My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I love thrillers and Chatroom With a View does not disappoint. This a captivating story about Troy Cullen and the killer gene passed down through generations of his family. Troy’s dysfunctional family and later his ex-girlfriend’s pregnancy cause Troy to lose control. This book is captivating and dark in equal measure. The characters are very well-written and while I found them reprehensible, I also understood their actions. The plot is great and I found myself unable to put this book down. I consider this one of the best thrillers that I have read in a while. This is a must-read for thriller lovers.

This author has done it again! ST, as he is known, is pretty much a nomad but his home club has called him home for an assignment. He found a book at a rest stop in his travels that starts a search for a missing woman. I can’t share anymore or I’ll give away the story. There is thrills, drama, a bit of violence (hey, it’s an MC), romance and a bit more. I was sucked in from the beginning. The story is always intriguing and you can’t put it down. The characters are badass and hard. It was cool to see a few with some soft hidden deep under in their personalities. Oh please, make this a series. Another hit that you can’t pass by. A definite must read.

Super short read that I wish was long so we could see more of this world she created and the relationship between Darin and Mora.

When I first read the blurb and laid eyes on the cover I just knew this was going to be a read that ticked all the boxes ❣️📕

Being the daughter/stepdaughter of celebs can’t be easy on one side the parents want to protect and on the other side the child wants to have a taste of that life and I must say one parent is an opera singer while the other a rockstar , polar opposites , very interesting ! 🫶🏼😋😉
I think it’s safe to say Melodie has music is her blood and when a nightingale wants to sing you can’t clip it’s wings ….

Melodie is desperate to sing so she goes “ undercover” and does just that , with Wil’shelp and he’s here to work and find his biological dad 🫣

Wil and El’s relationship is a blend of business and pleasure and between all the secrets , laughs and moments I really just had fun with them ❣️

This AMAZING author did it to me AGAIN!! She had me completely hooked right from the first word which meant a 2am bedtime for me yet again!! LOL Sleep is overrated right? I won’t complain even for a single second over lost sleep when it means I get to read more and more of these truly AMAZING and totally captivating 5 star books filled with fantastic characters ( some you will love and some you will hate with a passion lol), creative storylines and just enough steam to keep things even more interesting page after page. If I could give it more than 5 stars I absolutely would!
My heart always becomes so invested in these well crafted characters and the paths their lives take them on so it was absolutely no surprise that I was so invested in the story of Storyteller and Sheri. Two very different people brought together by a small common interest under terrifying circumstances. It’s was absolutely brilliant!!!

This is the first book in the Wretched Soulz MC series and i loved it. This author is definately one of my favourites and her books never fail to grip me and keep me on the edge of my seat.
This books is full of danger and excitement with a bit or romance thrown in which makes theses stories so good.

Storyteller got his handle for his ability to tell stories and it fits even better when this book revolves around a book he finds discarded at a service station. Storyteller is nomad member of the Wretched Soulz MC. When he find this supposedly random book he just thinks it could be a good read but what unfolds is something more dangerous and could lead to war between the Wretched MC and their ravel MC club.
When Storyteller finds the book signed he gets a strange urge to return it to the woman it belongs to. After finding out who she is, he also finds out she didn’t leave of her own accord she was taken.

No ST is on a mission to rescue her but why he doesn’t know.
Sheri is a quiet woman, she lives for reading and her passion is MC romances. She has fantasised about meeting a man just like in her books. But when she is kidnapped by a MC she realises that reality isn’t as good as fiction.
Now she’s trapped with no hope of escape. Until ST comes for her.
This is the type of man she’s dreamed about finding. And as they spend time together they start to get closer. But will they get time to build a bond or relationship or will the MC gang that kidnapped her have other ideas and scores to settle which could potentially put them both and the Wretched Soulz MC in danger.

An amazing read and I cant wait for more

As a nomad I spend all my time travelling the road, moving from place to place, with little or nothing pulling me back to what could be considered home.

That is, until I get a call from my prez, demanding I return.

I make my way back to the clubhouse, traversing hundreds of miles and making use of rest stops on the way. At one, I find a discarded book, brand new, with a date, a dedication, and the signature of the author inside.

I take it as the owner wasn’t around.

Then I was schooled that a book so recently purchased, and direct from the author, was likely to be a prized possession, and only accidentally left behind.

Not usually one to feel guilty, I have this crazy idea to reunite book and owner.

I didn’t realise that, for a woman I didn’t even know, I’d end up putting my life on the line.

I was unfamiliar with the author and her other works, but I thoroughly enjoyed this story. It was a cute sci-fi romance with space adventure mixed in. I thought Princess Mora was a great character and we really got to see her learn and grow as a character throughout the story. Her sister Pola was hilarious and delightful and their robot JCee was amusing and so helpful to the characters. Darin was a charming space hero, who was so kind and hardworking, despite his tough exterior. The rest of the characters were wonderful and the story was an easy to read tale that kept me in suspense until the last page. I cant wait to see what happens in the next book.

At only 55 pages, there was a lot missing from this story.

You meet Riley and her mother who have been constantly on the run, moving cities and getting a new identity.

Cole and his brother are dealing with parents who are constantly fighting.

I feel like most of the story was spent on Cole and his mother and the kids shared between him and Riley came and went. I felt the forward momentum of the story was lacking. I hope there is more to the story in the following books.

The White Knight Cowboy is a BWWM/interracial romance. It is an historical western set in Clear Creek County a small town. It is full of tension, and drama and romance not to mention cowboys. All the things for a good story. This is a short story, which made for a very quick read. I wish it had been a little longer. At times the story is intense.
Lovely Jo is a sweet but naïve young black woman who flees when she finds her master dead. However, she is a sassy little thing and offers the one thing she has to keep herself safe from the law.
Dusty is a cantankerous man since becoming a widower he turned to drinking and gambling. He unexpectedly stubbles across something that he never expected but it is one thing that could save his ranch.
Will he expose what could be the best thing to happen to him or will he keep it a secret? To find out you will need to read this book for yourself.

The White Knight Cowboy (The Studs of Clear Creek County Series) by Stacy-Deanne is a BWWM (interracial) western romance with a grumpy protective cowboy, drama, chemistry, spice, age gap, and finding love unexpectedly- in a bit of a wild west setting/small town.
A widowed cowboy encounters a lovely young woman taking refuge in his barn. She’s on the run, but swears she is innocent of any crime. She will do anything to escape the law, offering her most prized possession. But will Dusty decide to help her, or turn her in for the reward?
Another very short story from Stacy-Deanne, which made this novella a very quick and easy read. I would have liked this story to have been longer as I think I would have enjoyed even more detail, depth, and development and allowed me to really sink my teeth into the story. I like my stories with a little more ‘meat’.
Happy reading!

Thank you, Stacy-Deanne!

An enjoyable and engaging short romance story, which kept me happily turning the pages. Grumpy widowed cowboy Dusty, returns to his ranch in the small town of Clear Creek County. He is shocked to find the much younger, and beautiful black servant Lovely Jo in his stables hiding. Lovely Jo ran away having found the master of her household dead, but she’s adamant that she is innocent. She believes she’s a good judge of character and so when she needed help ran to Dusty. However, Dusty needs money in order to save his ranch, and there would be a bounty to collect if he returned her to the Sheriff. In fear for her life Lovely Jo promises him her virtue if he helps her escape town, however she never intended to fall in love with him. This is a interracial and age gap romance between wonderful characters, Dusty and Lovely Jo. The setting has a real small town feeling which was brought vividly to life by the descriptive narrative, as was the time period the story is set in. An entertaining and heartwarming read.

This was a much shorter book than I expected when I started reading it but there was certainly a lot going on. Its not really the sort of book I would usually go for but with having read this author before I wanted to give it a try. The book was better than the description led me to believe. I actually connected with the characters more than I expected and I became invested in the story.
What I enjoyed the most about the book was the overall development. The author knew what she wanted out of the story and directed it so well. It was well written from start to finish and a really interesting read. I am looking forward to seeing what else this series has to offer.

This was a really fun book with beautifully engaging illustrations. I read this book with my 3 year old and he seemed to really enjoy it. I have to admit I did struggle to read it out loud at times with the way in which it was written but it was the perfect language for the story about piggy pirate school! The pig character names were funny. I loved the for older children you could really use this book as a talking point about how we need to have patience and wait for things.
Overall an engaging and fun read with beautiful, colourful illustrations!

I think there are some great talking points in this book for children and would make a great addition to schools if they are doing a topic which includes learning about bees.

Wow! What a book. I don’t think it is over for Elizabeth and Lila. The whole thing had been going on for too long for it just to be over now. But I guess we will see in the next one.

Elizabeth Benoit, County Sheriff, is haunted by the deaths of her friends. When the anniversary is recognized by another young girl turning up dead in a similar fashion, Elizabeth must confront the ghosts of the past and the evils of the present. The only problem is that she is laid up because of recent emergency surgery and the lead detective has declared that half the sheriff’s department can’t be involved in the investigation due to close ties to the original victims.

Enter Lila Dayne. Recent transplant to the area and the Deputy Detective in charge of the case. As much as she needs to maintain the departmental distance from the current case, the players are too interwoven. Lila has to overcome her own demons to successfully solve this case. As Lila and Elizabeth race against the clock and unseen players to keep loved ones safe, the realization that those loved ones just might be the bad guys sets in. Will they lose everything and everyone as they work to put a stop to the evil haunting the county since they were kids?

Once you figure out all the players, the action and pace keeps you on the edge of your seat and pages turning. Kept secrets and promised threats keep these two finding twists and turns, never knowing who they can trust. Will finding the killer bring everything to a conclusion? We don’t know. So many questions were answered, some many secrets uncovered, but was everything and all the players?? Looking forward to the next installment to find out!! Great read!

This book was a page turner. Dominic and Julianna are young lovers, forbidden to see each other. After a romantic evening turned to an argument, Dominic leaves and Julianna disappears. Dominic is accused of her disappearance and murder.
After a year and a half, Dominic is acquitted of the charges and begins a new life, fueled by revenge. His life is turned on axis again when he sees Whitney, Julianna’s doppelganger.
This romance is full of dark romance and BDSM scenarios. The plot takes many twists and turns, as we learn that Whitney didn’t just cross paths with Dominic, she has a purpose: Julianna.
This book had me hooked from beginning to end; although some parts of Whitney’s life go unanswered, I enjoyed reading and would recommend this book.

I enjoyed this romance. It is sent in a time in the past and I enjoyed how the author gives us a background to the time and place the story is set.
This is a romance story and it’s very unique. This story is about Lovely Jo and Dusty.

Lovely Jo works as a maid for a well respected family in the town. When the man of the house turns up dead Lovely Jo is the number one suspect. Now she needs to run for her life and the person she runs to is Dusty.

Dusty is a widower who is up to eyes in debt. He is struggling to survive on his ranch after losing his wife.
When Lovely Jo arrives pleading for his help he is tempted to turn her in for the bounty on her head.
But things aren’t that simple. Their are feelings between Lovely Jo and Dusty that have never been allowed to be explored until now.
Could this be a sad story? Will they finally find love and happiness just to have it cruelly ripped away from them? Is Lovely Jo guilty of murder?

This author writes very interesting stories with usually a twist. I found this one to the same. This time period is one that doesn’t usually support the BWWM. Dusty and Lovely Jo are a rare combination that come together. I found the story one that really kept me intrigued and I couldn’t put it down. I had to know what was going to happen. The characters were wonderful. The story is well written, as usual. The author always does a wonderful job of trying to make it as historically accurate as possible. Short and sweet read. I feel like there could have been more, more in regards to the relationship between Dusty and Lovely Jo. It seems like the book jumps into the middle of a story and we are missing the build of all the relationships in the book. I appreciate Dusty’s character wanting to do what is right. He is a man after all, but holds himself back until Lovely Jo is ready to move forward. He appears to be different than most white men at that time and I like reading about the men who would cherish, love and protect a black woman in a very diverse world.
