Since I read the first one, I wanted to also read the second one to see how it picked up. I really appreciate the author’s attention to details and the pictures he paints of such creative places. The three friends, Matt, Julia and Dan have good chemistry and really bring the reader on the adventure with them. I appreciated in the first installment the ways the character faced challenges and the portrayal of different moral perspectives. This story was definitely easier to follow in terms of characters, setting and the overall plot. It was a good continuation in the series.

This book was definitely something outside of my comfort zone. I was interested in giving this book a shot because is is so different than what I normally read. I was not disappointed. The only drawbacks for me were personal. There was so much detail and characters to keep straight in my head. I did enjoy the Multiverse concept as well as the attention to detail with how the character explored the challenges they were facing. I also appreciated the allusion to cultures we are familiar with but with its own spin. This is definitely a good read for someone that is into the sci-fi/fantasy genre!

Complex with such a story behind it all. This is a great read next to his first book. If you thought he went all out on the first book, this one will not disappoint. Great story! Recommend to all BattleStar Galactica fans.

Journeys Through TimeSpace is book 2 in the Journeys Through series by James Talisman and just like book 1 it did not disappoint!
I loved how readers learned more about the characters throughout this second installment in this series. It captured my attention and kept me wanting to know what happened to the characters when I had to be away from reading it.
Overall, I would highly recommend this series and book to those who love sci-fi and those who are looking to step outside their comfort book genre and want to read something fun, adventurous with a great storyline and awesome character building! I can’t wait to read what James has to write next!

Journeys through TimeSpace is amazing! This is book 2 in the series and I am so happy that I read it. James took the characters from the first book and gave us more of their stories, there’s more space and time traveling. I just couldn’t stop reading it. I really hope he comes out with a third installment in the series and if not I can’t wait to read what he writes about next!

This book took me roughly 2 weeks to read. I enjoyed the whole thing from start to finish. Had I the time to sit and binge it I certainly would have. If you are looking for a quick but thought-provoking and deep sci-fi book I’d recommend this book series. Great vacation/beach read!

I wouldn’t read this book without reading Talisman’s first book in this series due to the fact that this book leaves off nearly at a perfect pace from where the first book ended. It combines the Journey of three friends through time and space encountering a number of mysteries that shake the foundations of a number of civilizations that the friends weave their way into to defend civilizations from impending doom. The question is can they make it in time? This second book lets us dive further into the backgrounds of each character giving more depth. I can’t wait for another book such as this to be released by Talisman. Turn of a century so to speak battle to get ready for? Whose going to win?

This book was amazing! I loved book 1, but book 2 really pulled me in!! The character development and the storyline advanced further in book 2, and it really captured my attention with the imagination and detail. You truly feel as one with each character, and can easily imagine yourself there. As we reunite with the characters from book 1 we become privy to their dedication for their beliefs and their different worlds. As the story progresses we are able to see more about each character and more in-depth views of the multiverse, and how everything connects. James Talisman is very talented and he is one of the reasons I am venturing out to read more Sci-Fi books.

This is the 2nd book in the series and just like the first book it just draws you. The characters are vividly enticing. I felt a part of this world as I read. The fate of Earth hangs in the balance as 3 college friends prepare for an ancient battle. Will they be able to save Earth? The twists and turns in this book means there is never a dull moment.

This is the second book in the Journeys Through series. It picks right up where the first book ends. It was an exciting book filled with danger, treasures, travel, time travel, and an ultimate supreme that isn’t communicating. I had problems following all the characters the same as I did in the first book, but luckily in the beginning of the book is a list of the characters and which universe they belonged to. My issues following the characters didn’t take away from my enjoyment of the book. Both books in this series really made me think outside the box about what I believe. Why can’t there be more than one universe? Why can’t one supreme being be in charge of them all? These books made me think in ways I never have before.

Once again, James Talisman weaves an intricate tale of adventure and mystery in the second book of the Journeys Through series! I don’t normally pick up sci-fi, but this book did keep my attention. Picking up right where the first left off, the twists and turns had me invested from beginning to end. The MC characters are little black and white, I would have liked to see more grey for them. I loved how so many points in the multiverse are connected across time and space. Even if the genre isn’t normally your thing, I would encourage giving this book a shot. I am excited to see what else this author will create in the future!

We immediately pick up where book one left off. We follow all of our different locations and leaders but this one seemed to follow Thomas’s hatred for Matt and his family more.
Matt, Julia and Dan are training to get the traveling through time and space absolutely correct. While Thomas wants a much more sinister end.
The twist that happens at about halfway through this book changes everything for everyone. Although they may not like each other they must work together.

James Talisman does it again! Journeys Through TimeSpace was even more amazing then Mr. Talisman’s first book, he really knows how to deliver a plot that hooks us from the beginning and characters so fantastic that you can’t put his books down. While this book includes time travel, danger and more, Mr. Talisman has a way of writing that makes you feel like you are right there with his characters. Mr. Talisman has a very vivid imagination and he gives his characters lots of plots and agendas, the question is will his characters succeed? James Talisman has done it again with the sequel to Journeys Through SpaceTime! The characters in these novels are well developed and entertaining. The story itself is fantastic, and kept me enthralled the entire story. All the different players add to a story full of time travel, sci-fi storylines, adventure and surprises! I am not usually a Sci-Fi reader, but these novels have convinced me to give the genre more of a chance! Great story and I can’t wait to see what James writes next! 5/5 stars, but I wish I could give it more!

Mr. Talisman has done it again. The Journeys Through Series is now one of my favorite series. I absolutely love how he works his characters in.
Once again there were so many characters I could choose to get quotes from. These amazing characters are hard to choose from.
The first character is Captain Critosson. Captain Critosson from the Elipsson galaxy. They are heading to the mountain to get an ancient artifact. The quote I chose for Captain Critosson is: “I promise, Your Majesty. I will not let you down.”
Jennifer is Matt’s mom. She is worried about her son. There was a close call when she thought she would’ve lost her son. When the Director calls them together she needs the reassurance. The quote I chose for Jennifer is: “Thank you, Andrew. I just get a sense that young man has a very dark side. Almost like he is possessed somehow. With his resources, I wouldn’t want him to find out about those three.”

As always Mr. Talisman has created a very intricate and intentional world for his characters! I immensely enjoyed the first book and the second one did not disappoint me in the least! I was able to enjoy and understand the character’s journey through the MultiVerse than in the previous novel. (Granted that was the first book and laying the foundation.) Sometimes the journey for the amazing trio seemed to slow down the story for me personally, but I feel that it was intentional on the author’s part to help you get inside of the character’s mind/motivation/ appreciation. It did pick up for me when an amazing gifted trio went through their missions through the MultiVerse and Rashella -my favorite character- appeared! Though my eyes are definitely on Thomas….I’m looking forward to the next book in the series!! Thank you Mr. Talisman for the Journeys through TimeSpace.

I loved that this second book picked up right where the first one ended. I recommend you read the first book to understand the characters. The author does a great job of building these characters throughout both books. If you are looking for a good sci-fi book, this book has a few different utopian worlds to follow. However, I enjoyed this second book even more than the first, and I gave the first one five stars, so I really wanted to give this one 5+ stars!

Time-travel, celestial beings, special people. This is a fascinating book. The POV keeps you riveted as there is a war on to save the world. The characters are well-written. Team Light, as I call them, are my favorite as some of them “special.” Locations were fun to read about as many were written about in my home state and local area. Team Dark is flat out creepy. Lizard alien Masters and Ultimate Supreme, creepy Sebastian, and Halloways. These people are just awful and need to be stopped. It’s a book worth taking the time to read. It’s book 2 of a series. Definitely recommend.

Journeys Through TimeSpace is book 2 of this series and boy oh boy it does NOT disappoint!!!!! I definitely recommend reading book 1 first before reading this book, but the story is truly fantastic. While SCI FI is not my typical genre, reading these books made me fell in love with the genre when a story is so fantastic as this one. Book 2 picks up where book 1 leaves. You really get more in detail the stories of the characters and their agendas. I feel like I was along side with Matt, Julia and Dan as they embark on quite a journey. Excellent second book! Picked up right where it left off. It’s honestly so well written and will grab your attention whether you think Scifi is for you or not! I really enjoyed this despite this genre not being my number one fave! The characters are amazing and it wasn’t a book that dragged and dragged. The author has done an amazing job and im so grateful I got my hands on it! I couldn’t put it down and when I was forced to I was constantly thinking about the book and wondering what would happen next! Definately worth a read!!!

This second book of Journeys Through Timespace is amazing! I couldn’t put it down! All of the obstacles that our hero’s face keep you on the edge of your seat. To see how everything comes together and is connected is something I wasn’t expecting. The part where we go to Atlantis is really awesome! I really enjoyed reading about all of the skills and abilities that are developed and perfected. Its a race against the reptilian humanoids for the sake of earth. I don’t want to spoil anything by saying too much! I cannot wait to read more from James Talisman!

We revisit the sci-fi world James Talisman has created. If you haven’t read book one, you really need to read it first. The storyline continues and involves many of the same characters. Matthew, Julia, and Dan continue being a force to be reckoned with, fighting for the good side. I really loved seeing Matthew and Julia’s relationship deepen and actually have an impact on their quest. Not to put in any spoilers, but I will admit that there were a few times I was on the edge of my seat about a few characters’ welfares. The villain is a true villain as you can’t stand him in the story. Be prepared to delve into a multi-universe with these books. Thank you to the author for a wonderful sci-fi world.

I was excited to read this book and continue reading the second story in this series. I wasn’t disappointed! I honestly didn’t know if he could take me into a space story any more than he already had, but gosh was I wrong! I think I loved this book even more than the first one. I am so glad that he continued using the same characters and delved into their stories more. It was so nice to see how they were all connected not just in the now, but in the past as well. Once again, I felt like I was on this journey myself. A part of their group. He even threw some loops at me in this book and WHOA! I wasn’t prepared for some of the surprises I received. This could be read as a stand-alone story, but in my opinion, you truly do need to read the first book to really enjoy how well he writes and describes these characters and their world around them. Fans of sci-fi books will not be disappointed, and I highly encourage them to read it. However, even if you aren’t a fan of sci-fi I think you will still appreciate and love the journey that the author takes you on.

In this book, the battle to save Earth continues, but this battle is a little different. Instead of only traversing across the multi-verse, the characters are now traveling through time as well. I highly suggest reading book 1 (Journeys through SpaceTime) before heading out on this adventure, as it will make much more sense. I was very happy to see some of my favorite characters from book 1 return (but I won’t spoil who!), and learn more about who they are, and why. I was so invested in this series, wondering and hoping along with the characters, that good will overcome evil (in a sense). I am not typically a sci-fi reader but this series had me on the edge of my seat and I flew through the pages without effort. I truly hope to see a 3rd book in this set, and 110% recommend this series to everyone! 10 out of 10 stars, easily.
