Sanctuary by Bree M. Lewandowksi was an absolute rollar coaster of a read. This book will absolutely throw you back and forth between emotions. The characters are frustratingly real, and brought to life with incredible storytelling. At some points I wanted to reach into to book and give Petra a good shake! Sanctuary will absolutely enthrall you and if you’re anything like me, make you cry and mourn alongside Petra. I do want to mention a trigger warning, as some of this content is really not for the faint of heart, however irregardless a great read.

I was absolutely absorbed in this book, and had trouble putting it down, or not discussing it with my husband! He practically read this with me, I HAD to talk about it. I haven’t read anything from this author before, but he’s a must read from now on.

Unexpected Revival by E. L. Roux is the first book in the Revived series. An enthralling post apocalyptiv Sci-fi read that will absolutely snatch your attention and quickly become addicting! I could not get enough of this book, and with it being out of my usual genre, I fell in love with it immediately. The plot of the book itself really hooks you and keeps you asking questions all the way through to the end. I very much look forward to seeing where this author takes this series!

A gripping and unique read that while short, will absolutely blow you away. I adored the different take on the second chance/fate countdown trope. I’ll never pass up a Naomi Valkyrie book, and I definitely recommend you don’t either!

The Crown of Stones: The Complete Trilogy by C.L. Schneider is an absolutely enthralling dark fantasy series. I definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a truly enthralling series to dive into that will keep you reading for hours on end. This Trilogy has it all, magic, adventure, twists and turns, drama, epic world building, and so so much more. Definitely read them in order, but that’s the beauty of a box set, is you don’t have to wait to dive into the next book! Love, love, loved this series, and I wholeheartedly recommend it and the author in general!

Ink and Intrigue at Ivy Tree Inn by Ellen Butler is an intriguing, attention stealing murder mystery, and the first book in the Ariadne Winters Mystery Series. Set in the late 50’s, following a up and coming journalist named Ariadne. There’s plenty of characters and their different POV’s, and if you aren’t paying attention those twists will throw you for such a loop! I genuinely enjoyed putting this mystery together, and I greatly look forward to reading more from Ellen!

The Vipers Bloodline by Winnifred Tataw is book five of The God’s Scion Series. I want to start by saying that I was not aware this was the fifth book when I picked it up, so I would definitely recommend reading in order, or you’re gonna be just as confused as I was! However, despite the confusion, this was a very good fantasy read that definitely captured and held my attention! There’s twists and betrayals everywhere you look, with plenty of drama and lots of conflict! I look forward to going back and reading through the first four. This being my introduction to the author, I was thoroughly invested!

I do wish there was more, as several things intrigued me about Acheron, Errapel, and Carissa, as well as the way their world reacted to them. I can’t ever seem to put down Naomi’s books, and always look forward to seeing more from her!

Lapidius is book one in the A Nation Found series by Matthew Runals. An enchanting combination of a military school and monsters. I adored this idea, and it reminded me of Enders Game which I also absolutely loved. This is intended as a YA dystopian fiction but this does also have some of the heavier themes that come with war. This was an amazing read, and a new author to me. I ate this book right up, and I heavily look forward to reading what’s next!

Midnight Falls by John Evans was a uniquely horrifying read. I wasn’t sure what to expect from this book, as I am not familiar with this author. I was pleasantly surprised, and drawn in by the authors writing style. The prologue was intense, and set the table for the entire thing, keeping you entertained and on the edge of your seat with every turn of a page. I was genuinely enthralled the deeper I got into this story, and couldn’t help binge reading it. I look forward to seeing more from John Evans in the future!

This truly was a ride, full of twists, heartbreaking moments, and many turns! This is the first I’ve read from this author and I genuinely can’t wait to get my hands on Lucky Break!

Driving Into The Night by Amanda Kay is a unique MM romance. This was definitely an emotional ride, that kept me on the edge of my seat worried about both Kenai and Mikael at every turn. The concept of this book was very interesting, and created a wonderfully written back and forth dynamic. I loved these characters and was just as protective of them as Elise! I recommend this for anyone looking for something to pull on your heart strings!

I have read other work by Sinister Styx and was very excited to see something longer, and I was not disappointed! I just ate up Belladonna and Rene’s love hate relationship! I definitely enjoy this author and look forward to seeing more from them again!

I adored the development she has throughout each book! I would like to mention this series is VERY steamy, with lots of sexual content, so if that’s not your thing I wouldn’t delve into this. This was my introduction to this author and I was just obsessed and couldn’t help reading for way too long at a time. I look forward to seeing this author again!

I haven’t read any of Ward’s work before, but I absolutely cannot wait to get my hands on more from this author!

Soul Sacrifice is an absolutely delectable dystopian romance by Courtney Davis. I loved this book, as it was a truly unique premise that will absolutely hook you right in. Once you start reading this it really is difficult to put down. I read this book in just 2 days, absolutely absorbed in Lark and Ebony’s journey. This book is perfectly paced, and keeps you guessing at every turn. While this is definitely an 18+ read, i absolutely recommend it! I can’t wait to see what else Courtney has in store, loved this author!

I breezed through this book, reading any chance I got because I just had to know how it progressed. Crystal is a new author to me, but one I will be looking out for from now on!

I have read the entire series so far and I can absolutely say it is so so difficult to put down once you start reading. This author has an amazing talent of putting you right there in the book alongside these characters, and I speak from personal experience when I saw you’ll lose sleep for this series. I’ve loved every book by this author so far, and highly recommend reading everything from this series! I absolutely cannot wait to see more from this author!

Casting Vows is the third book in the Heart of Gold Series by Ariella Talix. I want to start this by mentioning this is the first book I’ve read not only from this series but, also from this author. However, as far as I’m aware, that didn’t make this book any less incredible. It’s a wonderful MMF historical fiction, which was absolutely amazing to see. I adored reading this beautifully loving, and healthy representation of a polyamorous triad! I absolutely cannot wait to check out more of this author!

Each one is different and unique, with each following the concept of time in beautiful, interesting, and some odd ways. I thoroughly enjoyed reading each one, and had trouble trying to put it down!

The characters were lovely, Elijah and Jude were so refreshingly written, and Griffin was just a treasure. I also want to mention, the cover art is what really drew me in, and then I knew it was a must read when I saw the authors name! This book will definitely keep your emotions running high, and definitely worth the read!

The Music That Ties Us By Nicolette Terry is the second book in the Love Ties Us series. I would say this could be read as a stand-alone but I recommend reading the first book either way. I absolutely ate this book up, read it beginning to end in less than a day. It’s beautifully written, and extremely relatable throughout almost the entire book. Cadence and her story absolutely resonated with me, which is probably why I devoured it! Definitely keeping an eye out for this author from now on!

An absorbing historical drama centering around the era of the American Revolutions occupation in Boston, Concorde, and Bunker Hill. I’m a sucker for anything history based so I grabbed this as soon as I was given the chance. This book is wonderfully written, from several POV’s that make it easy to keep yourself on track and invested. Such a moving work of historical fiction, I can’t wait to see what else is in store!
