I didn’t realize this book was a series and I can’t wait to read the others because I LOVED this read so much. The chemistry between Flynn and Chavez is amazing and I loved reading it!! Phenomenal character development, hands down. I enjoyed the romance and just the entire damn book. This book was a good way to keep my mind off of things lately and I deeply appreciate the author for writing something that grabs my attention. I love how books just captivate you. I will definitely be reading the other books to this series! ASAP.

What a wonderful read! Dean and Rae have tons of things to work through but reading their journey was great even through the hard times. I love a good slow burn/ enemies to romance book! It’s two of my favorite tropes and this book definitely didn’t disappoint. Great characters and a well written story! I wish I could read it again for the first time!

Libby Kay is easily becoming one of my favorite authors. Her stories and the characters she writes are always amazing. The first book to this series was great because I simply adored Max & Ginny. so I knew this one would be too. NOW I LOVE EVAN & CECE! So so much. But Cece’s past is coming to haunt her…can her and Evan make it? If you want a great soft romance, this is for you. This is a book I easily see myself doing a re read of. I also hope Libby writes more for this series!

What a great first chapter! It was hilarious and I instantly fell in love and was excited for the rest of the book! Amazing job Sylvia for grabbing my attention! If you want a story about 2 business owners, that have their stores right next to each other…who constantly butt heads and play pranks on each other? Who can’t seem to stop the physical attraction for one another even though they can’t stand each other? This is for you. I love a good hate to love romance! The characters were great and watching the 2 main characters realize they’re wrong about each other..was the best. What a great HEA! I’ll definitely be reading the next book in the series!

Wow what a book. I don’t know what I was expecting but it wasn’t that lol. Had my interest from the very start though. Book has a ton of triggers, so definitely check those out. It’s about abuse, murder, mental illness. An absolute thriller and I really enjoyed it. Reading about the abuse he had done to him, as well as his mother…by the hands of his own father absolutely shatters my heart though. I can feel that from my own personal experiences. Characters were great and I personally thought the book was well written. It’s a dark read but it didn’t bother me so I really enjoyed it!

I really liked this book! Didn’t realize it was part of a series so I’ll have to go back and read the others. But are considered standalone so technically not necessary. The chemistry between Adam and Cristy is the best! They’ve had to go through some things but who doesn’t? If you love a good rockstar/pop star romance, read this! You won’t be disappointed. Really well written and I’m glad I read this. I went in blind. Highly suggest checking it out.

Glad those days are gone and makes me wonder how it’s been so long ago. Really good young adult book and coming of age read. And the friendships and the way young girls act to one another…it’s so spot on but also extremely sad. Seeing the way Landry was treated by her so called “friends” all the time actually made me sad and super angry for her. If Landry did something, there was always someone out there jealous of her or someone out there making up lies about her. The young girl bullies is something I can relate too as well. It happens a lot and I feel for Landry. Every time something went well for her, ericka was always there to talk down on her and bashing her behind her back. Making Landry feel like she doesn’t deserve what she’s achieving. Landry made it through a modeling competition but because ericka didn’t make it through, she had to start downplaying Landrys looks. Landry made it second place is this writing competition as well but because it wasn’t first place, ericka had something to say about that too. Friends don’t do that. So even though I really enjoyed this book, it also made me angry. I always say it’s a good book if you can bring out all kinds of emotions! I want to feel it all! So even though it made me mad, I loved it lol.
Super short read and I went in blind, had no idea what the book was about. It’s set in the late 1800’s and western, so that’s different but the book was decent. Not a typical book I read but it had my attention. Had spice and it made me laugh quite a few times 🤣 A maid is being framed for something she didn’t do and this cowboy tries and helps her out and ends up falling for her. If you want a quick read, about a grumpy Cowboy and a woman in jeopardy, read this.

For being such a short and quick read, I loved this! Author did amazing with this story and my goodness, that cliffhanger? WHAT? I didn’t want this book to end and I NEED more lol. Cole is simply amazing and he’s got such a soft spot for his momma. He’s always there for her, especially when his dad is being a POS…which is 99% of the time. Riley is so used to moving because her and her mom are constantly on the go. Her dad is also a POS. There’s betrayal and tragedy and heartbreak in this..I honestly didn’t expect for the book to go the way it did. Great read though and I can’t wait to read more!
First book by this author and holy hell did I love it! I can’t wait to read the next one! Vaughn is a true alpha male and he loves control! And xena loves it! She’s his sisters best friend! Which is a trope I absolutely love. The spice, steam…HOT. The descriptions and the way the author describes every detail is absolutely amazing. I felt so many feelings while reading this book and that’s what I love. If you can make me feel happy, sad, angry, on edge, turned on…that’s a great book in my opinion. The chemistry between Vaughn and Xena is amazing and I’m so glad I read this book! Huge page Turner for me.

Imagine marrying a complete stranger, a celebrity at that…for a TV show. Abi and Finn go back and forth at first and Finn tries his hardest to keep his distance and not fall for Abi. He strongly believes she’s off limits and it’s hard for him to trust anyone. He’s had a bad experience with a woman and he assumes everyone ends up using him. Things could be so intense between them just as much as it was heart warming. I really do love the connection the main characters have, no matter how hard they try to fight it. Great story all around and I loved EVERY page. I love a good rom com with SPICE 🌶 I encourage every one to read this fantastic book if you love a good romance and a sucker for forced proximity!!

Fantastic book! I knew I was going to love it because I just loved the second book of this series. Peyton is dating a guy named Andy who’s living a double life. She goes to this party with him and finds out he’s married. Andy pretends she’s actually there with his teammate Ryan..when really she came here with him. Peyton has no idea and is absolutely crushed. The guy she’s apparently dating (Ryan) thinks Peyton knew Andy was married and just didn’t care. Ryan instantly judged Peyton and they don’t start off on the right foot. They have to keep pretending they’re dating but is that all it’ll stay as? Fake dating? Will real feelings come into play? Ryan tends to react on things before thinking but he really is amazing. The drama, the intenseness, the romance, THE SPICE? Absolutely amazing. The characters were great, there’s characters that are absolutely AWFUL I’d love to smack them but that’s what makes a great book. You need different kinds of people. This author knows how to captivate you and keep you interested. There’s humor but there’s also some pretty dark topics discussed in this book. I loved the entire thing. I wish I could read it again for the first time. I love a sexy spice read and I loved the hot tub scene 🥵 edging is so 🔥 10 stars for me.

I love RH and I’m so glad I read this! First book by this author and I wasn’t disappointed! I’m in love! The characters are great. The step mom sucks. But the men? My gosh! And I love when the female character is described as someone who’s my weight. I know how Stella felt when she was criticized about her weight. And I love when I can relate to a character! Makes the read that much better! And that spice? My goodness! I’m here for it. Stella is staying with her step brother and his 2 hot friends. I’m going to let you wonder what happened with that 😉 I highly recommend this book! Huge page Turner for me and I couldn’t put it down. I love a great short read. This had my attention from the very start! James has a secret, an arrangement. Jasmine thinks he’s full of crap. What she doesn’t know is that James will be someone she never thought he was capable of. This book has drama and betrayal but it also has romance and forgiveness. The characters are loveable but there’s characters that will irritate your soul. All characters can’t be great right? That’s what makes an amazing story! This book had me feeling all kinds of emotions while reading…love, laughter, anger, frustration. I felt it all. And that’s what I look for in a book..I want to feel it all! I highly recommend this!

if I could give this book 20 stars, I would! The characters are all phenomenal! They all have their own personalities and you get many different POV’s and I LOVE that in a book. Teagan AKA the love guru and Tenley AKA TJ On PAR…have never met, until the love guru invites her to this resort in Hawaii. He’s a sucker for love and she doesn’t believe in it. Will she let her guard down and fall in love? Does he have what it takes to break down her walls? This book is greatly written and it’s easily became one of my favorite reads this year! The humor is top notch and I’ve laughed out loud many times while reading. That spice though? *chefs kiss* 🤌🏽😘 it’s hot!! 🥵 Teagan sure has a way with words and I loved every page of the spicy scenes! I never wanted it to end! If I could give this 10 stars, I would! I knew I was going to love this book. I’ve read Thief which is the 4th book of this series, which I’m obsessed with. So knowing how much I loved that book I just KNEW I was going to love this one. The suspense, the action, the thrill…I LOVE IT. Adrik has had it hard growing up. His face is what everyone notices at first, and he’s gotten crap for it more times than he can count. They call him BEAST because people say he looks like a monster. His face is all messed up from a terrible time in his life. His dad is a horrible person. He left his home before he did something he would regret…but he didn’t want to leave his younger brother. So he left to try and make a life and he would come back for his brother once he was settled. He joins the mob and ends up having to protect the families daughter, Annika. She was attacked and now is receiving threatening messages. Adrik has always had an eye for Annika and now that he’s responsible for her life and for protecting her, nothing will stop him! Annika sees him for WHO he is and not by what he looks like. If you love a book that gives you all the emotions, read this! You won’t be disappointed! Leslie Georgeson is becoming one of my favorite authors! Her books keep me interested and I can’t seem to put her books down. I finish her books in one sitting. They’re THAT good. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this series!
Wow I love this book so much! Becketts life is going down hill. Paige has her own company but is also dealing with personal issues as well. But Beckett and Paige meet (again) when they really needed one another. The way the author wrote these characters had me in love with them from the very start. Beckett may seem reckless but I love him! The way this book took ahold of me, is unreal. This book is emotional and heartbreaking but it’s also full of love and positivity. People can do better if they really want too! Just because someone made a few bad decisions doesn’t mean they’re a bad person! This is the first book by G.K. Brady and I didn’t realize this was part of a series, so I can’t wait to read more! Highly highly recommend!!!!!!

Kate and chase have sparks flying from the very first interaction. The connection, the spark, the lust…it’s so intense! Kate doesn’t realize who Chase really is until later, but that doesn’t stop her from wanting him. He’s her boss at work but he’s also her boss when it comes to the bedroom 😉 Kate is inexperienced but that doesn’t stop her. She wants to learn and play and Chase is down to teach her everything sexual. The spice in this book is mouth watering! I can’t get enough of it. I love a romance book with awesome smutty scenes, but it also has to have a great story with it. I need that connection between the characters to really FEEL, and that’s what I got. Chase is also insanely sweet and you can tell how deeply he feels for Kate. He takes care of her in every single way. He notices the small things and that’s what gets Kate’s head spinning and heart thumping. She was doubting herself having a relationship with someone she works FOR, but she can’t stop what she’s feeling..and Chase reassures her everything will be okay. Chase has her interests in mind and he’s her protector. Simply perfect. Kate thinks his security is a bit overbearing but that’s just his way of showing he wants her to be safe, always. I LOOOOOOVE the characters, I love the plot, I just loved this book so much!!! I couldn’t put it down and read it in one sitting. Highly recommend!

She meets Jake (has his own ranch) who gets under her skin since their first interaction. She’s mouthy, he’s sarcastic. She infuriates him but he can’t get enough. Will they quit bumping heads and let love take over? Will she find that certain thing or spark she’s been looking for in her life? She moved because she felt like something was missing. Will she find that? Highly recommend this! I love the authors writing style and it had me completely hooked. Real page turner for me and I couldn’t put the book down. I love Lilly and her sassiness lol.

What a beautiful book! I love this author so much! The characters, the story, the emotions!!! I can’t get enough! Author really has a way of grabbing a hold of your feelings and having your full attention the entire time! It’s like I could feel exactly what the characters were feeling! Absolutely remarkable. Highly recommend if you love a GREAT second chance romance!!!

I knew I was going to love this book SO much! I read the first one and loved it from the very first page! It was the same for this one! I was actually stuck just from reading the blurb! So good! Characters are amazing, the plot was great! Author has a way of grabbing your attention and keeping you interested and I love that! And it’s friends to lovers? That’s one of my favorite tropes and I can’t get enough of it. Michelle and Royce are just great together! There’s some spice in this book as well but who doesn’t love that? 😍 the suspense and drama ALSO had me hooked. I need a book that gives me all the emotions and this book did that! Such a great read!! Check trigger warnings before reading!
