Nursing Myself Back, by Kara Liane, is the third novel in the A Tryst of Fate series. This contemporary romance easily captured my interest and maintained throughout the book. I found the author’s writing style full of depth, challenge and steady flow. Full of emotional charges that are well defined, dialogue between characters was thoughtfully placed and done in a way that came across as effortless. Some authors put too much into a story making it too much, but Kara Liane did an excellent job of throwing in just the right mix of detail, definition along with steamy intrigue that created a very well written romance.

A Force of Nature by Kara Liane is the second book in her Tryst of Fate series. I have not read the first book that was her debut but after having finished this one, I know I will need to pick up the first one! Yes, you can read this military romance as a standalone but personally, when I like the writing, I always like to go and read the other books in the series … it gives so much more!
It was pretty cool to know that the story is loosely based on the writer’s own story, on her love story to her airman husband but let’s get to the book! A Force of Nature is the story of Brent & Everly, a military hero and a smart aleck reporter! Sparks flying … emotional baggage …. PTSD and anxiety … humour and sex … oh my gosh … What do you end up with when you put it all together – a pure rollercoaster ride! I love the level of detail that the writer has put into her writing, it makes it all so much more real and relatable … my heart ached for Brent and I admired Everly’s compassion and understanding … Thank you Kara for a memorable story and I am sure that all of that have read your stories are all impatiently waiting for the next one!

A Force of Nature (A Tryst of Fate Series Novel – Book 2) by Kara Liane

A Force of Nature is the second book in the A Tryst of Fate Series Novel by Kara Liane is a contemporary romance, that is hot and sexy with alpha military men and sassy, strong and independent women. It also deals with two people who are dealing with PTSD and abandonment issues and a love that will hopefully blow those issues away. The story is well written and thought out, well written with lust and love, angst and humour, drama and healing, laughter and sadness.

This is the first book I’ve read by Kara and she made the characters seem real. If you are looking for a new romance story then this is one for you.
