Another great story from an author I have looked forward to reading more of. Harper and Gabriel have history. Not good history, things were said and done that destroyed their friendship. Now in the face of danger can they depend on each other? Can they forgive and build what was lost. This suspenseful story has so much going on and yet the author kept it smooth going. This is a fast paced page turner. I fell in love with the characters and the parts they played. The story is well written and I am looking forward to seeing where the author takes this series next. What a fantastic contemporary romance. So worth reading. I hope you enjoy the story as much as I do.

Group Hug by Ariella Talix. This is a M/M/F romance that is fun and sexy. Weston is in a pickle and if he doesn’t do something soon he’s going to lose his house. He decides to run a ad in the paper for a roommate to help offset costs. When Callum gets out of chef school he’s kind of at a loss as to where to start to get his life going. He answers Weston’s ad and is happily accepted as a roommate. Then along comes Petra who is getting out of a very bad, unhappy relationship and needs new scenery and when she meets Callum & Weston they are the perfect scenery. Hot and handsome! The attraction between the three is immediate and hot scenes commence. Petra is a romance writer and helps them guide thru this trio and sets them on the path to romance. Each one of these individuals brings something cool to the table and to see them make each other better is so fun. I really enjoyed this steamy read!
This was a really quick read and it was definitely steamy. I am giving this book 5 stars because it has great characters and builds an amazing setting. I found that was able to sit down and just read the book without having to stop or pause because of something in the book. I did however, feel that the book was a bit rushed or I felt it was lacking more. Maybe the best way to put it is, that I wish it was longer so it could expand on everything in the book. So lacking isn’t really the word just I needed more. It does have everything it needs to feel complete. I was still really happy with the book. Don’t let my need for more be what sways you from reading it. It is really good and you will feel yourself swoon when you need to and even blush. If you are looking for a quick escape this would be a great book for that. I can’t wait to read more from this author. Reviewed by: @bbohls

Fashionably Fake (Kings of Screen Series) by Morgana Bevan. This has been such a good series. They can all be read as standalones but I really enjoy getting to know all the characters so I read them in order. This one is about Actor Jackson Levo who is known as the absolute playboy. No one will ever catch Jackson and turn him into a husband. Roseline Butler is a fashion designer who is not having her best time. She is about to have no money to her name and she is lost. When she almost lost her mind over Jackson last year she’s not about to do it again until he asks her to be his fake girlfriend to help his image as an actor. Can she spend a year doting on him as a pretend girlfriend and not catch feelings. Jackson has already caught feelings and wants to prove to Roseline that he can change and be true to her. This is a fun and romantic read that will keep you reading late in the night! I loved it!

This book…wow!! I’ve been a huge fan of this author and this book definitely grabs you and makes you Feel all the feels. Gabe can pretty much go anywhere but he’s waiting to see where Harper gets in to Before deciding. Their plans of college together, then living happily ever after come crashing down when they get devastating news one night. With no time to process, their lives change right then and there. Harper can’t think of how to keep Gabriel in the dark about her horrible home life so she does what she can only think is best and that’s break up with him. They both go on to live their own lives. Gabriel hating Harper. Harper missing Gabriel but blocking his # and blocking him on social media until 10 years later when she thinks he’s in danger. How will Gabriel feel About Harper showing up out of the blue spewing all this crazy talk. The chemistry between these two is ridiculously hot. True love never dies…or does it? When Harper gets back to Chicago and tries to explain to Gabriel what’s going on will he believe her, will she be able to save Gabriel or will it be a wasted trip. The Rocklyns Collection: Books 1-7 (The Rocklyns Series) by Alicia Street. I love this boxed set! Each book can be read as a standalone but I really enjoyed reading them in order. This set follows the Rocklyn family of brothers, sisters and cousins as they find love and make their way thru life. My favorite stories were Rainy Day Lovers about Raina who has grown up making sure everyone got along and never really took time for herself. She is a family law attorney and keeps busy with that. Roman is a well known plastic surgeon and has had a lot of loss in his life. When he and Raina meet their is chemistry but can they work thru their past issues to make it work? Improbable Lovers is about Grant who is a ex Army Ranger and has seen lots of bad things leaving him with a damaged soul. He likes to keep to himself but when he meets Keisha who is a wild independent woman that is up for anything she wants to get to know Grant but only if she can get past his walls. When tragedy strikes for Keisha, Grant is the only person she wants to help her thru it. These stories are all so good and are about a multitude of topics including, second chances, secret baby, forbidden love and grumpy/happy relationships! Such a great boxed set.

“Murder She Meowed” by Ruth Hartman is a cozy mystery that is perfect for cat lovers and fans of light-hearted whodunits. The story is filled with charming characters, including the lovable cats Milton and Pearl, who add humor and personality to the narrative.
The plot is well-paced and engaging, with plenty of twists and turns to keep readers guessing until the very end. The small town setting adds to the cozy feel of the story, and the author’s descriptive writing brings Green Meadow to life.
Christy Bailey is a relatable and determined protagonist, and her determination to prove her friend’s innocence is both admirable and entertaining. The romantic subplot with Micah adds an extra layer of intrigue to the story, and readers will be rooting for Christy to solve the mystery and find happiness in her personal life.
Overall, “Murder She Meowed” is a delightful read that combines mystery, romance, and feline antics in a fun and entertaining package. Fans of cozy mysteries will enjoy this charming book, and I look forward to reading more from Ruth Hartman in the future.

“Fade into the Night” by Becky Flade is a gripping suspense novel that seamlessly blends romance and thrills. Flade’s writing is fast-paced and full of tension, making it difficult to put the book down. The characters in “Fade into the Night” are well-developed and relatable, with their flaws and strengths adding depth to the story. The chemistry between Noah and Sadie is palpable, and their growing relationship is intertwined with the suspenseful plot. Flade’s attention to detail and ability to create vivid scenes create an immersive reading experience. Overall, “Fade into the Night” is a thrilling and well-crafted novel that keeps readers on edge until the end. It is a must-read for fans of romantic suspense who seek an engaging story with a perfect blend of action, romance, and mystery.

I absolutely loved this book and could not put it down! If you are looking for a romantic slow-burn with extra *spice* then this is the book for you. Colby and Gabby’s story is so well done and you will want to throttle both of them throughout the story but there is an HEA. Sheppard’s character development and plot progression is amazing and will have you rooting for the characters even if they drive you insane. This is book 3 of 3 in the Hamilton Steelhawks series; however, you can totally read it (and any of them) as standalones. Another aspect I really appreciate when authors do is when you get to see how the other characters from previous books are doing. We get updates on Addie and Max from Book 1 and Jayden and Cait from Book 2. If you are into sports romances this is the book for you. And if you aren’t…then you haven’t found the right one yet and HERE IT IS! Definitely pick this up today, you won’t regret it because this has it all…hockey, forced proximity, HEA, enemies-to-lovers (kind of), and so much more. Reviewed by @meggs1717

OMG I love this author, give me mafia, hunky security guards and alpha males and you have the trifecta in this book. This book is split into two stories and they are amazing.
The chemistry between the two main characters in each book is off the charts and with the added drama, with twists and turns I challenge anyone to not to read this is a couple of sittings. I loved how each character is developed and although these men are dominant alphas they are loving and caring for there sub missive’s always.
Each story offers a different aspect to dynamic of the group and is a great read, with a lot of characters now introduced into this world hopefully there is more juicy stories to come and can’t wait for the next instalments.

Harper is just trying to set things right after her life goes to hell when her parents die and she is sent to live with her uncle. 10 years later, she is back to try and tell Gabriel, the love that she never gave up on, that he’s in danger. There is so much going on. The action, drama, steam, romance, and so much more makes this a fantastic beginning to the Titans of Chicago series. I couldn’t put this down once I started. I have read several of these books before and I love Morgan’s writing style. She’ll pull you in every time and you’ll be in love just like the characters. This series is a good standalone but reading the others will do nothing but make you love Morgan Bevan more. Jackson and Ros are the best. I love fake relationships that turn into full on love. The hope of it all.
In this fun, child’s book you follow a crab that enjoys being mean and pinches everyone. This story teaches children how being mean doesn’t help them get friends. The rhyming helps get the repetition in their head of why they shouldn’t be. It is a great little book that many ages will enjoy but children need to hear it slightly more than most adults.

Great characters that seemed very real, Ashton is a strong independent career woman, and Zach is her boss. It is a spicy, best friends’ brother romance, opposites attract with intense chemistry. I say definitely give this book a try you might be as surprised as I was.

This book was really good. I listened to it in one sitting because I needed to know what was going to happen. As the plot thickened, I couldn’t stop listening. The ending took me by surprise!! The narrator was excellent and portrayed the characters really well. I would recommend to this anyone who likes a good mystery but might only have a short amount of time to listen.
