Twilight's CurseTwilight’s Curse by K.M. Wray
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Twilight’s Cure is a YA-young adult Fantasy book. I love the fact that this is a story about elves, dragons, magic, action, and drama. It is refreshing reading a book that had something other than vampires in the YA department. K. M. Wray is a newer author and so far I am loving her world-building story. A Spell of Rowans by Byrd Nash – Review by Erica Fish

A Spell of RowansA Spell of Rowans by Byrd Nash
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

A Spell of Rowans is a story that may have some triggers and be difficult to read. This is a story of drama, crime, and mystery. It does have some triggers that relate to domestic abuse, domestic violence, and mental abuse. I feel knowing that there are triggers will be helpful to know before starting reading this book, as it may be a difficult subject matter for some. The storyline moves quickly which had me turning pages to see what was coming next. The characters are relatable. It is a story that focuses on a family unit. It shows me the family dynamics between siblings which brings the drama to the forefront of the characters. If you like mystery and crime books, then this story is for you. This book is also full of emotions so make sure you have a box of Kleenex nearby.

Mr. Russell Archey is a new author to my growing list of favorite authors. This book is a fantasy book but it is on the dark side of fantasy. The attention to detail really makes this book stand out for me. It has all types of characters in the story. There are magical trees, elf-kind, humans, and some nasty god-like characters. I felt like I was one of the characters in the book. The adventure that I went on was one of dark arts. It held my attention with each passing page. The storyline has many levels throughout the book but Mr. Archey does an amazing job of keeping it all straight for me.I highly recommend reading this book as it is an amazing journey.
