I really enjoyed how easily the story progressed. The characters were very well developed and had great depth. Lillian is a nurse in hiding from the big bad Kinetica who wants her DNA to advance their power. Her sister is ill and Lillian is a healer but needs something more to heal her. Can she find that something or someone and stay off Kinetica’s radar? This is a really good paranormal romance complete with all the magic, mysticism and mystery you would hope for in this genre.

The final one in the trilogy, a trilogy of epic proportions! I could not put it down. Detailed and delighting, comedic and witty, fresh and refreshing. This novel spoke volumes and brought so many emotions out in this reader. Once again this author has done it! Made me want to keep reading, made me slightly depressed that this series ended and yet very happy for our characters. This trilogy is beyond brilliant, beyond the norm and beyond a work of art!

This story is told from multiple POVs. While that may not seem important to some it is for many. While I am not a multiple POV fan on the normal everyday read this story was wonderfully written. It had all the things we expect from fantasy based stories. Great storyline, twists and turns and a line that shouldn’t be crossed but ultimately is. All in all I spent a very enjoyable afternoon with this book.

Many reviews said this could be read as a stand alone. I found I got so lost in some areas of the story that I wound up frustrated and not enjoying the story. I found the author to be very strong in creating detailed characters and giving us amazing storyline, so I decided to head on back and read the first 7 books. After that I found I really enjoyed this novel. I would definitely recommend reading this series as a whole and taking yourself on a laugh out loud adventure!

A snarky, incredible, remarkable and powerful leading lady. A great setting and one heck of an amazing storyline. What more could the reader ask for? This book was equal parts fantasy and mystery (and sass from our main character, Gwen). It gave the sense of slowly sucking you in until you were so enthralled you couldn’t put it down. This is definitely worth the read!

Emma is one of my favorite female leads in a story ever. She is strong heroine who always finds her guy or gal whichever the case may be. This author not only creates this amazing historical narrative but also provides a compelling list of characters. If you are gonna read this series it is best to start from the beginning and you won’t regret it as it is an amazing series! You can’t go wrong with one of this author’s books.

Oh forbidden love tell me thy ways. I enjoyed the paranormal aspects but for me the whole forbidden love thing was quite trite. It seems as if it’s the same story just in another paranormal setting. I would have loved more details that made this story unique and persuasive. Our heroine needed a more detailed backstory and more tenacity when choosing between things.

Sexy, Spicy, and Sweet. This is the second in this series and really brings out the best of the family. Being witness (even in reading a book) to a couple finding true lasting love and a little bit of sexy sass to go with it is an incredible experience. I thoroughly enjoyed this and while I didn’t read book one I am going back a reading book one and book two again in succession. If your looking for a sweet and steamy romance this one is for you.

I truly enjoyed Zoe’s story. She knows what she has to do with her life but she is now in a journey to combine what she is with whom she wants to be. This is a paranormal fantasy story told in a very movie like fashion with all the details you need to fall deeper in. The characters have amazing backgrounds and the storyline is very strong. I love fairy tales and I loved the cover of this book. So of course when two things you love in literature coincide you definitely want to read that novel. Princess Zarina… well what else is there to say, but she is a princess who makes a bad decision and gets involved with the wrong person. Now trapped with the consequences of that decision she must avoid capture and save her kingdom. This is a fast paced fairy tale with all the magic and allure you would expect from one. I very much enjoyed it although I would have expected more details, as when I read I get images of the places and things and there weren’t quite enough to get a complete picture. Other than that this was a excellent story.

The truth behind his lies will bring you page after page of terrifying thoughts and images. If you love psychological thrillers like I do then this book won’t disappoint!

This portrayal of the different creature factions in mythological lore reminds me of the creatures of the night from Rocky Horror. That said I loved it!! A great story with amazingly descriptive content in both storyline and characters. You can’t beat an author who loves their own characters and makes you love them. I not only will be reading more from this author but am quite confident I will be adding many more five star reviews for their books.

If you are a writer hoping to get published doing a single project or multiple projects at once this book is the one stop resource you need to help you create a successful timeline and goal. With so many resources at our disposal today it can be hard to know which ones are credible and which ones are taking advantage of will be authors. This takes the guess work out of which ones you can trust. This is a wonderful resource that all budding authors should have. I always love this author’s stories. They always entertain the children and they also give you (as a parent or teacher) a way to impart real knowledge to those children. In this story we learned all about the lifecycle of a caterpillar. We are also taught how to acknowledge the difference between male/female butterflies. Last but certainly not least is all the wonderful information about migration of monarch butterflies, complete with maps. Not to mention the illustrations are always beautiful! You won’t regret buying these wonderful books for your children.

I am not normally a fan of novellas (this includes prequels and extended epilogues). They are usually lacking in the information and details I require to really enjoy a storyline. That however is not the case with this one. The author is on point with details, character development and backstory. I have to say this particular start to a series has drawn me in. I will definitely be reading the series.

This is a dark, fast paced, psychological thriller that will leave you terrified to sleep with the lights off. While there isn’t much background information I found the information that was given just enough to read through the story without focusing too much on the why. If you have unresolved issues with abuse or alcoholism that can be triggered you should not read this book. If you love the dark side of life or enjoy the darker side of things this book is for you.

If you are like me and love a detailed story then this book of for you. The author doesn’t skip over even the smallest of details making the picture form that much more clearly. This cute (yes, I know cute is an interesting word to use to describe crime) mystery is full of drama, intrigue, fun and charm. This was my first book by this author and they did not disappoint. I felt the both the storyline and the characters were very well developed and complementary toward each other. While this was a fairly quick read I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed it.

This book should be rated xxx and not just because of the seggsy stuff. There is male on male, dominant submissive play and taboo behavior between step siblings. There is not a single chapter of this book that didn’t detail some lurid sexual behavior. The characters, with the exception of Stella, have almost no backstory. I enjoy details that draw one to the characters in the books I take pleasure in. While this story wasn’t for me I am quite sure many out there will enjoy it.

History, history and more history!! Throw in a some romance, curiosity, fun, responsibility, humor, drama, comedy and emotion and you have a great story. While I found it starts very slow (this being the reason for the four out of five stars) once you get into it the story grabs you and takes you along in a great journey. You will laugh out loud, yell at some of the characters and find you truly care what happens to our heroine. I definitely recommend reading this book.
