Stars Fall From the Sky by K.G. Fletcher a four-star read that you will want to catch like a shooting star. This is the second story in the Reigning Hearts series and be warned you will need the tissues by your side as you read this story as its very emotive, touching and dramatic reading. Ginger and Jonathon prove that two wrongs can make a right, as two broken hearts can hopefully make one between them. It really is a heart-breaking story and compelling reading; you will be doing yourself a disservice if you miss this series.

Stars Fall From the Sky was a great 5 star read and book two in the Reigning Hearts series. K.G Fletcher has once again pulled me right in with her writing and I didn’t want to stop until I was done.
My emotions were all over the place during this read, laughing, crying, sobbing mess. This is Ginger and Jonathan’s story. Both of them have tragic pasts that they are trying to move forward from. My heart absolutely broke for Ginger, I was emotionally drained. Ginger has her best friend’s wedding that brings her close to what changed her whole life, the ocean. This is where she meets Jonathan. They start out as friends but soon feelings start to develop.
Can Ginger ever be happy again? Can a person have more than one soul mate?
Both characters were great although Jonathan frustrated me at times, he was so stubborn. You can’t help but be captivated by their story. These two helped each other heal and we get a HEA. There is so much more to this great read, you will love it. I highly suggest you 1-click and get started today on this great series.

I enjoyed this book alot. No matter what I read by this author, it ends up being great! This story is well written and I was sucked in from page one and I couldn’t put it down. This author is one of those that gives you a story that makes you feel all kinds of emotions, happy, sad, and I was eager to see how things would turn out. The main characters were also great. I felt like i was in the story with them and I felt for them and was rooting for them and their need for healing and a happy ending. I would recommend this story to a friend and i am looking forward to reading more by this author! Happy reading!

5 Star Stars Fall From the Sky (Reigning Hearts Book Two) by KG Fletcher is sweet and emotional story about second chances. I freaking loved this heartwarming story that broke my heart in some parts. What would you do if you lost the love of your life? Could you move on? Jonathan and Ginger both have had something tragic happen in their lives, he moves and starts his practice in a beach town. Ginger is having trouble moving on.These two definitely have chemistry. I love how sweet and gentle yet protective Jonathan is over Ginger. These help each other through the grief they are experiencing. It’s a sweet emotional story that I recommend reading. If you haven’t already read the first Book I recommend reading it to. I can’t wait to read more from this Author.

Stars Fall From the Sky by K.G. Fletcher is the second book in the Reigning Hears series. This book was so much more emotional that I expected it to be and it is the type of book that tears your heart to pieces but in all the right ways. From the moment I started this book I knew that I was going to sucked in. I also figured pretty quickly to have the tissues on hand. The author has created such a beautifully heartbreaking story that morphs into so much more. I have a read a few books by this author now however this one easily has to be my favourite. The characters and the story were everything and more. I fully enjoyed this book and would highly recommend it.

A heartbreaking story from the start! All the elements of a great story: heartache, confusion, sadness, hope, joy, love and peace.
Ginger is a character that I could relate to. I felt her sadness at the turn of events her life took. Jonathan’s guilty feelings were justifiably on point as well. Grief has no timetable and affects everyone so differently. Fletcher hits on these points precisely.
While this is book two in the Reigning Hearts Series, it can be read as a standalone. References are made to the couple from the first book but not enough to distract from this storyline. I suggest reading this story with some tissues handy.
As always I am wondering who could be up next for Fletcher!

Stars Fall From the Sky is the second book in the Reigning Hearts Series by K.G Fletcher. I have read all of Ms. Fletcher’s books and have loved every one- so I was really keen to get my hands on this one. When it arrived on my Kindle, I jumped right in- and didn’t put it down till I’d read every word. This was such an emotional rollercoaster for me. I really recommend reading with a box of tissues close at hand- because you’re going to need plenty. The story is a very emotive second chances romance- with a friends to lovers element, too. It plucked at my heartstrings so often, that it became a melody in my heart. The story is everything from tragic, to sweet and romantic. There is love, loss, grief, feelings of betrayal, ghosts of the past, trouble moving on, stuck in the past, drama, healing, learning to love again, a ‘small town’ environment, chemistry, real life realism, touching & tender moments, cute little additions, wonderful characters, an engaging storyline- and most of all, it is a story with hope, and finding happiness after tragedy. As I have come to expect from Ms. Fletcher, the story is really well written, and the characters are quite endearing and so easy to invest in. Book three, “A Sun So Bright” (Fiona’s story)looks set to be wonderful. I can’t wait! Bring on December!

This is one emotional roller coaster! I mean reading the synopsis gives a bit of a clue so I was prepared for the tears. But then a few pages later….anger. Yes I was shocked then I got mad. Not at the book. One certain character….well maybe two. You will know what I’m talking about if you read this. This author played me like a violin. Sad…Irritation…disbelief then shock and anger. Well let’s end on a good note…there was happiness too. Especially when the good Doctor was holding Daisy. So cute!
It was nice to see Emeline and Thomas so heavily involved with this story. I was able to catch up with them while getting Ginger’s story. Very well done.
I always enjoy this authors books and this was no exception. I feel she really writes from the heart.

Stars Fall From the Sky (Reigning Hearts Book 2) by K.G. Fletcher is the most beautiful heart wrenching story I have read in a while. Beware lots of tissues are needed. K.G. writing transcends the usual storytelling to a magical place where you completely lose yourself and become entwined with the characters. It is a second chance story that had me devouring every word and turning those pages. It is a story that is enveloped in love, loss, lies, broken promises and heartache but through your darkest days you do manage to find healing and in that healing a second chance at the one thing you never thought you would find again.
Ginger finally had it all, life was a dream but one second that was all ripped away and now she had to try to work through it and live again.
Jonathon is the new doctor in town but behind the happy façade is a sad and broken man.
It is such a beautifully haunting tale that no one and I mean no one should pass up to read.

Cue the tissues. Just when my sniffles subsided, I had to get them back out again. This was such a great book and it dealt with real life scenarios. It happens every day and while it may not affect us personally, this just hit a chord with me as I couldn’t imagine how Ginger felt with each devastating blow. And Jonathan, he was perfect for this story. He knew her pain, helped her move forward and helped her through the pain.

Holy Pete! This book absolutely wrecked me, in all the perfectly good ways of course but regardless it tore me apart. I have enjoyed the Reigning Hearts book one a few times over but this one has to be my favorite KG Fletcher book hands down. Stars Fall From the Sky is one of those books that has a bit of extra magic to it. You go into it expecting a love story but get so so much more with the emotional and underlying issues that plague the characters.
Ginger McCormick has literally been to the bottom when a tragedy that was completely unexpected ripped her world to pieces and forced her to live a solitude that she never knew existed. Unfortunately, Ginger’s best friend is getting married, by the ocean, the very thing that destroyed her life. She decided to face it and in the process meets Dr. Jonathon Walden. Walden chooses a life of solitude. He is not looking for anything except to get through each day as smoothly as possible without dwelling on the past that haunts him. These two are the key to each other’s soul and healing. When a friendship is not enough will the pressures of their past block them from finding that happily ever after? Can they put their hearts on the line for a chance at love once more? I can’t say enough good about this book and I am dying to get my hands on the next one!

I enjoyed this book. This author continues to impress me with each book I read. The story is well written with lots of emotions and kept me engaged to the end. I read this book in one sitting, the emotional roller coaster had me turning pages fast. Grief and fate bring Ginger and Johnathan together but what will fate do? Do they have a future or will they part ways. They are great characters with heart and in need of healing. I highly recommend their story, it will warm your heart.

Ginger McCormick is living her very own happily-ever-after. With her precious newborn daughter and handsome firefighter husband by her side, life couldn’t be any sweeter in Sandersville Beach. When a freak accident occurs, and her world is suddenly turned upside down, Ginger can no longer bear to be near the ocean that anchored so many happy memories. Nevertheless, her best friend’s beachside wedding is on the horizon, and Ginger must face her biggest fears to be there for Emeline on her special day.
Across town, Doctor Jonathon Walden struggles to move on from his former life and career in Atlanta after relocating to the sleepy beach town. He mostly keeps to himself and yearns for the day when the ghosts of his past will no longer haunt him.
When Ginger and Jonathon both realize they need outside help to mend their broken hearts, the two run into each other at a local meeting and develop an instant friendship. Can they resist the undeniable connection they feel for each other as they navigate their grief together? Or will they decide to go it alone and walk away from a second chance at love?

He’s a broken man searching through the past for answers. She’s his childhood best friend he had no idea he was in love with.
Thomas Capshaw never thought he’d put his dreams of being a sketch artist on the back burner and end up working in New York City far from home. The very last thing he expects is the inheritance of his famous grandfather’s beach cottage on the sandy shores of Florida where he spent his childhood summers.
Emeline Fischer is an aspiring artist trying to make ends meet, working an assortment of odd jobs while painting her dreams on canvas in hopes of landing her own gallery show someday. When she is Thomas’s waitress during her shift at the local beach diner, she immediately recognizes her sensitive childhood friend who promised long ago to protect her from her unstable home life when they were teens.
The two friends take a journey into their past through a box of photos left behind at Cap Cottage and rediscover their mutual passion for art – and each other. Thomas doesn’t plan to fall in love with Emmy – but maybe he’s always been in love with her. Can he forgive himself for his past mistakes and start over in the only place that ever felt like home? Or will his guilt and the demands of his cutthroat, big-city career prevent him from following his heart and reuniting with the only woman he ever truly loved?

A fantastic start to the Reigning Hearts series. This novel is based in a sleepy Florida seaside town. Aspiring artist Emeline Fischer has lived there her whole life but her best friend Thomas “Cappy” Capshaw left for college at 18 and didn’t come back. When his beloved grandfather, Pop, dies and leaves him Cap Cottage, Thomas returns home to tie up his will. A chance encounter with Emeline in the local diner, reignites feelings he thought were long-buried, but can he give up his life as a prestigious New York architect for a small-town life after all these years? I really enjoyed this book, it was just the right balance of sentimentality, feel good and reality. I liked the characters of Emmy and Cappy, and the fact that they weren’t perfect, they made mistakes and had to sort them out. I particularly liked the seaside setting and the fact that Emmy could “run to the sea” whenever she needed to escape. Wouldn’t we all like that? It was a romantic and love-filled story about following your instincts and your dreams, but above all valuing friendship. 5/5 for me. Can’t wait to read book 2.

I absolutely loved Run to the Sea by K.G. Fletcher. It is the first book in the Reigning Hearts series, and I cant wait to read more. The story was so sweet and while it had some sad moments, the happily ever after was appreciated. This is the story of Emeline Fischer and Thomas Capshaw. They were best friends as children, and lost touch after Thomas, or Cappy, went to college. He finds himself lonely and trapped in New York City, stuck in a job he doesn’t enjoy and in a relationship with a woman he doesn’t love. He returns home to settle his grandfather’s estate after he passed away, and ran into Emeline, or Emmy, on his first day back home. Their reunion was not pretty, and she all but storms out. She is a waitress in a diner, as well as works various jobs throughout town. She is the epitome of a struggling artist, painting in all her free time. But, destiny quickly brings them back together and the friends reunite. With their shared passion of art, and a box of photographs left behind from Thomas’s famous photographer grandfather, they become best friends again. Read the story to uncover their love for each other and steps they take to make things work.

Run to the Sea by K.G. Fletcher is the first book in the Reigning Hearts series. This book is about two childhood friends finding each other, and their way. I found this book to be so emotional. The author does an amazing job at creating a very real connection between you, the reader, and the characters. It felt like I was living every single emotion that they were each feeling. The story carries this level of emotion well. It doesn’t take away from it but it also doesn’t let it down. It is well written and so engaging. This author always seems to know how to write a good book and so far this is my favourite. I am looking forward to the next in the series.

Run to the Sea is a book about second chances. Thomas or “Cappy” leaves the little home town where he was born and raised leaving behind his family and his best friend Emeline. His family was not happy about him leaving town to go to college in New York to become an architect. Emeline and Cappy were best friends and thick as thieves growing up. When Cappy up and left he left Emeline behind as well even ignoring her many letters that she sent him. Years later Cappy’s beloved grandfather passes away leaving him his house. Cappy comes back to his home town area to decide what to do with his life. His life in New York is definitely not what he thought it would be. Once in town he reconnects with Emeline who has certainly grown up and has secrets of her own. Is this the second chance they both want? What happens when old hurts comes to the surface? I really enjoyed this book and feel like it was really well written.

Run to the Sea (Reigning Hearts Book 1) By KG Fletcher
Run to the Sea is book one in the Reigning Heart series by KG Fletcher. What we have in this book is a wonderful second chance romance with the storyline centering around Emeline and Thomas. Emeline and Thomas before entering college had spent most of their summers together. What I liked about Emeline and Thomas is that I found both of their characters to be strong. How ever they both have gone down different paths in their lives which becomes apparent in how they are together and in the choices that they are making. I absolutely loved how this book came together and it didn’t take long to fall in love with the main characters. This is the type of story that in some places will pull on your heart strings and pull you right into the book with in the first few pages. I really do recommend this book and if the rest of the series is like Run to the Sea then I can’t wait to see what we have coming next.

Run to the Sea is a sexy sweet story about 2 long lost loves. Through no fault but their own, mostly Thomas’ fault, the two lose contact with each other. But fate brings them back together, hopefully forever.
Fletcher is not new to me but for some reason, she does surprise me every time I read one of her books. She’s a writer that pulls you into the story and takes you for an adventure. Nothing too wild and crazy but an adventure none-the-less.
This story is a stand-alone, meaning there is no story before it. Even though the characters have a past, Fletcher is able to tell their story with no confusion to the present events.
I recommend this story and this author. She is one to watch and one click every chance you get!

Wanna ‘run to the sea’ and get away? Well I do believe the that KG Fletcher has managed to encapsulate the perfect little weekend getaway between the covers of Run to the Sea. I absolutely could sit her and tell you for hours my favorite moments in this novel, there were many and truly it’d turn into a verbatim quote by quote review so you would only miss out on the good stuff for yourself that way. Instead I will tell you this is one of those books that just about anyone can relate to. We have all been at that point in our life that our MC’s were in, questioning every decision we ever made and if we are truly where we should be at this point in life. The moments worth making into a novel are the ones in which we make pivotal decisions in what we definitely need going forward. Cappy and Emmy both find themselves in this moment and we get a front row seat to all of the beautiful emotion, drama, laughter, love, and memories that accompany this.
I couldn’t put this book down from page one to the very end and found myself devouring it in just one short rainy afternoon. The scenery and the way that Fletcher writes it is transformative in the sense that I felt as if I was right there breathing in the salty sea air and the dragging my toes in the warm sand. I would say every moment was worth every bit of a five star rating and I can’t wait to find out what will come next from the pen of KG Fletcher!

Run to the Sea by K.G. Fletcher a five-star read that will make you hear the waves of the ocean. This is the first novel in the Reigning Hearts series, and I can’t wait for the next one, the passion and compassion will captivate you and compel you to read each page. Your emotions will go through the ringer with this one as the author has a great way of sucking you in and making you care about characters, K.G. Fletcher makes you feel like a part of the story so much that you will taste the guilt on your tongue. It’s a great story and the rest of the series can’t come quickly enough.

Run to the Sea (Reigning Hearts) is a Contemporary Romance by K.G. Fletcher. This book follows Emeline and Thomas who were childhood best friends. But life and distance took these two on different paths. When Thomas inherits his grandfather’s beach house and he finds himself back where he spent many summers growing up. Emeline working at the local diner, knows her customer is the childhood best friend. They find themselves hitting it off as they take a trip down memory lane, and Thomas finds himself wondering has he always loved her and can he walk away from his job waiting for him in NYC. K.G. Fletcher gave us an amazing read that gives us moments of love, happiness, sadness which was a rollercoaster of emotions which makes this book that will touch your heart in so many ways. I wanted this story to just keep going because I grew to love Thomas and Emeline. I give this book 5 stars and know I will be waiting to read more by K.G.

Run to the Sea (Reigning Hearts Book 1) by KG Fletcher 5 stars
This is not the first book I’ve read by this author, so I knew going in I would love the story, but did not expect what I got. What emotion and depth I got from this story. I love best friend to lovers but this was just a little different than I’ve read before. This seems to be a great start to a new series and I can’t wait to see where we go with the rest.

Run to the Sea was a wonderful read by K G Fletcher and one that I thoroughly enjoyed from beginning to end. I really love this author and all of the books that I have read by her so far have all been wonderful reads. She has a writing style that is easy to read and her stories flow really well. She creates some amazing characters and Thomas and Emeline were no exceptions! I love a second chance romance and I absolutely adored watching these two characters come back together again and I was rooting for them to fall in love from the start! There were a few obstacles in their way but their story really had me hooked and I really grew to love then over their journey together. There were also some good supporting characters and I am really looking forward to reading more about them in the next book in the series! Run to the Sea was a beautifully written story and one that I highly recommend!

Fletcher has without a doubt climbed into my heart and become firmly planted on my “read everything” list. This is another masterful, beautifully written story full of rich detail and wonderful characters. I loved every word, every page, and cannot wait to see how this series develops. Yet another story that stole my heart. *sigh*

Run to the Sea (Reigning Hearts #1) By K.G. Fletcher Rated 4 stars
This is a good solid book. I enjoyed Emeline. She seems so carefree. Not like many women in today society. She dances to her own drum beat. When her Best friend shows back up in town she is elated. But he is not the same and now there are many years and secrets between them.
I loved that both of these characters were artists. I am in awe of people that have that type of talent. Drawing or expressing through paint would be awesome. I loved that he drew her through the years. I also loved what his grandfather did.
This isn’t my first book by this author. I like how she portrays her characters. They are very down to earth and relatable. The story moves along at a good clip and is nice and romantic.

Run to the Sea (Reigning Hearts Book 1) by KG Fletcher
Four Stars
Women can be the definition of the devil. The vindictiveness alone could kill you. Cappy finds his childhood friend and feelings that he thought long forgotten resurface. Em is a busy body. The type of person who has to be involved with everything and help everyone. Their reunion wasn’t all hearts and flowers though. Fiona is a spoiled brat. Her glee over Thomas and Em’s pain was too much. I understand a broken heart better than most. What she did was wrong on many levels. The author did really well with this story. I enjoyed learning about Cappy and Em. Review by @gguerrero89
