Billie goes home to help her family out. She runs into Leroy. Will destiny put them together again or will reality keep them apart.
One thing I really like about Allyson Abbott is that her series Christmas Kiss is that it is what you read is the story. There is not an underlying cause to pop up from nothing and make the story serious. This is just small-town love story. There are times when you will be laughing, crying, and cheering all in one. This is a simple quick read. For me this is exactly what the doctor ordered this holiday season.

A Frothy Christmas Kiss by Allyson Abbott is the fourth book in the Christmas Kiss series. This is a fun, Christmas read centering on the story of Kat and Dan. Kat comes across a great, little coffee shop with a very, handsome owner. After the two get to know each other over their shared love of coffee will the sparks fly? The story is a quick read with a happily ever after ending. The two characters are well written and their story is sweet. I enjoy stories like this especially during these busy times of the year. This is a sweet, uplifting story that I enjoyed. This series can be read in any order because they are standalone. If you enjoy one you will enjoy all of them.

A Tangy Christmas Kiss is book two in the Christmas Kiss series by Allyson R. Abbott. It is a clever little christmas romance that was short, sexy and oh, so sweet. Mel is a hot mess and finds herself in a foreign country where she doesn’t speak the native tongue. But she does know the language of love, and sets about to find her happy ever after. It is a highly entertaining story that will make you laugh hard and loud, and your heart melt in a puddle of gooey sweetness. 5 stars for this wonderfully festive fiction.

I loved this sweet Christmas novel that takes place in a small town. Billie and Leroy had been in love before she left to chase her dreams. She had hoped he would follow her but he never did. Things are different when she returns home after 5 years. While helping her pops in the shop she learns things that change everything. I really loved her character and the rekindled love and new love that take place in this novel. It is another great addition to the Christmas Kiss series.

A Pink Christmas Kiss is the third book in the Christmas Kiss Series by Allyson R. Abbott. All the books in this series are standalone, but I highly recommend you read the whole series because these book are just what you need to put you in the Christmas spirit. This book features Billie , who let her small town to move to New York City. She left behind her true love, thinking he would follow her to New York. Five long years later the big city was really wearing her down, when she got a call from her father asking her to come home and help with the family business. When she returns she finds that Leroy had his reasons for not following and a lack of communication between the two was a problem. This is a sweet Christmas love story. I loved the fast paced, easy flow of the story, and would recommend this book, series and author.

This book is definitely a seasonal must read! A Tangy Christmas Kiss is the second book in the Christmas Kiss Series by Allyson R. Abbott. This story follows Melanie “Mel” on her curious adventure to Spain. Mel’s mother calls her out of the blue to ask her to go to Spain to help her Aunt while she recovers from surgery. So basically anything that could go wrong on this trip happens. The upside to this is the sexy man that sat next to her on the plan. He decides to help her even though he doesn’t speak any English and she doesn’t speak any Spanish! All the while Mel doesn’t seem too concerned as to why her mother couldn’t go to Spain. But you have to read to find out why! So, basically this story is full of funny and quirky moments that keep you laughing and wondering what’s going to happen next. If this book doesn’t put you in the holiday spirit then I don’t know what will! Allyson has such a way with her books that the stories have so many unexpected twists that pull you in and have you on your toes wanting to see what’s going to happen next! This is such a sweet story that you really don’t want to put it down. I cannot wait for the next book in the series to see what kind of romantic adventure we take ourselves on! I have read a couple of books by this talented author and she always surprises me. My favorite books are about Christmas. It puts a warm feeling in my heart. This is the third book is the Christmas Kiss series. These books don’t need to be read in order because they are about different couples. I was hooked on this book from page one. I could not put this book down and I read it straight through.
Billie left her hometown to follow her dream in New York. She was very disappointed when the love of her life Leroy did not follow her. Billie was too proud to pick up her phone to see how he is doing so time passed. Her family needs her help so she returns to her hometown. Billie is helping her father in his car shop. She is surprised when a gift comes to her and it takes her back to the good times. Billie is getting ready for Christmas and she runs into Leroy again. She still feels the chemistry between them but does he feel the same way? Will Billie forgive Leroy and move on or was there too much pain to heal?
I absolutely loved this book. This is the perfect book to get you into the Christmas spirit. This book has everything you want romance, humor, and forgiveness. You will fall in love with these characters right from the start. Billie loves her family so much she goes back home to help. She is still a little bitter of what happened long ago with Leroy. Leroy is a great guy. He just wants to see Billie happy. They way he treats her will make your heart melt. This author will keep you guessing on what will happen to these unforgettable characters. I can’t wait to see what this author will have for us next.

A Pink Christmas Kiss, by Allyson R. Abbott, is the third book of the Christmas Kiss series. This holiday romance was a sweet second chance story. Billie was a strong female character is this story and I really liked how the author created/shared her relationship with her family. Very endearing. Leroy is Billie’s past love, but does the past every really stay there? Their interactions always come heated, not necessarily in the best ways. The pink theme was cute and just the right mix to give the story a bit of girly fun. Overall, a great holiday themed romance.

Sweet and romantic, this Christmas story took me as the reader to another country with different Christmas traditions. I thought it hilarious how the lemons were tied into breast cancer awareness at the start of the novel giving the main character Mel and Lucas an inside joke for the story. I was not sure how Domingo fit into the story at first, but later on the author reveals a surprise. This novel was such a wonderful and easy read. I could not put it down and can’t wait to read the next book in this series.

A Frothy Christmas Kiss is the fourth book in the Christmas Kiss series by Allyson R. Abbott. It is one of my favourites of the Christmas Kiss Series and it’s a lovely, sweet holiday romance- with wonderfully endearing characters, a charming story, a dose of miscommunication, a dash of drama, which results in a winning recipe for a delightful romance story. Ms. Abbott has such a wonderfully descriptive, well-rounded and inviting style to her writing. Her stories always draw me in and have me hanging on every word. Her books are so easy to read and always leave me with a feeling of satisfaction and warm-heartedness- and this story was no different.

This series is truly the sweetest of the sweet. I know I have said it before, but it does bear repeating that Christmas romance stories make for some of the best romance novels ever. There is just something about all the warm and fuzzies you get that is all wrapped up with the holiday feels. Top that with a hot man and and beautiful woman and you have the perfect, cozy afternoon read. This book is that book. This series is that series. I have loved this series from book one and this author has given each book its own warm and fuzzies. This book was probably my most favorite of all of them, only because I love coffee as much as I love reading. Kat and Dan are some of my two most favorite characters to date. Their interactions are light and fun, even with the little mishap that seems to bring everything to a screeching halt.
Do yourself a favor. Read this book. Read this series.

A Frothy Christmas Kiss by Allyson R. Abbott is the fourth book in her Christmas Kiss series. This book can be read as a stand-alone although the whole series is a fun and entertaining series that is well worth a read. As with the others this book is a great easy read that you can easily lose yourself in for a few hours. It is fun and lighthearted but still had you engaging with the characters, Kat and Dan. I really liked Kats character. I found her down to earth and relatable. This whole series has been great to read, enjoyable, entertaining and amusing. I would definitely recommend reading this series.

Continuing with the sweet holiday themes this story will show you that Murphy’s law is in full effect for her characters. Following the story of Melanie, she will pull you in from page one and keep you intrigued until the end. From the moment her mother cons her into watching her aunt’s house everything imagine just falls apart in Mel’s life. When she ends up lost and vulnerable will the help of a sexy Spanish stranger be a good thing or another wrong turn? While there is a serious language barrier there is also something more as well. The language between their bodies keeps drawing them toward each other no matter the obstacles. When things look to be heading up for Mel and her mysterious stranger, what will become of them when she gets to her final stop? Will Mel’s fly by the seat of your pants attitude keep him close or will he run like everyone else? Abbott is a new to me author, only having found her with this series, but man am I happy that I picked this one up. If you are looking for a great book that can be read as a solo from its series as well as one that will warm your heart and tingle your cheeks than this is the one for you. Allyson Abbott has written another great addition to the Christmas Kiss Series with A Frothy Christmas Kiss. These stories can all be read as a stand alone and they are all unique in their own way. This is Kat’s story and she meets Dan in a hilarious and embarrassing way that sets a great pace for the whole story. I have to admit Brian was my favorite part of this story, I loved him. Then there’s Spencer and Kat’s dad and well a lot of other characters who make this story as good and funny as it is.
A Frothy Christmas Kiss is another addition to the Christmas Kiss series by author Allyson R. Abbott. Each of these reads transports you into a wonderful world of Christmas, romance and love. This read is short, sweet, engaging and you will never be disappointed.
Each of these books in the series can be read as a standalone, but once you have read one, you will not want to miss the others! This book is a genuine feel good, warming read with two amazing characters called Kat & Dan, these are two real, relatable characters that I loved instantly. A Tangy Christmas Kiss is the second book in the Christmas Kiss Series by Allyson R. Abbott. This book can definitely be read as a standalone. This is a very fun, laugh out loud holiday story. It had me hooked from the very first page and I couldn’t put it down until the last. Mel is going to Spain to help her aunt at her mother’s request. What she thought would be a vacation at the beach, turns into a whole lot more. This story proves if something can go wrong, it will. From the beginning thing went from bad to worse. Delayed layovers, bad news, language barrier are just a few of the difficulties that Mel encounters. When she reaches her destination, she realizes she is way over her head. If you are looking for a super sweet, heartwarming holiday book, this is a perfect book to choose. Allyson R. Abbott is one of my favorite go to authors, especially when I’m looking for a good laugh. Her books always pick me up and I love how she jumps around in her genres. I highly recommend this book and author.

A Pink Christmas Kiss is a cute romance novel by Allyson R. Abbott. It is book 3 in her Sweet Holiday/Christmas Romance series, and one of my favorites. It drew me right in and kept me hooked until the end. I was rooting for a happily ever after, and was not disappointed. The characters were very real and relate able and I loved seeing both sides of their disagreements. Billie and Leroy were high school sweethearts, that ended abruptly when Billie moved away to New York City, expecting Leroy to follow. Leroy stayed home, expecting Billie to come back home to him. The lack of communication built walls and feelings of disappointment and hurt. When Billie returns home 5 years later to take over her dad’s business, she is hoping to rekindle the relationship. But, is it too late?

This was such a sweet Christmas romance between Elf and Rudi. I felt like I was able to connect with Elf more while reading since the storyline focused more on her. I also loved Sue the cat. He was precious and played a key role in this novel. The storyline was easy to follow and kept my attention preventing me from putting this book down. I cant wait to read more in the Christmas Kiss series .

If you are looking for a sweet, wacky, and whatever can go wrong does go wrong not to mention a romantic comedy all wrapped into a book is A Tangy Christmas Kiss by Allyson Abbott. I have to admit that I am starting to enjoy this Christmas Kiss series. I need to have some comedy in my life and these books are the answer to my comedy needs. Melanie is the main female character and she has become my book best-friend. I love the way she approaches everything. I believe I would be the planner and Melanie would be the fly by the seat of her pants friend. Melanie is out to assist her mom when all that is possible goes wrong does indeed go wrong. Not to mention meeting a Hottie helps out. So in your mind’s eye you see a woman who is helping her mother and everything going wrong mixed with a Hottie who doesn’t speak your language and here is the A Tangy Christmas Kiss book for you.

A Prickly Christmas Kiss (Christmas Kiss: Book 1) By Allyson R. Abbott This story was a fun loving holiday read. I enjoyed reading this book, it made me laugh and swoon a bit. Christmas is my favorite time of year so this book was just what I was looking for. I thought the chemistry between Elf and Rudi was great and I loved their banter. I loved Sue (Santa’s Little Helper), he was adorable. The town where this takes place felt magical just like Christmas should feel. I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series, I’m sure it will be a wonderful romantic holiday read just like this one.

What a fun Christmas story! Elf, is supposed to be meeting her friend at her cabin but fate had another plan. Elf, aka Emma, goes to the cabin alone and tries her best to get things going in this remote town. She doesn’t expect to find a cat, who Apparantly can understand things Elf asks. I loved the characters and especially the cat. Cant wait for more in this series.

I absolutely loved this second chance romance. Billie and Leroy were a fun couple to read about.Their issues in communicating are completely relatable. I love that family means everything to both of these characters. They are willing to put them first. There is a host of great secondary characters that really support the story such as Billie’s parents (especially her dad) and Billie’s best friend, Lucy. I did feel that the ending was a bit rushed, and I wished it could’ve been longer. However, it is a great story that I really loved reading!!

This love found in unexpected places was a fun read.This story is about Mel and Lucas. Mel finds herself in a position of caring for her aunt’s house in Spain. However, the trip was an unexpected one and the job not exactly what she thought. Mel also doesn’t speak spanish. Lucas is sweet and quick to help out even without understanding. I definitely loved reading about them and the progress of their relationship. Allyson Abbott does a wonderful job with pulling her readers in and with character development. She writes great secondary characters as well.

A Tangy Christmas Kiss by Allyson R. Abbott is the second book in the Christmas Kiss series, it was just as whimsical, sweet, cheesy hallmarkly, as the first.
Not my first read by this author or this series, I read A prickly Christmas Kiss last year, so it’s only fitting I keep going with this fun holiday series. Now before I get to into this review, I have to tell you that though this is a series, so far they read as standalones. So no worries about spoilers or reading out of order.
Okay, here’s the tea, I wasn’t as drawn into this one as I was with the first. Though I still very much enjoyed this fun tale of lost in translation, I wasn’t too keen on how much time was spent on Mel getting to her destination. Not only that, her first impression, for me, wasn’t the greatest. I know what it’s like to travel, long, tiring and plain old crazy. I didn’t like the bratty way she was acting, especially with the barista (don’t be sassy with people that’s preparing your food/drink, unless you like spit.. then go for it..), or her overall tone for the first 30% of the book. I do get it, overtired, irritated and lost, been there done that to many times to count. What I’m saying is that maybe, starting the book before we get to the strung out Mel, probably would have made me more sympathetic towards her situation. (Cause when it got into it, I got it, her mom pulled a pickish move, but I think that should have been first, like a flashback before the whole barista thing).
But even though this had a rocky start, the more I read on the more I got pulled into the story. It turned into a fun, crazy sweet tale, and the ending was every bit of that Christmas magical, cheesiness, you know and love. Mel’s character did grow on me, she turned out to be a pretty solid character and managed to carry the last half of the book.
Overall this book is a nice addition to any Christmas book collection. The plot was fun and unique. The writing was rich with detail and lush with engaging dialogue, even if Mel couldn’t understand what was being said half the time. That added barrier brings a nice layer complexity that really rounds out an otherwise predictable storyline. Those layers don’t stop there, because as Mel becomes more and more involved with her surroundings, things start to get interesting, because who needs one hot guy, when there can be.. two.
I hope you give this adventure a chance, so please take my high recommendation and my stamp of approval that, this book will have you wanting to book your own trip, on the off chance you’ll find love.

If you are looking for a wonderful Christmas short story, look no further. Allyson Abbott has written (in my opinion) a nice short story, A Prickly Christmas Kiss. This story is such a sweet story about a small town romance with a cabin, a wonderful holiday season, and even some holiday furry animals. I personally love Allyson Abbott’s stories as they are fun and realistic stories. Her characters can be a part of my world. I really feel close to them. In this story, I love Elf (Emma Louise Fallon). I want her to be my best friend. She is trying to keep everything on the low down, but she is having a heck of a time. I hope you take the time to sit down and bond with Elf.

I have read a couple of books from this author and she always ends up surprising me. My favorite books are about Christmas and this author exceeded my expectations all over again. This is part of the Christmas Kiss series. They don’t have to be read in any order because they are a lot different couples. I was hooked on this book right from the beginning. It only took me a day to devour this magical book.
Mel loves her family and she can’t wait to spend Christmas with them. She is on her way back home when her mother tells she needs to go help out her Aunt in Spain. Mel finally gets to Spain and she is so lost. She doesn’t know much Spanish but she notices a very handsome man sitting next to her. When Mel gets to her Aunt’s house it not what she was thinking. It is anything but a beach vacation. She has animals to take care of and other chores. Mel gets help from this handsome stranger and she starts to feel some chemistry but can they get past the language barrier? Will Mel find something she never expected to find again, love or will she end up going home for Christmas alone?
I absolutely loved this book. This is the perfect book to get you into the Christmas spirit. It has everything you are looking for romance, humor, and love. You fall in love with these characters. Mel is so strong and loves her family so much. She will do anything for the person she loves. Lucas is the perfect gentleman. He can’t fight his feelings for Mel. The way he treats her will make you swoon. This author will have you at the edge of your seat until the end. I can’t wait to read the next book in this magical series.
