How do you make a book even better? Simple you create the audio version. I love being able to be able to listen to my favorite books and keep up with my tasks. This is a action packed story and kept my attention. The characters seem to jump right out of the phone and right into my vivid imagination.

I have also read this author so this is a good way to continue my enjoyment of her books. I love this series as it is a nice balance of supernatural and intrigue. I really like how the author brings her book to a new life with a great narrator. I will definitely be getting more.

Saffie and Niran have such a sweet chemistry I really cannot wait to see how this whole story pans out. I am really on the edge of my seat and the cliffe hanger OMG!!! I like how the author balances out the drama and the underlaying romance. I found this book to be a little more dramatic than past ones and am anxious for the second part.

I really was glued to the pages to see how the story would play out. I found that this was such an easy read that I just got lost in the pages. I felt as though I was right there in the midst of the action. I like how even though it is a paranormal book the characters just seemed real and jumped off of the pages. Another journey into the drama of Petrosky. I was really taken down the rabbit hole with this one. The author brings the past and present to a explosive combination. I found that the author has done a great job of bringing the characters to life and bring the drama too boot. I found myself on the edge of my seat on this one.

Petrosky is so so messed up and I really have all the feels for him. He is a great detective but in this book we really see him as I see it really hit rock bottom. I really like how the author is able to bring his past into this and things seem to come full circle and I hope this is the beginning of healing for the main character Petrosky but only time will tell. This being not my go to genre has really had me out of my comfort zone. I like how the story and back story are complex and not predictable. I find that the complexity of the relationship between Seth and his father really adds to the drama. As well as the complexity of the relationship between Seth and Miriam. I took a little break from my favorite genre to read the second book by this author. I was taken down a supernatural mystery road full of intirgue and drama. I was definitely on the edge of my seat reading this book. The author has really written a chilling supernatural thriller that grabs the reader and keeps you till the end.

I found that I was really sympathetic to Consuela as she tries to open her husbands eyes to the evil that is his mother. It really is a complex story and I like how the author is able to keep the flow and drama going. It is so hard to see the evil in those we love or those whom we are supposed to respect. I find that the author has really written a good plot and you can feel the inner struggle of Gabriel as the book goes on. I must admit that even though this is not my go to genre it was a nice escape for a lazy Sunday.
