Frozen by Lies by Martha Sweeney is a fun adventure that incorporates loved and familiar holiday traditions. The Klaus and Frost lines are now many generations in; living in villages that aren’t far from each other physically but are worlds different. Some long forgotten issue has made rivals of these groups. Nikolaus is the first Klaus to enter into Frore in a very long time but fate introduces him to Noelle. Thus beings their love story and either the redemption or destruction of Frore. This is an entertaining new type of holiday tale and I’m so excited to start the next book!

I love grumpy x sunshine and I ESPECIALLY love it when a guy has golden retriever energy!! They make the cutest couple and I was rooting for them the whole time. This was a nice short enjoyable read. This is book 2 in the series but they can be read as standalone, which I appreciate. I would recommend this book if you want to feel the warm fuzzies.

Here we are back in Buckeye Falls. This is book 2 in this series and it truly does NOT disappoint. A sweet romance is growing between Cece and Evan and I am here for it. This series can be read as stand-alones but I would read them in order so as to night get the timeline mixed. Love small town romances where everyone knows everyone and everything. Looking forward to more from this author and hopefully more in this series.

Made in Heaven series book 2. This book is almost as good as the first one. You do NOT need to read these books in order as the characters are totally different and not connected in anyway from book to book. This book has cousins, Cameron and Reed and their dream girl (literally) Joselyn. But will their love remain only in the dream realm or will they ever find each other? The biggest thing in this story is that Cameron is psychic, How or will this affect their future together? I recommend this book, it is full for hot steamy scenes, just a disclaimer though it is MMF and it is HOT.

Super sweet, clean romance about getting over your ex and finding the one you were always meant to be with. Every character is realistic and relatable. Not everything is as it seems in the idyllic town of Buckeye Falls but the people are true and loyal.
After a traumatic experience, CeCe has moved on in her life and found a spot where she fits and where she can find happiness. And, she is really doing it. CeCe has a job she adores. True friends she never expected. Then there is the soon-to-be-possible romance with Evan. Everything is going good and it appears like she has finally moved on until a new food truck competition is announced. The judge being the one person she never wants to see again.
Evan is figuring it out. He loves the freelance web design he is doing. He loves working at the diner and learning to cook. Most of all, he loves CeCe. Just as he is finally convincing her to give them a chance, obstacles get thrown in their path. Can Evan be the grown-up he says he is?
I laughed. I awwed. I enjoyed. I yelled at Evan. I cheered when Eric went down. He deserved what he got and sooooooo much more. This was my first stop in Buckeye Falls. It was pleasant and I had a great time. The next time I am in the mood for a sweet and clean romcom, I know where to visit.

From the moment their eyes they see each other something changes and I think it’s for the better.
Brooklyn has her professional life in order, she is in charge for a large non profit. Her personal life is not nearly as in order. She has one close friend and a closet full of secrets.
The guys are Oliver, Jaxon, Gideon & Aiden the Knight Bothers who have built themselves into something impressive. They started with nothing but one another as kids, bow as adults they still have one another and so much more.
The sparks fly from the pages as you’re reading this book starting in Chapter One and the heat only continues to rise from there.
I already have the next book on my TBR and will be reading it as soon as possible.

I loved CeCe and Evan’s story. We knew from book one that he was a good guy, but could also understand her reluctance after her previous relationship which we find more details out in this book.
CeCe does so much healing and growing through this story though her insecurities show their face every now and again.
Evan was full of surprises, who would have thought he could do so much and how awesome are his sisters?
I’m so ready for more of the Buckeye Falls crew. Never seems to be a dull moment in this small town.

The spice? Amazing. The plot? Fantastic. It’s a bit of a paranormal RH book, which brought an interesting element into the story. Cam’s visions with Jocelyn in the beginning really set the stage for the whirlwind romance. It’s a short, quick read. I think I finished it in about 2 hours. This book can be read as a stand alone within the two books in the current series, and I’ll for sure be checking out the first!

Jocelyn, Cameron & Reed meet while young in their dreams, not knowing if the others were real or not. Several years later they learn the truth and they know without a doubt they are soul mates.
Jocelyn was such a young lady when they first met and she dealt with a devastating loss, but her boys were always there foe her, until they weren’t.
Cameron and Reed grew up together and are family, they were always close but neither expected to be as close as they end up being.
The small details in the book really help pull it all together and make it an enjoyable read. Will definitely look for more of this series.

Take a trip (or two) to Buckeye Falls where you will meet CeCe and Evan, the main characters. CeCe is a grumpy and cynical pastry chef who bakes her heart out. She does not need a man to distract her from her love of baking. Plus it is safer and less likely for her to get hurt again if she only loves baking…. Right? Then there is Evan, he is her polar opposite, he is loving and filled to the brim with optimism. He is trying to woo CeCe, but will he be able to succeed? Will she let him in and give love a chance? While Falling for You is the second book in the Buckeye Falls series, each book can be read as stand alone books. I thoroughly enjoyed the first book, Falling Home! I adored this second book. Libby Kay has a fantastic lawyer of bringing her characters, the story, and the community to life. Reading both Buckeye Falls books was like seeing a movie in my mind as I read each book.

This book follows Callie and Brandon, childhood friends, who reunite in adulthood. This was a slow start for me and did not fully capture my attention until further in the book. I did enjoy the past scenes and getting glimpses of how Brandon and Callie were together as kids, it reminded me of my childhood crush. Brandon had such a sweet vibe to him and Callie was a bit tougher than i anticipated her being but she grew on me. She had really been through some hard things and it was nice to see her come around and open up to Brandon. I really enjoyed seeing how the characters have changed with age and how they both overcome obstacles in their own ways but end up on the same path. Overall this was a fine story to read but not a favorite for me although it does have some of my fave tropes. His Forever Muse, The Echo Series, C.R. This book absolutely blew me away and I loved every second of it!! I haven’t read anything by this author before so I went in not expecting too much from the storyline, but WOW was I proven wrong! Brooklyn has been through a lot in her life and assumes that surface level relationships are all she’s worthy of. Little does she know that there are two incredible (and hot) men that are ready to show her that she has so much to experience and love about herself. If you love why choose romances with TONS of spice and steam, this is the perfect book for you! It has a great storyline, in-depth characters, drama, and did I mention steamy scenes? I just picked up the second in the series as I cannot wait to see what this marvelous author has in store for us next!

After reading the blurb of Taming Brooklyn I was still unsure what to expect with this book, I was most certainly not prepared for how involved I would get in this story, and how much I would really enjoy reading it. I mean I finished this book in one day! Brooklyn has a lot of scars because of an incredibly tragic and tumultuous past. She hides herself away and doesn’t enjoy life because she is utterly terrified and embarrassed until one night she agrees to go out dancing with her roommate before she leaves on a work trip and her entire world changes when she meets the Knight brothers. She is enamored with them and her life with them in it until her unfortunate past comes calling. Boy, was this book spicy and definitely shouldn’t be read by anyone under the age of 18 due to the mature content, explicit scenes, many triggers, and violence but it was so much more than that. When you start you are thrown directly into Brooklyns life now and you don’t know much about what has happened in the past but that is slowly remedied throughout the storyline. I’ve read a lot of similar books and nothing I have come across had such spicy, well thought out, tasteful content but followed along with an edge of your seat, nail biting, thrill ride of a story. This was such an enjoyable read! I can’t wait for more!

This is second in its series, BUT can be read as a standalone! If you enjoyed book one, as I did, you will love this one too! If you haven’t read it, go read it too. 😉 ….Still dream meeting?? Gotta love that paranormal romance steam!?? Super hot cruise, with your dream mates, who actually are your soul mates! 🔥🔥 Ahhh every girl’s dream! 🙊 This is a fast paced read, yet still has an amazing plot! Loved the characters and their stories. Very glad I was introduced to the series!

Return to Hoodoo: A Paranormal Women’s Fiction Novel is the first book in the Boudin, Barbecue, and Hoodoo Book series. At first, I was unsure what to think about the book, but once I got further, I got sucked into Gwen’s story. This paranormal story is set in the familiar but unfamiliar Hoodoo, Texas. I enjoy Gwen’s character and how she speaks about how she has grown comfortable with herself. We all view the past differently when we look back on it, and she has a great voice while explaining where she has come from. Set in a small town, you get a mix of the comfort of home with the gossip of Gwen’s return. She left under unusual circumstances and returns under unusual circumstances as well. I can hear the town gossiping now. Now that I have delved into this series, I look forward to reading more.

I will admit I was a bit skeptical about this read. Reading the themes of romance, paranormal, fantasy mixed in with winter fun, bikers and feuds, something was telling me to just give this book a try and I’m so glad I did! Noelle and Nikolaus can’t deny their attraction although there has been a long lasting feud amongst their families. Their chemistry draws them closer to one another although Noelle has her doubts. The family feuding reminds me a bit of the Capulets and Montages of Romeo and Juliet. They are cautious with the other members when around one another and can be quite confrontational when things seem out of place. Her cousins and grandfathers are the ones opposed to her growing closer to Nikolaus but the female figures in her life seem to be motivating her towards someone who brings out a brighter side of herself. She is torn between her emotions, family and believing the genuinity of true love. One thing I must share with other readers to give this a try is amazingly, funny one liners and the great romantic chemistry amongst the characters. Definitely worth giving this book a read!

Falling For You: A Buckeye Falls Novel is the second book in this small-town romance series. This can be read as a standalone story, but better enjoyed after reading the first book in the series. In this book, CeCe knows what she wants in life and work. She loves working in the kitchen and creating new dishes at the diner. Evan works with CeCe and loves his job (even more because CeCe is there). Will he be able to break down the walls CeCe has put up? I enjoyed CeCe in the first book and was glad to see the focus on her this time. This allows us to discover more about her past and why she has built walls to keep herself from being drawn into a romance. Evan is adorable in his crushing on CeCe. He is a complete optimist and does not let anything get him down. Together the two make a cute romance that is hard to put down. I have been rooting for Evan since the last book, and again glad to see this story play out. I look forward to reading more from this author soon. She has a knack for small-town romances.

Falling For You is the second book in the Buckeye Falls series by this author. CeCe LaRue is a chef at the local diner. Evan Lawson is a waiter at the same diner. The two are good friends, but they think it could be something more. This book explores the challenges couples face when trying to launch friendship into relationship status. I read the first Buckeye Falls book, but I feel this one could stand on its own. The romance scenes are sweet and sensual, with enough description to make you understand what happens but also leaving some room for the reader’s imagination. I love the characters in this story! Max is the best boss ever. Ginny is kind and thoughtful. Natalie is fun and exciting. CeCe is guarded with her emotions, but is an amazing chef. Even has the personality that could make him the perfect catch. I was excited to read their latest adventures. This book didn’t disappoint. I couldn’t put it down! I definitely recommend this one.

In following suit with the first book the in series, this book follows a new set of characters that can interact with each other via their dreams. Jocelyn meets Cameron and Reed. they first meet with Jocelyn is almost 13 and the cousins are 16. Over time, and numerous dreams together, they build a strong friendship. After a tragic accident, Jocelyn pulls away from the dreams and doesn’t dream about the boys for 6 years. Only now, they are all grown up and feelings of friendship begin morphing into romantic ones. Fast forward a couple of years…Jocelyn is now a sought-after wedding photographer shooting a wedding on a cruise ship in Italy. It has been three years since she has seen the men in her dreams. Determined that she had made them up all this time, and falling in love with fictional characters seemed unrealistic, she keeps her distance. However, at the club on the ship, she finds herself face-to-face with them two men from her dream. They proceed to explore their relationship throughout the duration of the cruise. When they are back on dry land, they decide to give the relationship a real try. But there are forces set to tear them apart. However, they are going to have to band together and prove that love is strong enough…or they won’t last. This is another good book in the series. I enjoyed the dream-walking paranormal aspect. I found it hard to like Jocelyn’s character at the beginning because she seemed flighty and came off as hot-and-cold. However, she grew on me as the book progressed. I liked how the boys always had her best interest at heart…even when she wouldn’t see it that way. This is a pretty quick and easy story that I enjoyed reading.

This is the first book in The Club Kings Series and wow it is hot! Brooklyn has a lot in her past that makes her not trust easily. She is just lucky to be alive after all that she has been through. When she meets The 4 Knights they are very much her knights in, well not shining armor but in well made suits. This is a why choose romance and I can see where it would be hard to choose between these 4 men. I can’t wait to read the next book to see what happens next.

Enemies to lovers your thing? Do you like paranormal romance? Maybe you like biker tropes? We have Noelle Frost as our leading lady and Nikolaus Klaus as our leading man. I would be lying if I said Nikolaus didn’t immediately make me go “OH HELLO KLAUS” (ya know vampire diaries…no oh well never mind). Their banters and bickers were super amusing and made me want to keep going. This is the first in a series and reading while it was snowing outside….cherry on top.

This is the 2nd book in the Buckeye Falls series. This author never disappoints. CeCe and Evan’s story is wonderful. She has to come to terms with her past and the fact that Evan is younger than her. Evan on the other hand is happy with who he is and the life he is building. Can he convince CeCe that he is the one for her or will her past ruin it all?

I really enjoyed this book and the narrator was perfect in capturing Gwendolyn. I’m a sucker for strong fierce women and this book did not disappoint. Gwendolyn went many years avoiding her hometown until she is called back to her family home. From the beginning things are not going well and there seems to be a black cloud that is following her after several murders begin to occur shortly after her arrival. This was a book that thoroughly showed that that not all things are as they seem. Couple with the sassiness and humor of Gwendolyn this makes for a fun read.

As this new situation develops, Harry has to investigate an occurrence which involves the energy which flows throughout the universe and he realises that he may be in a position to help someone, but that it may also be the beginning of a breakthrough of his understanding of his own existence and powers, but will he be able to stay objective which he investigates and decides whether the pros of helping this individual outweigh the cons, or will he put himself in more danger than ever before? This is another in depth look into existence and reality in its many forms and asks the hard philosophical questions in such a way that you learn about life and learn to love the characters all at the same time and this is something which is both enriching and exciting, albeit at times mind boggling in the best possible way.
I really enjoyed this paranormal romance. It was a different take on the typical holiday story with two biker clans – the Frost Clan and the Klaus Clan – being at odds with one another. I wanted the read this now rather than wait months for winter to return as I absolutely love retellings with a twist, so I was hooked just reading the blurb.
I loved the fact the clans were bikers; it was unique to a winter story and added another element I love. I enjoyed the humour that the author brought in, but I can see how some parts may not be to everyone’s taste. The descriptive language used truly created vivid magical scenery which I loved stepping into to follow Noelle Frost and Nikolaus Klaus in their complicated and ‘doomed’ relationship.
I enjoyed most characters and the interactions between the two clans, but unsurprisingly Noelle and Nikolaus had the best interactions. They bounced off each other very well and their banter reminds me of how me and my loved ones can act around each other.
Overall, the writing flowed well, and the story was unique and imaginative. I was gripped throughout and am so happy I found this gem of a book. Can’t wait for the next fun instalment in the series!

Cameron Pompeo has always felt things more strongly than others, he trusts his intuition and on occasion has had inklings which are more than powerful, but he cannot control, or deal with them sometimes, the only thing which he can, is the appearance of a young girl, Jocelyn Parker who appears in his dreams and they get along better than he does with most other people. One night, his cousin Reed Pompeo turns up in his dreams as well and immediately, he can feel a connection between them, so pretty much every night, they spend time in their dreams building a deep friendship until Jocelyn is hurt in an accident which kills her mother and causes her to withdraw from them.
While Cameron and Reed try to manage without Jocelyn, she is buried under the weight of her guilt and the belief that she doesn’t deserve happiness and that the two boys from her dreams make her the happiest she can be, so she pushes them away and suffers more each day for it, but because they are only figments of her dreams, she will get over it, albeit deep down she knows that this isn’t right. In order for her to continue her self punishment, Jocelyn throws herself into existing day to day without them and continuing her life and Cameron and Reed try to do the same, but it is the hardest thing which they have ever had to do.
One day many years later, fate throws the three back together on a Mediterranean cruise where Jocelyn cannot run away and Cameron and Reed are determined to keep her close, so when they do reconnect, the passion and connection strengthens immediately, but what will happen when the cruise is over, will they be able to keep their connection strong, or will outside forces try to rip them apart? This is another steamy romance with an unconventional twist which will keep you hooked throughout as past, present and future collide to create a bond you hope will last.

Falling for You (Buckeye Falls Book 2) by Libby Kay. This is such a fun series and I was super excited it was the story of CeCe and Evan. These books can be read as standalone’s but I enjoy them much more when I read them in order. Evan is sunshine in human form, always looking on the bright side and just being a nice guy. He brings smiles to all the people in the diner where he works. CeCe is a pastry chef and has been thru a very bad relationship so she has signed off on them. No more just work is her motto. Evan is determined to get CeCe see him for the man he is not the kid she sees. There is a slight age difference of 5 years but Evan doesn’t see the problem. When a famous Chef comes into town to hold a Food Competition in their town everyone is excited. Just when Evan is breaking down CeCe’s walls a person from her past comes crashing in. Will she finally realize Evan is not the enemy and that she can count on him to be her person? Read this fast paced romance to find out!

Chicken little and friends make a discovery of gravity and are very interested by the different sounds things make when they hit the ground. The friends have no idea what to call the discovery so they venture to the palace to ask the king. Along the way they run into an obstacle. But nothing is too much for this group. I really enjoyed the adventure of this book!
