I have read and enjoyed all of the books by KG Fletcher that I have read and was not disappointed by this standalone friends to lovers, with a rock and roll twist, romantic suspense. The author took me on an emotional rollercoaster with this novel, its a wonderfully written and heartwarming friends to lovers romance with an added rock and roll element. Casey is a party girl and backup singer who meets stand in drummer Sam whilst on tour. The couple have an instant connection which gets stronger throughout the story, especially after tragedy hits and the couple need each other more than ever. They become friends and although they are both attracted to each other, Sam is still hurting after a bitter breakup and Casey is just not looking for anything serious. However, when Casey has to leave to go to her sister and niece’s aid, when she learns that her abusive ex brother in law has found out there address, Sam goes as well. Casey is worried that her family’s drama may put Sam off from any potential relationship but he’s more worried about Casey and her sisters safety. This novel really was an ‘edge of your seat thriller’, I was gripped from start to finish. The storyline had plenty of romance and great music as well as suspense and family drama. It definitely had more of a dark twist to it then previous books I’ve read by the author as it involved Casey’s sister being in a past abusive relationship, however this topic was dealt with sensitively and added to the over all story. The characters were all so well written and described that I felt like I knew them! Sam and Casey were great main characters, I love how their relationship grew and developed over time, and how their chemistry sizzled off the page and resulted in some steamy scenes. I also loved Casey’s niece, known as GG. This was an engaging read and I was fully immersed in Sam and Casey’s story, so much so that I read the book in only a couple of sittings. I also found myself thinking about the book and the characters long after I had finished the novel, always a sign of a good book for me. A five star read.

Love Song: A friends-to-lovers rock and roll romantic suspense by KG Fletcher
5+++ Stars
*sigh*
I’ll start by saying that this author crept up on me while reading her Southern Promises series, which if you haven’t read go one click right now. There’s something about her style, and the way she handles character dialogue and describes just enough of the scenes around the characters, and the characters that make me feel like I’ve literally crawled into the books she writes. I enter a comfort zone when I open one of her stories and then lose all track of real life and then sit in sadness when I finish. If I haven’t stressed it enough this author is absolutely one of my favorites ever. Completely Amazing!
This story was no different as far as how much I loved reading it, it was kind of awesome though hearing about familiar towns and highways as I lived up there, just a bit north of Cumming, but my brother and his family still reside in Cumming! That made it all feel even more real and familiar. There was one part where I wanted to shout a few shortcuts I know of, as I was saying Nooooo do not get on 400!! LOL
The added suspense and edge of my seat reading was a complete surprise to me, it had me all messed up and the emotions afterwards were so hard. I fell hard for Sam and Casey and loved their story, as well as Gwyneth. I wanted to hug her so tight, but another player in this book won my heart pretty quick as well and that was John! This story weaved so much love, loyalty, bonds between sisters, danger, suspense, and heart pounding moments, you really don’t want to miss out. I can’t recommend it high enough!
I will have all of this author’s books sitting on my bookshelf as when I reread them all I want them in my hands.

Love Song: A friends-to-lovers rock and roll romantic suspense by KG Fletcher is a beautiful captivating story. This was my first book by this author, and I am in such awe that I have a list of other books to read by her on my TBR. I was having a rough week and this book helped pull me out of it. Sam and Casey have a connection from the beginning that is off the charts. Both these characters have a rough past and are trying to handle things in their own ways. What happens when Casey gets a terrifying text? Can the two keep their relationship or will it push him away? You will LOVE this book.

I get super excited when I see a new KG Fletcher romance is available and often tend to one click without ever thinking twice or taking the time to even see what it is about. The cover of this one was a winner in all the ways and drew me in without seeing a single word, I was only more excited when I read the blurb and started to devour the insides of this wonderful friends to lovers romance. I am a sucker for music as much as I am reading, it is all about the words and the emotions the sounds draw from me, well this book combined the best of both worlds for me and laid out the romantic story of Case and Sam in much the same way a song would develop. Slow and steady and methodical until it builds into the crashing crescendo and boisterous ending. Music is often a direct correlation to my life when I listen and this book was the same. Things are not always perfect and the slow burn was definitely there between these two. Be prepared to be on the brink of tears a few times too, but I promise it is all worth it when you finish that last melodious chapter. I am so anxious to get my hands on more of Fletcher’s work!

Love Song (A Friends-to-Lovers Rock and Roll Romantic Suspense) by K.G Fletcher is another wonderfully woven and entirely captivating story. I say this repeatedly, but Ms. Fletcher never fails to deliver a story that captures my heart and mind, every single time. I love her warm, sexy, almost lyrical writing style- it makes reading her books such a pleasure. The way she wove quite an intense and suspenseful story in and around a sweet romance was really clever- and definitely gave this book an extra zing. As expected, the story is sexy and romantic, with intense moments, edge of your seat suspense, tension, sparks, emotion, and drama- and of course let’s not forget about the music. Well worth the read!

As usual this is a wonderful love story from KG Fletcher! The story flows nicely. The characters just pulled me into their lives. Casey has a lot of growing up to do and delivered by the end of the book. Sam is amazing! Kind hearted, loving and fun. I absolutely love this guy later in the book!
Overall it’s a solid story. It does have an element of danger in it as well as seeing the love of these two people. I enjoyed it. It sparkles at the beginning but really shines later on.

I’m not quite sure how I hadn’t picked up this book from Fletcher before now. But I am SO thankful it found it’s way into my greedy hands. Fletcher is extremely talented with her words and storylines, always painting extremely relatable characters that somehow relate to the reader. I adored Casey and Sam and from the onset was cheering them on, hoping they would find a way. Add in the layer of intrigue with drama in their lives and this complex story kept me guessing at every turn. Fletcher holds the keys to my book loving heart and will always be a one click for me!

Love Song is an amazing friends to lovers romance by one of my favourite authors K.G. Fletcher. I first discovered K.G. Fletcher with the amazing Southern Promises series and have devoured everything she’s written since then and I’ve adored every single thing she’s written and Love Song is no different. I adored this book. Where this book was a little different to some of Fletcher’s other work is that this book had a darker edge to it. As well as the awesome romance that she writes this book also had a thrilling element to it. The thrilling storyline has you on the edge of your seat and gasping in shock. K.G. Fletcher sure knows how to write an awesome romance story that totally pulls at your heartstrings and she did this with Casey and Sam’s story. I absolutely adored both of these characters. Casey is a strong willed, independent woman and has a heart of gold. Sam is an absolute sweetheart and is the type of guy anyone would want as a friend. In addition to these 2 there was another character who, in my opinion, was a total scene stealer and that is GG, Casey’s adorable 3 year old niece. She is just the cutest, most adorable kid ever and your heart just melts and breaks when you understand how much she’s gone through in her short life. I’d give this book more than 5 stars if I could.

This is not my first book by KG Fletcher and it will not be my last. Fletcher’s writing style grabs me from the first page of the book until the last page. The characters are fun loving, grabbing your attention, and all around genuine. She breathes life into them which makes them real like they are a part of my everyday world. This book is about Casey and Sam. Casey is a background vocalist for a band and Sam plays the drums. Casey gets a text that no one should ever get and she leaves but Sam could not let her go alone. He goes to help protect Casey and her sister. Will Sam be successful in helping Casey or will there be more trouble for Casey and her sister? I highly recommend this story as it will tug on your heart strings.

Love Song by K.G. Fletcher a five-star read that will sing to your heart. I knew I was going to love this one as I adore the author, but even so I was still surprised by how much I loved it, I didn’t put it down, I went without sleep and basically flaked at work, just so I could finish it. The chemistry and twists will keep you hooked and Sam and Casey will just make you wish you were there with them, they are so real and well done that you can imagine yourself there. This isn’t all sweetness though, there is a truly gripping story woven through that will have your heart in your throat, do not miss this one, it shows why K.G. Fletcher deserves to be your go-to author for a great story.

Love Song by K.G. Fletcher is a fantastic book with such amazing characters that I didn’t want it to end. This book pulled me in so easily right from the start and I was hooked on the characters. I thought they had such a great relationship with each and I really enjoyed watching it developed over the course of the story. They were backed up with such a strong story line as well. This was the kind of book where I couldn’t read quick enough because it was so good but also wanted to slow down as I just didn’t want it to end!! K.G. Fletcher is one of those authors who never fails to disappoint. I always enjoy everything I read and this book is no exception. A brilliant read and one I would recommend.

This is a beautiful story and I love how it all comes into harmony as these two come together. Casey is a wild one who is picked up off her feet by Sam who shows up to give her an unpredictable love. What I love is they’re drawn to one another and are easily in harmony until she receives a scare. Sam is getting away to find peace in life but is coming to Casey’s aid to help save her sister but it’s so much more to the story that I don’t want to give it away. I’m a sucker for love stories like this, though because it shows there are real men of integrity in this world that will stop at nothing but to protect love at righteousness at all costs. Pick up this romantic story and you won’t be disappointed.

Rock and roll romance – check Amazing characters – absolutely Fantastic 5 star read – definitely!!
I loved this book so much, I did hesitate to pick this book up when I saw the author – I love her books and that together with a bit of rock and roll what’s not to love and I was absolutely right! I couldn’t put the book down from the moment that I picked it up. The author really tried hard with the characters especially Casey – I’m not sure if I liked her or not she wasn’t very connectable however it was kind of perfect for her – I think the author actually got her spot on. There were some fantastic twists and turns that absolutely kept me engaged the whole way through – I think this could possibly be my favourite book by this author so far! I really loved Sam – both characters dealing with things but he was just so amazing – I did feel a genuine connection between the two characters in all honesty – it did come across well in my opinion. I 100% recommend this wonderful 5 star read!!

I loved reading the book Love Song: A friends-to-lovers rock and roll romantic suspense by KG Fletcher. It is a story that pulled me in from the very beginning and didn’t let me go until the final page. It is an amazing story that has me believing in true love and soul mates. I loved reading about the characters of Casey and Sam. Casey is a backup singer who is strong, intelligent, and independent. She loves her sister and her job as a backup singer on tour. When she meets Sam, she begins to hear the melody of a love song begin. Sam is a man who is an amazing drummer and has a deep attraction to Casey. These two feel a deep connection with each other. Just as their romance begins dark clouds roll in. What does the future hold for Casey and Sam? Read this book to find out. The way that this story is written I could feel the energy and chemistry between Sam and Casey. I grew to care about what happens to them with every chapter that I read. The book has both heartbreaking and heartwarming moments. My emotions went up and down the entire time I was reading it. There are also tense and suspenseful moments. I loved this romance-suspense book. This is an author that I never hesitate to pick up when I see one of her books. Her attention to details and her writing skills are great and her stories are always fun to read. This book is no different. This is a well written story that has characters that bring the story to life. It is engaging and a page turner. The twists and turns left me turning pages fast just waiting to see what would happen next. This is Sam and Casey’s story. They both have a past, one has a really bad breakup and the other is hiding from a psychopath. Casey is a backup singer for a band and meets Sam when he fills in as drummer. Their relationship soon grew, loved their chemistry. What will happen when Casey’s past comes crashing into the present? What will fate have in store for them? I loved both of these characters. They made the story easy to read as well as made the story pop. This is one of my favorites by this author and I highly recommend it plus her other books.

SHE’S GOT THE VOICE. HE BEATS OUT THE RHYTHM. BUT WILL THEIR PASSIONATE CHORUS BE THEIR LAST?
As a backup singer on tour, Casey lives for the late nights and wild after-show parties. But her world is rocked when a charming stand-in drummer shows her the kind of love she’s only sung about. Except just as their hearts are beating in time, she receives a terrifying text saying her sister’s life is in jeopardy.
Wounded by a bitter breakup, Sam channels all his energy into his new barn-loft music studio. But after accepting a gig with a local touring band, the last thing he expected was to fall for the troupe’s party-girl. So when she suddenly announces she has to leave to protect her sis, he drops his sticks to be by her side.
After Casey learns her abusive ex-brother-in-law has found their home address, she fears her family’s rocky past will scare away her gorgeous percussionist. And Sam worries with Casey and her sibling sharing an apartment, the dangerous psychopath could turn off the lights on both their lives.
Will the musical couple find harmonic bliss, or have they played their final duet?

A Sun So Bright (Reigning Hearts Book 3) by KG Fletcher. Once again this author knows the way to my heart. I’ve loved just about everything from this author and this story was no different, I was completely hooked from start to finish. Fiona and Chris will be on my mind for a while. At first I wasn’t entirely sure how I felt about Fiona but she very quickly grew on me , where as Chris was almost a love at first…read haha. Both characters are written with such details and the emotions they go through are felt deeply by readers at least that was my experience. It’s a well written story and I loved every minute of it. Paced nicely with characters you can relate to and connect with. Five stars all the way and highly recommended!

This is not a new author for me. I read books 1 and 2 and absolutely adore the way KG Fletcher writes. I get pulled in with every single book, and am on the edge of my seat for every word. I wasn’t very excited for the main character of this book but only ONLY because I’ve read the first book ( I do recommend reading them in order, though it’s not an absolute necessity). I did find myself rooting for Chris and Fiona even though I started out the book with reservations on Fiona. I again, as I have with the other two books, found myself experiencing ALL the feels. KG Fletcher is an amazing author who gets you to love every character, no matter their flaws. Don’t miss out on these amazing stories!

A Sun So Bright by K.G. Fletcher is the third book in the Reigning Hearts series. The great thing is this can be read and enjoyed as a standalone. I was drawn in by the cover and had not read the synopsis so when I started reading I was unpleasantly surprised to meet the character, Fiona. I really wanted to dislike this character because of her being rich and snapping her fingers to get what she wants. Let me explain, don’t give up because she proved me wrong. She is a good character who is deeper than I expected so she surprised me. I wanted to see where this arrangement with Chris would lead and hoped for a happy ending. Overall, I enjoyed this book and want to go back and catch some of the others in the series.

A Sun So Bright is the third book in the Reigning Hearts series. This is the first book I’ve read in this series and I had no trouble following the story.
This is a reverse millionaire arrangement/fake relationship type of tale. Most of the time you see men in the wealthy position, but this time it’s Fiona. She’s a character you love to hate, at first. Thankfully, Chris (who is freaking hot) can look past appearances. As you follow their journey, you’re going to be taken on a rollercoaster ride of emotions. You’ll probably want the tissues close by, lol.
Definitely worth the read. (Just not in public if you don’t want to have to explain why you’re crying, lol).

A Sun So Bright (Reigning Hearts Book Three) by K.G Fletcher 5 Stars
Every time I read a book by K.G Fletcher, my emotions go through the wringer. This author has a special talent of drawing you into her stories and getting you personally attached to her characters. This book was amazing! It didn’t matter that it was book three in the Reigning Hearts series. It can be read as a stand-alone because I never got lost. I adored Chris Ballard and even though I wasn’t impressed with Fiona, she quickly grew on me. I was right there with them through their ups and downs. I was crying my heart out and emotionally exhausted by the end. I’ve never been disappointed after reading a book by Ms. Fletcher. I definitely have to read the first two books in this series.

A Sun So Bright is the third book in the Reigning Hearts series by KG Fletcher. When I saw KG Fletcher as the author I knew I was going to read it. Fletcher has always set the background with the most descriptive way she knows how. I feel I am there in the book world she created. The characters are complex and fully developed. Her characters are pushed to the limit and always come out on top. This story is about Fiona and Chris. Fiona is a billionaire heiress and Chris is a bartender who lives at home with his mom. Fiona makes a deal with Chris and that is where the story begins. You will have to read this story to find out what happens to Chris and Fiona.

This is a harrowing story of classism as we follow the lives of rich girl, Fiona Merrill, and bartender, Chris Ballard, crosses paths only for what strikes the reader as an “opposites attract” love story. Fiona gets in over her head with Chris. Chris jumps at the chance for Fiona’s “indecent proposal” to renovate his farmhouse so he could get out of his mom’s hair. Chris begins pushing Fiona further outside of her bounds. In the end, Chris shows the heiress a world she never knew before meeting him and changes her outlook on life. This book is a rollercoaster to read showing you a different side of life, love, and how getting comfortable with the uncomfortable can change everything.

A Sun So Bright (Reigning Hearts #3) by K. G. Fletcher. This is the third book in this series but it can be read as a stand alone. I fell in love with this book and these characters from page one. This was a sweet, fast read for me, I could not put this book down once I began. I love this author and I absolutely loved this book.

This is the third book in the series. Although I hadn’t read the previous two, it was easy to get into. It’s definitely a romance and has all the feels. It’s well-paced and well-written. By the end of the story, I was totally invested in the characters.

A Sun So Bright was a great 5 star read and book three in the Reigning Hearts series.
Its New Years eve and Fiona is at a party with her best friend Petra and her husband. She is the only one alone and finds herself thinking about her father and the one that got away. Petra has set Fiona up in the past which turned out to be a disaster so she refuses to let her do it again. Coming into a lot of money, men are intimidated by her.
Where was her forever when she needed him most?
When she finds a seat in the hotel bar she meets a bartender that happens to recognize her from another evening that she is trying to forget. Chris remembers Fiona and is glad to see her again, she is beautiful. When she invites him back to her place he is surprised, at what Fiona offers him, pretend to be her boyfriend. Needing the money he accepts.
Can they convince everyone they are a couple? Will they be able to keep their hearts out of it?
Overall I really enjoyed this story, both Fiona and Chris have a connection when it comes to their fathers. Fiona is the classic spoiled rich princess, but Chris is exactly what she needed to ground her. There were some twists and turns and emotional moments. Their story really pulled me in and I didn’t want to stop until I was done. The ending was perfect, I loved it. This can be read as a standalone. 1-click and get started today.

Oh my gosh this was so good. It’s full of that feel-good, Happily-ever-after serendipity kind of romance that I absolutely love! A sun so bright is a quick read but is full of details. I loved every character and was sad when the story ended. Solid work. 4 stars.
