Hush, My Darling is the second installment in the Benoit & Dayne Mystery series. Although Hush, My Darling is part of a series it can easily be read as a standalone with no confusion. Winter Austin writes deadly romantic thrillers that will not disappoint. Full of suspenseful twists and turns Austin has you sitting on the edge of your seat the entire book. Just when you thought you had the mystery figured out she throws another wrench in the plot. The story line was seamless, moving from scene to scene, keeping the reader engaged. I recently read installment three which drew me into this series. Despite reading these out of order, I can’t wait to get my hands on the remainder of the series. Highly recommended!
