This was a great 5 star read. I was pulled in right from the beginning and didn’t want to put it down. Melody gets a creeper vibe from her sister’s boyfriend, Keith. I did not like him at all, she had valid reasons to be concerned about her sister. However things go south when she tries to tell her sister her feelings. Then we throw in a stalker which makes things even more interesting. The twists and turns kept my head spinning. This was a great romantic suspense and the stalker which kept me guessing until the shocking reveal/. All of the characters added a great element to the story. I was on the edge of my seat until I finished. This author does a great job with her writing and I can’t wait to read more. You can read this book as a stand alone but I suggest starting with the first one. 1-click and get started today.

One small seven year old’s life falls apart after her parents pass away from deadly disease. This story follows Talks Like Thunder as she grows up being ripped from what she knows not once but twice and how she had to adapt to be able to survive to make it back to her family. This book kept me turning pages as it was unbelievably easy to read and open my heart to the main character. Her triumphant and determined spirit was refreshing to see such a young girl go through her life.

I feel like this series is a guilty pleasure series for me. I’m almost 40 and I’m sucked into the drama and everything this author is putting on the page. She puts these high school kids through the ringer. Brutal Nights is the duet to Brutal Days and I can say I read and love them both. Damon and Skylar’s story is a whirlwind. You can see the similarities between Cole and Riley’s and Damon and Skylar’s stories. However at the same time I enjoyed Damon and Sky’s story more. Damon is damaged from his mom’s suicide. Skylar is damaged from her abusive father. Typically 2 damaged souls can be the glue to put the other back together. But when 2 people as stubborn as these 2 are fighting the attraction, How’s that possible? Book 4 in the series and book 2 in the duet picks up right where Brutal Days left off. Full of betrayal and true colors coming to the surface. Will Sky and Damon open their eyes to see what’s right in front of them? Will they be the savior the other needs? Time to read and find out. I hope you read Brutal Days first. If not, you must do so before jumping into Brutal Nights.

What can I say? This book was absolutely beautiful. It captured all the aspects of different teacher styles and most importantly underlined the true essence of a teacher’s heart and why they do what they do. As an Early Childhood Education student myself, I resonated with the thoughts in this book and felt it was perfectly written for its target age group. A lovely gift for teachers or students!
I loved this fast paced intense thriller! Was incredibly written and I LOVE when a book has me turning the pages to find out what happens next! I needed answers which kept me on my toes and interested the entire time! I connected with the characters and I simply couldn’t put this down.

The first thing I loved about this book was the dynamic between Bailey and her brother. The list of ways to improve herself is such a brother thing to do. She meets Tanner who is a regular customer at her froyo job asks her out and she outright refuses, and then she sees Tanner and her brother, and he adds yet another thing to his list for her to improve on. The synergy between Bailey and Tanner made me laugh till I cried. This book is such a cute story about self-improvement, and putting yourself out there. I loved the word building and the setup. I’m excited to read other books by this author!

This is a fantastic romance that is filled with twists and turns. It features a man named Joe who has lost an eye trying to save his friend who committed suicide. He returns home to try to live a quiet life and work for his family’s company. However, it is his life’s mission to exact revenge upon the woman who drove his friend to suicide. Once he finds her, however, he realizes things are way more complicated than what he once thought. This book definitely focuses on the complication of interpersonal relationships. It is definitely a fantastic book that I didn’t want to put down. This story is very well written and the characters are so well developed. I definitely recommend reading this and I cannot wait to read more of the series.

This is the first book I’ve read by this author, and I’ve definitely enjoyed it. At first, I started to think the stalker was one person, but the more you read, the more you’re not sure, then another mental guess…etc, till you reach the end! Totally had me guessing – rather refreshing since I’m one of those who can guess the villain at the end of the movie halfway through. I’m not normally a fan of multiple POVs, but I can say the author made their views contribute to the overall experience! The book is much better than I originally guessed it would be just by reading the sample or publisher description. Thrilling, romantic, and the characters were complex.

Helpful Hudson by Dannielle Pickford is a children’s book about a very young man named Hudson. Hudson loves to help his family and friends but soon learns the importance of taking care of himself. This was such a good story. Children and adults alike can definitely learn from this book. Seeing Hudson take care of others is great but seeing what happens when you don’t take care of yourself is more important. I love that it shows from a young age that you have to take good care of yourself to be able to take good care of others. The illustrations were vibrant and fun. I love that Hudson’s family rallied around him when he was burned out. This was a great lesson to learn.

Fetching Dreams is a YA chapter book aimed for middle school aged students ten and up. Although I believe adults will enjoy reading this as well. This is exactly what I needed today this book touched my heart and soul. It’s a heartfelt story about two girls from different worlds find more in common than they ever imagined. One lives I in the USA and the other in Africa. These two bond through being pen pals. The bond between these two girls made my heart so happy. This is a truly inspiring story that I highly recommend reading. I look forward to reading more from this Author.

An enjoyable novel which had me hooked from start to finish. Likeable and relatable main character Melody Carter’s life is not great, she’s unemployed and broke, whilst living in the shadow of Sahara, her very successful fashion-model sister. Melody also does not like Sahara’s boyfriend, Keith Taylor, who has slowly wormed his way into their lives. Everyone thinks Keith, the handsome and successful, co-CEO of his family’s billion dollar company is perfect, but Melody is suspicious. She finds him arrogant and controlling and is concerned that every woman he’s had a previous relationship with has then mysteriously disappeared. As she appears to be the only one not blinded by the silver-tongued Keith, Melody decides to prove to everyone that he is actually the devil. The storyline was full of drama, suspense, and had a mystery to solve along with the romance, all of which kept me gripped. The plot twists kept me captivated whilst reading, and I found the characters well defined and felt engaged with them, especially the determined Melody.

This book is absolutely wonderful, and frankly its the thing the best Lifetime / Netflix dramas are made of. It is filled with fantastic twists and turns that keep you guessing throughout. The characters are so well written and developed that they definitely think that they are real people who you are invested in. The plot is just so very good. It’s the kind that you just cannot put down. This story kept me guessing. There is a stalker, however, I was very shocked when it was revealed who it was. I loved the dynamic between Melody and Sahara. I felt like it was very realistic and the fact that the little sister was viewed as meddling as it came to the older sister’s love life really made sense and made the book seem super realistic This definitely is a fantastic book that I feel should be all over BookTok sooner rather than later, that is how well written it is. This is the second book in the Stalked by a Kiss series. I have not read the first one and it was not hard at all to follow this one. I say all that to say that this is a standalone book and you do not have to let the fact that it is a book in a series deter you from reading this amazing book!

High School is bad enough, with making and keeping friends. But when you throw a boy into the mix, things change. Friends fight, boys want more and girls are trapped between both worlds. This author has once again impressed me. High School is being brought back in this series. The story is fast paced and once you start you can’t stop til the end. The characters are spot on with their emotions as well as strong within themselves. I am really enjoying this series and look forward to reading the next book in this series.

This is the first book I have read by this author and I assure you that it will not be the last. What a beautiful story of Helen, who elopes but finds that life is not what she thought it would be. After the death of her husband she takes her daughter home to her family. Enter the dashing Earl of Griffith, who is tasked with escorting Helen to her family home. The story touched my heart and I loved how their story unfolds. The words of this writer are very poetic and beautiful.

Soul Redeemed is the fifth book in the War of Destiny Series and is a wonderfully written Paranormal Fantasy that will pull you into their world and takes you on quite the adventure. This book is packed with action, danger, suspense and so much more. I highly recommend reading this series in order as each book plays off the last and you get a better understanding of what has happened and you get to know the characters better. I’ve read and truly enjoyed this whole series but this one is definitely my favorite yet. The drama and suspense had me on the edge of my seat trying to figure out what was going to happen next. I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next. I’m already ready for more from this Author.

There were some really fun parts and Zara is pretty amusing. I found that one of her “quirks” was mentioned too late in the storyline though and I feel that it would have been more understandable if it had been used in the beginning and throughout instead of right near the end.
I definitely plan on reading more in the series despite not being a huge sports romance fan. I like the spice.

Falling Again is the third book in the Buckeye Falls series and is a wonderfully written Contemporary Romance that is about finding love ,redemption ,family time and so much more. This can be read as a standalone but I recommend reading the previous books if you haven’t already as they are just as good as this one plus you get to know the characters better. This authors style of writing pulls you into their world and makes you feel like you are part of the story. I’ve enjoyed this series since the beginning and could honestly see myself living in Buckeye Falls. This about Anthony and his wife Natalie. These two seems to have lost themselves somewhere along the way. They are both very important people to the towns folks as he’s the mayor and she has an event planning business Can a week away together reconcile their love for each other? Can their relationship be saved? Will they realize they need to make changes for themselves and their family? I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next. I look forward to reading more from this Author.

Great, fun, loving characters, with a overall sweet and clean romance story. Bailey is so sassy and Tanner is so nerdy, while Dayton is just insistent on this list of things Bailey needs to “improve” on. I do not like this list, if someone made me a list, I would make them one right back! Haha! But overall an easy and fun read. The ending seemed rushed, but still such a cute book.

This is the second book in the To Kiss A Stalker series. These books can be read as a standalone however I will be reading the first book as I enjoy it so much. This is a great romance Suspense. It has plenty of twists and turns and it was so hard to know who to trust and who you can’t trust which meant that you couldn’t put it down. The author does an amazing job with the characters. Melody is a strong determined woman who’s prepared to fight to make sure her sister is safe, however when she trys to warn her about her boyfriend she is seen as just trying to cause trouble. Keith is the boyfriend and I disliked him straight away. I got the same feeling as Melody. He was cocky, confident and believed everything should be his way. Add to this a stalker and the fact they don’t know who is it just adds to the danger. Why do things feel wrong with Keith? What is he hiding? Who is the stalker? Is Melody’s sister safe? And what part with Lucas play in this story? Can Melody trust him or is he hiding secrets too. This romance Suspense is gripping, intense, full of danger and will definately keep you guessing.

This is a fast paced paranormal romance. The author clearly did her historical research on Creole, Celtic, and American history. If you struggle with foreign languages you may find a little difficulty with the creole sprinkled in the book but other than that it’s wonderful. How does the love of your life, who’s been dead for more than a minute, show up after all this time as a lawyer? Star crossed lovers will always find one another! This story has romance, fate, and humor. The sisters of the H are hilarious, the feisty h keeps her H on his toes. Great series.

This book was intriguing. I’ve read books by this author in the past and this one seemed to hit differently. Stalked by the Devil had so much going on, I didn’t know where to start at first. I had my 1st assumption at the beginning. Then later I had a different one. And as it got closer to the end I started to speculate to myself, what if both assumptions are correct? What if they are one in the same? Did I get my answer? absolutely! Am I going to share it? I think not, what would be the fun in that. Orphaned at a young age Sahara and Melody had grown an unbreakable bond. Well at least Melody felt that way, until it was threatened by Keith Taylor. Rich, wealthy, and white the Taylor’s owned their town in Florida. (At this point if you didn’t already know, this is a BWWM romance of the stalking sort… lol bad joke?) Anyway, how does one compete with that? By force. And that’s what this book is about Melody’s protection of her dearly beloved sister from the man she claims to love and the man who is stalking her as well. The author keeps you guessing. As well as turning the pages for answers. For books by this author this is definitely a good place to start, if it’s an introduction. If you read this author before here’s an intriguing story to dig into.

Joe Reid was leading his troop into a special operation to take down a known Taliban drug lord, Zaman. He knew Billy had received a letter which gave him a faraway look. While the team entered the village and set up their positions, Cooper and Billy went their own way while Joe had taken out a sentinel. Zaman had a PK machine gun and killed Cooper and Billy. Joe managed to hit Zaman before an RPG struck a hut he had hidden behind. Joe lost one of his eyes and was haunted by the PTSD from losing Billy as they had formed a closer relationship similar to being brothers.

This is the first book I’ve read by Danielle Jacks, but it is FAR from the last! I am blown away by the raw emotions that were so vividly painted in this story. I’m always a fan of books told in dual point of view, so this was right up my alley. Rose and Titan have an unspeakable connection that you can feel right away. I was reading quickly to see what would happen next and taken on twists and turns throughout this rollercoaster. I am absolutely going to pick up other books by this author because she has created an amazing world that I just can’t get enough of. If you enjoy paranormal romance reads, this one is definitely for you so don’t pass it up!
