I really found that I went through a roller coaster of emotions reading this book. I think that the author did a wonderful job of dealing with a very sensitive subject. There are many families out in the world that I am sure are dealing with different stages of this very scenario.

I found that I really got grabbed by this book and although not in my regular favourite genre really enjoyed it. The emotions that it brings to the surface really tug at your heartstrings. Alzheimers is a very viscous disease and this book really portrays how difficult and uncertain things can be when dealing with a relative with this illness. I like how the author was able to navigate the twists and turns that can be dealt with. I would definitely read more from this author in the future.

This is the first book by this author I have read and I was not let down. I really like books that are based on historical events and peoples. I like how the author was able to bring the characters to life. There was drama mixed in with bits of intrigue and draws the reader in. I was unable to put this book down.

I really like how there are a lot of twist and turns. I also like how this being the first book really sets up the series to come. I found that the author has a unique style and is able to wind the story around the characters and the sort of dangled ending to this first book really leaves the reader wanting more . I will definitely read more from this author as well as this series. I am quite eager to see how it will progress.

I have to say that this is a refreshing change to my normal genre. I really found this book to be intersting and was really hooked from the beginning. This is the first book by this author that I have read and I was not let down. The characters really jump right from the pages and I felt as though I was part of the action.

I found the story line to be quite original. The book was filled with drama and just balanced out right with a few twists in the story. I think that this is a great prequel to an existing series that I look forward to reading. I like how you get to understand just where the character is coming from and what has happened to create who they have become. I am glad that in a way I am actually reading a series in the right order. I look forward to reading more from this author in the future.

I really do love books set in period. I don’t care if they are romance, mystery, or whatever. I love being drawn into the past and able to fantasise that I am in that time period. This book was very well written and kept my attention from the first page to the last. I love how there is just enough intrigue and drama to keep the reader going.

I could really feel the emotions Charlie felt as the drama unfolded. I was on the edge of my seat to see who was actually guilty. I really like how the author grabs the reader and you are transported into the very colourful past. I enjoyed this book and look forward to reading more from this author in the future.

I am so bad at reading series out of order. I did this again with this book as this is book 3. I didn’t feel to disoriented by doing this. I felt that the author did such a great job bringing the characters to life that I could easily follow the story line and had a good sense of what was happening and what may have happened previously.

The chemistry between Neve and Micah really is the underlying part of this story and the drama that surrounds them and their family. I felt that the author really draws in the reader and the twists of the story along with the world that has been created just keep you on the edge of your seat. I felt as though I was there and part of the story as I got further and further into

I will admit that this isn’t my go to genre but I do like to try out new types of books. I have to admit that I did find this book quite enjoyable. The author does a great job with handling the subject matter within the book. I found that I was quite drawn into this book as the drama unfolded in it. I found that hearing the audio book added even more. The narrator really has a great amount of enthusiasm and makes a great addition.

The emotions that Tessa went through and the drama I felt as though I was going through it vicariously through the character. I found that I started to route for Locke the more the book progressed. Sometimes the bad boy isn’t such a bad boy at all and they are the ones that save the damsel in distress. I really found the author’s writing style and will definitely read more from her in the future.

I really like how the chemistry between Josh and Tasha unfolds. I really like the complexity of things within the story as this just adds to everything. I really like the use of Native American culture lore. I really like how the author is able to bring a creative use of it that both is respectful and adds to the story. Wow what more can I say. This is the first book y this author I have read and it is also the first book in this series. I was totally hooked by the book description and then I started reading I just couldn’t put the book down. The author has a refreshing context and plot. The characters even though are fantasy just jump off of the page.

I found that Raif and Sara were very unique and different characters but the chemistry well it’s hot pardon the pun. I know that this is quite a unique take on demons. I found that I really could relate to Sara. I really found that the author had an original idea and a very very good descriptive writing style that really just hooks the reader. I have a bad habit of reading books out of order in series and this book was no exception. I have to say that finding a new author and a new series is one of my favorite things. I didn’t feel out of sorts starting with book 4 but I know it is not everyone’s cup of tea to do this. This author has quite a refreshing plot and story line as well as characters. The characters really just jump right off of the pages and I felt as though I was there right in the thick of it.

I really like the chemistry between Sebastian and Chloe. I like how the whole thing is very realistic. The author brings in just the right amount of drama to the romance and catches the reader’s attention from the start. I really like how the whole concept felt real and didn’t feel like it was predictable. Wow another series off to a great start. I have read many of this author’s MC series and this is yet again another great start to introducing us to yet another chapter. The characters just jump off of the page and are very realistic. I like how the author is able to bring in just enough drama and intrigue and mix in romance.

I like how Lost and Patsy are in a way each other’s saviour. It really is a lovely romance even though it is wrought at the beginning with danger. I like how the Satan’s Devils are able to keep everyone safe. I like though how this series ties into the other, and how there is a nice little cliffe hanger at the end. I am so intrigued to find out how this little intrigue will tie into the series and how things will begin to unfold. I cannot wait to read more from this author and this series.

I really love getting a nice variety of authors and genre types in one book. This is a great collection of short stories. I am really looking forward to reading the ones I have not yet to read. There is something to be said about anthologies as you can get a wide rage of authors and a lot of different stories and not have to put down the book.

My favourite of what I have read is Good Bones by Maggie Adams. This is such a nice contemporary romance. I loved how the author was able to use the main characters pasts to highlight what will become their future. I also like how it was not a love at first sight type story but rather a hate to love story. I find that the author really brought the characters to life and that it was not predictable which is always a bonus. I was so glad that Griffin and Casey were able to come together. It was really quite a sweet short read and I really look forward to reading more from this author in future.

Yet another great adventure in Spicetopia. I have read this whole series so far and yet again I was lost in the Spicetopia world with yet another great couple and a bit of drama thrown in to boot. I really could not put this book down and really could not wait to see how things would end up. The author has a really good way of luring the reader in and once hooked keeping your attention.

I really thought that the story of Makenna and Ty was kind of sweet. The whole situation is sort of complex from the beginning and the author has quite the way to spin the complexity. I could really feel the pain of Makenna as she is confronted with the betrayal and also could feel the rush of excitement when venturing into the unknown. I also really like how Ty didn’t let his family stand in the way of what he wants to do. Vivienne and Aiden just have such an electric connection. I loved seeing how they each discover themselves as well as each other. I really felt drawn to Friday and her character. The way that the book highlights that every super power is valuable. Kat really is a character I could relate to. She faces some obstacles in this story and my heart was just ripped in two as she deals with her love’s disappearance. I like how the author balances the drama in the story and I like how they come together as a family. I really related to Kat as she had to fight to prove herself and really rediscover herself. The author has a very unique way to bring the reader into the Leda’s world as it starts to evolve. I really liked how the author was able to make this story realistic.

Leda really is such a great character and this book is a very good example of youth and how we all have to really find ourselves. There is so much of a mix of emotions and dramas happening to Leda. This makes her so realistic and makes it so one can see themselves within the character. This really is a continuance of a coming of age story. I really felt that the drama in this book keeps one glued to it. With Kermon staying in the Citadel to try and keep his mission and inevitably having to battle demons. This book just really brings the world the author has created even more vividly to life and I for one thought the balance of drama was just right. I really enjoyed getting more informed about the forest and seeing also more of the citadel. I just absolutely adore this book series. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a down to earth romance. I just love how
the author takes everyday people and brings them together. The books just really tend to flow one from the other. I really really recommend this series. It is the best for being sat on a beach and losing oneself to sitting at home tucked under the covers on a rainy cold night.

If I had to pick just one of the three books in this set I would pick the first well book 4 Badge Bunny. I just love how the author is able to bring the doctor and the police officer together. I could really relate to Brynne as her outlook on men and specifically certain types of guys. There as just something about Chris though that really drew you to him and you really routed for him to get the girl. I was really impressed with the way the author had a twist for Chris and that it really made him even more charming and what a girl really wants in a man type guy. I was glued to the pages to see how the relationship would play out as Brynne was really being stubborn.

I have to admit that I am really eager to read the final two books. I want to see where the author takes this series. I really like her comedy and lighthearted way in which she brings the romance. The books are all unique in their own rights and also flow with the predecessor. I have always been glued to the pages and the author really knows how to keep my attention. The chemistry between Jane and Ethan is quite unique. I love that she really wasn’t what he was expecting. High Fae Academy – Year One : Fae Paranormal Romance by Kaylin Peyerk
4 Stars!!!!

I just love to find new authors! This is the first book in this series and the first book by this author I have read. I found that it was unique and I just couldn’t put this book down. The characters just really come to life and I felt as though I was there with them. The author has created such a diverse world and I like how there is a balance of drama and romance.

Tiana is such a unique character. I enjoyed how the story wasn’t predictable. It is apparent from the beginning that Tiana is special but I really like how the author winds the drama around her. I totally related to her character and found that the story really begins to paint a wonderful picture and the world develops as you get further into the story. I like how she is reluctant at first but then as the story progresses she adapts to the academy. I really look forward to reading more in this series to see how things progress with the Tiana and the Fae.
