Alice Will: Dreams of Chaos Book 1 by Ashley Chappell
4 Stars!!!!

This is the first book from this author I have read and I was very impressed. I like to delve into the world of Gods and Demigods. I found that the author had quite a refreshing idea and story line. I really like it when I find new authors as well as series.

I really found that the characters were well written and that the reader could easily associate to them. Trotter’s character was one that I really was drawn to . I like the fact that she had a cat guardian. I found that I could relate to her as she struggled with her status of being a demigod. The parallel to real life being that one can relate to her struggle for her to relate with her father and then later when she learns the true identity of her mother. I found that the author really balanced the drama in this book keeping the reader glued to the page. I really liked the fact that Trotter was thought to have caused a lot of the troubles unbeknownst to the others it was Alice. I like how the book brings all the pieces together at the end and leaves it open for the series. I will definitely
be reading more from this author and series in the future.

I have to say that I was not let down. This is yet another great book from this author and the series. I really like the writer’s style and story line. I found myself lost in the story and felt as though I was right in the story with the characters.

I really like the complexity of Amy and Wizard’s(Drew) relationship. Although I felt Xander’s pain I totally like how the author was able to handle that and build the drama that really made the story. I like how the author brings in the past to shape the future. I found that I could relate to Amy’s character as I have some similarities in my life. I will definitely be reading more from

This is the second book in this series and also second book I have read from this author. I was not let down. I really find that the author has a refreshing writing style that brings the characters to life. I really like how the author picked up from the cliff hanger from the previous book and the adventure in this book really kept me glued to the pages and at the edge of my seat.

I really felt myself putting myself in Meda’s shoes as she struggled with amnesia. The drama and intrigue really add to the book and draw in the reader. I really like the fact that even though Meda is a princess that the author has written her character down to earth and I really found myself drawn to her character. The mysteries about herself that she needs to piece together and the intrigue that ensues really bring the reader into the book. I felt as though I was right with Meda as she goes about trying to remember who she is as she also goes about the new life she created on the planet she awoke on. I really look forward to reading more from this author and I hope this series.

This is the second book and I have to say that I was not let down. The author does a great job of carrying on the story. The author has created quite a unique world that really draws the reader in and get lost in the adventure. The characters are well written and even though this is fantasy they are realistic. I really enjoy fantasy books this is a great change from my go to genre.

I really like how the author has continued Scream’s journey to find his ranger friends. This book has continued the story and brought the drama right to the reader. I was quite drawn into the adventure as the evil arises. I felt as though I was right by the rangers’ side as they battle. I really found that I was at the edge of my seat to see how the adventure would unfold. I will definitely be reading more from this author in the future and hopefully this series.

This is yet again another great read! I have read a few books from this author and I am never disappointed. I really like the author’s writing style and storylines. I love how she entwines a bit of drama into the romance. I am a huge paranormal romance fan and I love me some werewolf. This book was just a gripping read.

The storyline between Shane and Bekah is actually really sweet. I like how the characters really come to life as you read. I like how the author leads the reader on a journey. The way a bit of the past is entwined into the book and the characters even being paranormal based are realistic. I could really relate to Bekah and her insecurities when it came to her judgement. I really like how the author brings them together. The book was a great read and I will be reading more from this author in the future.

Amazing! Yet again another fabulous book in this series. I have to say that this series is so unique. Who knew that an adult theme park could bring so many couples together! I just find this author’s series so unique and refreshing. This author brings the whole adult theme to the reader in such a great way that even if it’s not your cup of tea you find you just cannot put the book down and want
to see how it all comes together.

I really found Natalie and Micah’s story to be quite sweet. I found that the author dealt with all the subject in such a great way that this book will appeal to so many. I like how the story isn’t predictable and how there is just enough drama around the romance to keep the reader’s attention.
I really found myself drawn into the story and felt as though I was there in the thick of it watching the characters come to life before my eyes. The author has such a great writing style that one cannot help but get hooked. I definitely will be reading more from this author in the future and hope that there are more books to this series.

I have to admit that this is way out of my comfort zone. I don’t really go for murder mysteries but I have to admit that this book was an on your edge of your seat page turner. I like how the author draws out the drama and has the reader glued to the book as you want to see who done it. I also have to admit that I appreciated the fact that it wasn’t an obvious outcome.

I found that I felt as though I was right alongside the detectives as they investigated the case. I also found that I could relate to DI Tayna Miller. I also found it very interesting and unique how the author wove the family drama into the book and how it added to the suspense. I found that there was a really good mix of emotions playing in this book and a lot of drama with underlying drama. This made this book a good read. I do look forward to reading more from this author in the future.

I am totally lost for words. This is the first book by this author that I have read and I must say I was not let down. This is out of my preferred genre and I really got lost in the book. I do like fantasy and this book totally drew me in and had me hooked. I really like how that author creates the book world.

Following Scream’s journey is very captivating. I felt as though I was right along side him as the adventure advanced along. I really liked the whole fantasy supernatural setting of the world and the creatures within it. I like how the author creates the world around the story and how the past is entwined into it. I also like how the world even though fantasy can be related to the real world. I very much look forward to reading more from this author and series as I am eager to see how things unfold. Tails and Brodie have their hands full in this book. I really found that the author balanced the drama in this book and how it continued from the first to be very good. Their lives definitely got a few curves thrown at them in this book. I found that the author created quite the unique world and dealt with issues from the real world was very enlightening. This is just another great addition to this series. I was hooked from the beginning. I really enjoyed how the author told the story in a past tense story fashion. I really felt myself relate to Allie as I had a moderate form of the pregnancy illness she had. I totally found myself remembering that time and felt that the author really brings this to attention. I also found the authors use of PTSD really well written. There are so many things that can cause this and I found her use to be very insightful. I really found myself routing for Truck and Allie and found myself on the edge of my seat to see how things would end up. There are so many things that could have gone wrong but their relationship and characters were so strong it really made the book. The Confectioner Chronicle by Claire Luana
5 stars!!!!!

I have to say that this series is a really great read. Whether you are sat on a beach or just relaxing at home this is a perfect read. I enjoyed this series a lot even though it wasn’t my go to genre. I really like how the author was able to weave just enough drama and intrigue into the story. Each book blends right with the one before it.

Book 1
The Confectioner’s Guild (The Confectioner Chronicles book 1) by Clarie Luana

What can I say but I absolutely have fallen for this series. The author has such a unique way of
bringing the characters to life and I felt as though I was actually in the story. The refreshing
way that you are drawn into the book and just feel as though you are escaping into the world that the author has developed. I just couldn’t put this book down.

I really felt drawn to Wren from the very start. The drama that unfolds around her brings you to
the edge of your seat with anticipation. I liked how the author was able to not only throw in drama and intrigue but also weaved in just the touch of romance to boot. I really enjoyed the dynamic between Wren, Sable and Hale. Into the mix you have the chemistry between Wren and Lucas. The whole dynamic just adds to the intrigue in the book. I really cannot wait for the next book in this series. To get to delve more into the lives of the Confectioners and their world alongside the other guilds and see where the magic leads.

Book 2
The Confectioner’s Coup (Confectioner Chronicles Book 2) by Claire Luana

I am once again no let down. This is the second book in this series and the third book including the prequel to the series that I have read. The author really has such a great way of grabbing the reader and keeping you at the edge of your seat. I really found myself getting lost in this magical confectioner’s world she has created.

Book 3
The Confectioner’s Truth (Confectioner Chronicles Book 3) by Claire Luana

I couldn’t wait to get delved into this book and boy I wasn’t disappointed. This is the third book in the series and fourth one I have read by this author. The books just keep getting better and better. I was drawn in from the first page and couldn’t put the book down.

The author does such a wonderful job of keeping the drama going from book to book. There seems to be a smooth transition from the fist straight through to the third book in this series. To get to follow more the lives of Wren and her fellow confectioners as the head into the pending war kept me glued to the edge of my seat. The way that the drama unfolds keeps your attention. I wasn’t disappointed as I continued to read as the drama unfolded in this book. I really will be reading more from this author in the future and hopefully there will be more in this series.

I have to say that the more I read about Wren’s life the more I really find I am drawn to her character. She has gone through so much in her short time in the Guild and then to have to endure more. She is a very strong leading character and the author does such a great job of developing her character around the drama that unfolds. I really felt all the emotions vicariously as Wren went through them and in this book she has a roller coaster of them. She winds up losing so much and yet she still has Lucas. I really felt my heart in my throat as the book came to the ending and once again to have the book on a cliff hanger of sorts really has me anxious for the next book in the series. I will definitely be reading more from this author and the series.

The characters just seem to jump right out of the pages and into your imagination. I felt as though I was part of the action as it all unfolded. I really found the concept of the series to be quite unique and refreshing. The story is quite well written and easy to read. I definitely recommend this sereies and this author.

The way that the characters interact is unique. I like how Liz is able to use her love of history and especially crime in history. The whole way in which her study and research begins to tie into the story is just amazing. I could feel her emotions as she was researching. I felt the sort of let down when she couldn’t really tie Al Capone in. I certainly enjoyed reading this book and I would definitely read more from this author in the future.

The characters are refreshing and bring the story to life. I really like how the author entwines the two worlds together of the enchanting Fae and the magic and the real world , I really enjoyed the cultural pasts that the author uses in this book of Ireland and Scotland. I like how the story wasn’t predictable. Eamonn and Katie’s characters really drew me more into the book. I like how each were each other’s second chance. I found myself going through all the emotions Lorelei experienced. I can relate to the situation where she has her old love whom is now lost to her even though he is there with her and her new love. I can relate to the conflict she feels and I can appreciate the choices she needs to make to move on. I really like how the characters all seem to fit in and the drama unfolds between them. I really look forward to reading more from this series as I am so interested to see how things unfold.

5 Stars!!!!!

I am absolutely without words this book was such a great read. I have read this author before and I was not disappointed. I really was hooked from the first page. I realy find that this author has such a refreshing style. The characters really jump up off of the page and straight into my imagination. I felt as though I was Josie.

I really like how the author creates the drama around the characters. Josie and Spencer just have such a spark and the little added bonus of Gage well that was just the right amount of spice. I also like how just a bit of the past comes into play. The author really draws in the reader and I will definitely be reading more from this author as well as hopefully this series.

I have once again found a new author and another great first in a series book. I really like psy-fi and
paranormal books. This was just such a great read and so refreshing. The book had me from chapter one and if I said it once I’ve said it a million times I just couldn’t put this book down.

I like how the book is in first person. I really like how I am seeing the events through the main character’s eyes. The first person narrative of this brings everything to life. I felt as if I was the character and as the events unfolded that I was experiencing them first hand. The world created by the author just came to life within my mind. I also like how things are not so straight forward and the main character falls for her guard over time. I really look forward to reading more from this author and this series as this is the first book and I am so eager to see how things pan out.
