Eden has a challenging time accepting Nicolo has a mother and two fathers. She tries to accept it and asks for patience.

This book has a lot of great insight. The way the author explains everything is great and easily understandable. Probably one of the best self-help books I have read in a while. I like how she uses this in a wide variety of scenarios. I am huge into routine and organization and this book has given me a lot of good ideas.

This story follows Charlotte, a widowed Countess, and William, an heir to the Earl of Harrington. Charlotte, now widowed, is caught in the middle of women looking for a husband and the older generations. William is attending Oxford and is in his last year. He is really drawn to Charlotte, but society says that is not how things are done. Women just do not become involved with younger men. This was a great read set back in time.

This is the second book in the Butterflies Fly Free series. This story follows Suki and Frank. Suki works in a club as a flapper and Frank works for Al Capone. The club comes under fire and Suki barely escapes with the help of Frank. She is injured and will not be able to dance for weeks. Frank claims her as his own and can take care of her. This was a great glance into what life looked like during the Roaring 20’s.

What a heart-warming true story. Her cat, Muffin, goes missing and she turns to God and prayer. The pictures are beautifully illustrated. I do not feel there is a restriction on age appropriateness, as God’s workings do not have one. This is a great teaching that God is always there when you need him. a wonderful story.
