man, but he’s really a soft teddy bear under that rough exterior. Ms. Bowie not only gave us fantastic characters but also a terrific plot that keeps us interested until the very end.

The Marcy Series Box Set: Books 1-3 by Linda J Burson is three books of romance stories with a bit of danger, and suspense, twists and turns. Now they are all in one spot and waiting to be read one straight after the other one.
Book 1 Rage is the first book in the Marcy series and there is a whole lot going on in this story, twist and turns at every step of the way. Just when you thought you knew what was happening BAM you were thrown for a loop. This is a romantic thriller full of action and drama, suspense and a whole lot of mystery and murder. Marcy is plagued by horrible nightmares and rage, and she doesn’t know why. Realising things are not as they seem Marcy knows she needs help. But when that helps comes Marcy finds herself in a fight for her own sanity and a path that she never expected.
Book 2 Confusion is the second book and just like the first book here is a whole lot going on. This book will certainly keep you on your toes and on a rollercoaster ride where you don’t know which way is up or down. Confusion is an apt title. This book is a psychological twister that has it all from action and romance, murder and mystery, and lots of dramas and dilemmas. Your emotions will be all over the place, fear and anger, love and angst, hate and happiness. Marcy is trying to face her nightmares and little by little they are coming back but could there be a more that could be behind everything? Could things get much worse than they already are? Will she be able to move on from her past? Will she finally be able to move on in her life?
Book 3 Agony And Ecstasy is the third book and continues on where the second book ended. This book is the culmination of everything coming to a head. Freedom is scary, revenge is ripe and sweet, devastation takes its toll and finally nightmares are finally revealed in full. Love is lost, happiness turns into heartbreak. Agony finds happiness and a broken heart may mend. This story has many, many, many highs and lows and lots of confusion, tears and sorrow, but there is also laughter and surprises. It is a story of three peoples hopes and dreams and unimaginable love. It is also a story about dealing with a past that would destroy even the strongest of us and dealing with the complications of that past to try and find a way to the future.

Lyon Tamer: Nerdy Romcom Adventure by Jen Luerssen
This is the first book I’ve read by Luerssen and it won’t be my last. This was a funny read and a page turner. I had a hard time putting it down.
Simone works with freeing tigers and lions. She runs into someone who then finds out that he’s the vet. Not one to be in a relationship she plays hard to get. The quote I chose for Simone is: “I am Simone Lyon and I’m head of PR and marketing for Freedom Roar. Mainly I deal with reporters like yourself, and look for opportunities to promote our rescue to get more support. When here at camp, I jump in and help with all manner of things. Dr. Locke can tell you about a recent exciting rescue we made.”
Sheldon is the new vet for Freedom Roar. When he runs into a fiery red head he thought he’d get her into his bed. He then finds that she also works at Freedom Roar. The quote I chose for Sheldon is: “Well, it’s mixed but generally good. Unfortunately, many of these lions and tigers have been overbred, malnourished, and abused. My job has been to make sure they are as comfortable as possible especially for the epic plane ride to South Africa.”

I was sucked into this story immediately. My first book with this author and it did not disappoint. Not a really long book – I was finished within a couple of hours. I immediately looked up the other books in the series. She has a couple of series that overlap. So I have already started the other series. First, the hero is on the villain’s side in this world of half-human half-dragon beings we are introduced to. He knows what’s going down, and he is having issues with it. Especially when one of the kidnapped females has caught his attention. Natalie is a spunky heroine who takes her fate into her own hands. I will say that this book ends kind of on a cliffhanger, but I wasn’t unhappy with ending. Go grab this one!!

Sinful daughter is book one of the dark mafia sins series by Emily Bowie. Aria’s father is the head of the Rossi family and Theo is the cop that wants nothing more than to take down the mafia family. Aria and Theo are enemies but the chemistry is undeniable. There is no way that they can work or can they figure it out? This book is so steamy my glasses fogged up. I can’t wait to read the next book.
This one is just as addicting as the first book in the series. In this one we continue with Vanessa and Grey. Grey doesn’t want her in the underworld. He tries to keep his distance from her because he thinks if he doesn’t he’ll stray from his 200 year abstinence. Vanessa struggles with leaving her lover, Raef. We get to watch Vanessa learn and make her way into the underworld. This one ends on cliffhanger, cannot wait for the next book.

Lyon Tamer: Nerdy Romcom Adventure by Jen Luerssen is so great! Sheldon Locke and Simone Lyon have chemistry when they first meet but make things a little awkward when they end up working together to rescue lions and tigers and move them to Africa. This book was full of crazy adventures and nerdy fun. Also don’t forget your fan because it is definitely hot!

The Universe has spoken. Lark thinks it has spoken in a positive way. Hunter, ever the pessimist, thinks it is sending a “no way” message. Lark and Hunter dated in college and things didn’t end well for them thanks to deception from her father. Six years later, they are thrown together again in Heron Harbor when her sister, Wren is getting married. Lark drives this old RV and lives the Boho lifestyle of an artist. Hunter is the Police Chief. I can just picture them when Lark’s RV breaks down on her way into town. Hunter, of course, is the one to stop and rescue her. From there, it’s a series of misadventures that seriously make you think the universe is saying no. But through a medical emergency, planning a wedding, learning about family deception and secrets, figuring out how they really feel about each other; Hunter and Lark are able to come back together and figure out there future. I found this book fun and entertaining. I could picture this over in a town in Maine. The description sounded like the perfect place. The characters were quite entertaining. I definitely recommend this one.

Vanessa is so incredibly funny. Picking up right where we we left off in The Don, Vanessa finds herself in Elysium with a not too happy Grey. While she finds new companions, she navigates the judges’ intent in bringing her there and tries to avoid drawing the attention of Grey’s mother, the Queen of the Underworld. Ultimately leading to a great setup for the next installment. I can’t wait.

I enjoyed this book so much! I love my Rom Com books but this one was different in a good way. It literally had me laughing and shaking my heads with laugher and happiness and at certain points. I loved how the characters were written as well as how they changed as the story went on and you literally were cheering for a happy ending for the main characters despite what ever drama or situations they got themselves into!
Sheldon was a fun character to read about! He was a modern day guy who enjoys one night stands, his parts, women for sure and never having to tie himself down to well anyone. He enjoyed his free style life, but sometimes when you think your living the life you are meant for what happens when you get that moment that hits maybe just once in a life time that leaves you breathless and shows you everything you could be as well as everything you can not live without?
Sheldon faces this head on when he is taking over for a veterinarian named Simone that had all the animal features Sheldon could ever dream of as well as the mind and heart he needed so much, but wasn’t aware to a moment that he very much did! Simone was a strong character that neither wanted one night stands or a relationship.
Could those moments of caring for the animals they helped and provided care for perhaps bring on love to both their lives they had no idea each of them needed so badly?
I truly enjoyed this book and this was a new author for me. I simply fell in love with their writing technique as well as they progressed the story and you got the background of the story which was the animals as well as the love story that was more than just sexiness’ it was full of desire and fun moments and moments where you were cheering and slamming your head down with laugher!
I highly recommend this book and look forward to more work from this talented author in the future!

I was left on the edge of my seat while reading this book, the story line, the passion, the characters, the suspense, the danger, etc. all of it gripped me and wouldn’t let go and instead left me wanting more. Honestly, as I read the story I found there were moments my hopes and dreams crashed, and times new light was cast upon my thoughts, and truly I was not sure in the least how the end would be when I completed this amazing gripping book!
The story was a gripping romance right from the beginning. As I would think a lot of people know when it comes to the Mafia there is many matters of the law and what is unethical as well as you don’t mess with them, as anyone would probably know, you mess with one of them, or someone dear to them, your asking for a death sentence, literally. In the questions of the heart though, there is truly a thin line I believe with love and the right thing to do. Ethically speaking. What would you choose if you were given the choice to have true love knowing it could very well cost you everything, and well anything?
The story is around Theo and Aria. Two souls basically in the cross fire in the feeling of what feels right yet knowing its wrong. they know their differences an basically every reason the book why they can not even consider being together? Can two souls who burn for one another truly be separated and prevented from finding their way to one another? What if the passion burned so much they just did not care what happened or any consequences of just that? What if the thought of the pain of not being together could be very far worse than not feeling one another’s touch or the passion that could be ignited just from being close to one another?
Theo is a cop. A damn good one too. He knows what his lawful duties are and he abides to them. Respectively with a passion for what he does for a living. Come along Aria. She is a daughter that is born into a Mafia, the one Theo is on the hunt to take down. Upon their interactions, they fall hard for one another even though they as hard as they can to not want one another or need one another. Some flames can not be put out. Both of them know the love they share and feel is not to be and forbidden as it basically will not end well, but in truth as long as they try to fight it they succumb to what they want and passion only gets stronger over time,
Personally Theo was an amazing character. He was a Prince Charming sort of character in the form of a cop. He was far from ordinary though. He cared not just with his feelings of his heart, but truly everything he had with in himself. He would risk it all for those he loved. In truth, he would protect those he laid down his loyalty to his very own death. He would protect you at what ever costs, and he honestly was a man of his word. Which in this growing world is hard to come by.
Aria was a loaded pistol, but she had a brain that was so easily to admire.. Yes, she is the eldest in her family for the Mafia, but she was not just going to let that title define how she was going to and how she should live her life. I loved her strength she carried and how she would go after what she wanted and she would not let the world control her no mater how hard she tried. She had the attitude of you live only once, so make sure you live a life you would consider worth living!
Theo’s and Aria’s love was one that was not written in the fairy tale books. It was one that should never be considered. Passion and flames of desire go hand in hand, their love made this book so addictive and so freaking good. I could not put this one down. I was into it when I first started, and as it progressed on I was left with myself biting my nails hoping for a good turn out, but in truth I had no idea how this would turn out as I knew very well as Theo and Aria, the taste of what is not allowed and should never be, is worth every cost and consequence, but in truth you have no idea what will be the end result.
I freaking loved this book! The romance and the suspense was so real and I felt the passion and love between Theo and Aria. I truly did not want this book to end. It took my soul and made me feel literally everything in this amazing book.
The author knew what they were doing and truly made a great story that sucks you in and holds you down the last word on the final page. Again I loved it and I highly recommend reading this, its amazing and I can not stress this enough, you will not be disappointed in the very least. I am very much looking for forward to the next book by this amazing author. I know I would not want to miss out!
To sum it up again, loved it with every passion in my soul, and truly recommend you read this!

Dark Bastard by India Kells will pull you in from page one! The amount of sorrow and pain I was able to feel from Sam in the first few pages literally had me hooked. The author’s ability to express his feelings is incredible and had me wishing I was able to save Sam myself! By a simple mistake, Sam calls a woman named Ellie and so the story begins between the two. When tragedy struck both Sam and Ellie, I was pulled in once again. I had to know what fate had in store for these two. I had a really hard time putting this book down. I enjoyed the author’s writing style and ability to make intense moments seem very fast pace and exhilarating, but have peaceful moments feel easy and calm. It really made me feel like I was in the story!

The Dream Catchers is the first book in J. U. Menon’s Prestoria series. This children’s series is set partially in the real world and partially in the world of dreams, and draws on the Indian folklore that influences the protagonist’s imagination, and therefore the dreams she experiences. I would have loved this book as a kid, when I tried to plan to have adventures with friends when we were both dreaming. It’s such a cool premise, and Menon develops it brilliantly with the Challenge and the mysteries that surround it. Such a captivating world! Radhika is a great protagonist. She’s very compassionate and concerned for others, making her a good role model. The challenges she faces in her real life, including grief and moving to a new area and school, are as much a part of the story as the fantastical challenges she faces in Prestoria. I particularly like how her relationships with family are explored, such as her younger brother Aarav who is dealing with his grief in a very different way to his sister. This book would be great for KS2-3 readers who are confident with longer chapter books. If a child gets anxious about sleeping or dreams, or are experiencing grief, it would be worth an adult reading it before or with them and using it as a discussion prompt. This book gets a full five stars from me! A superb read!

U. Menon – Review by Francis O’Sullivan
Sinful Daughter sucked me in before I even started reading it! The description sounded like it would be a really good intense story, and that is exactly how I would describe it. I haven’t read anything by Emily Bowie before, but I hope this turns into a whole series, because I am hooked. Before the story begins, we are given an outline of the characters and family tree. I found this pretty helpful, to get an introduction to the characters and get a feel for the families. There are 2 main mafia families (Rossis and Mancinis) in this story, and the cops either workings for them, or trying to bring them down. The story bounces back and forth between Theo and Aria’s perspective, which I really enjoyed. It let us get a feeling for the main characters. This book is packed full of danger, drama, romance, and all the feels. The romance is pretty detailed and intense, so for mature audiences only. I cannot wait to read more in this series, and highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys romantic books and mafia thrill.
