This is book 2 in the reigning hearts series, and I have read book 1. I am all about reading them in order, but you don’t have to in order to enjoy this story. I’m going to be honest with this book. When I read the e-book for Book 1, it was amazing and i couldn’t put it down. I started this book and the first 3 chapters broke my heart. I didn’t finish it. When I saw it was out on Audiobook, I decided to just go for it. The narrator was amazing and did the story such justice. I cried a lot during this book, but also got my happy ending as well. It was a great book and I’m mad I didn’t finish it sooner.

This is the first book I’ve listened to by KG Fletcher. I thought she was a fantastic author, but she knows what she’s doing. As the narrator of her own story just makes me love her more.
Emeline works multiple jobs to be sure her dream comes true. Running into an old friend changes everything. She sees the changes in Thomas and feels horrible. The quote I chose for Emeline is: “I’m so sorry for your loss Cappie. I know you must miss him. He was a great man.”
Thomas comes back into his hometown only to find that his old friend is still there. He’s surprised when he found out that she went to his grandfather’s funeral. He has always been in love with her and doesn’t know what to do about it. The quote I chose for Thomas is: “Yes, he was. I’m sorry I couldn’t make it until now. It’s been rough.”
Highly recommended for romance lovers.

Thomas is back were he grow up and looking at things which bring back memories of a life he left behind, until he stumbles into a restaurant and sees the childhood friend he has not seen for a longtime.
Emeline is a smart, attractive and is trying to make ends meat until a stranger from the past comes breezing in the door and put her back to the time they were best friends and the attraction she felt.
The story was brilliantly written and when you read book by KG Fletcher you know what you are getting with great characters and brilliant storylines. I loved the characters of Thomas and Emeline as they were a great complement to each other, the history they had from childhood filters through the story and gives them a great base to brilliant story. I love an audible book as it gives another prospective to the story and with the passion and personality that the reader gives you it is a element which draws you in further to the story.

K.G Fletcher’s writing has this way to transport you into the here and now of what the characters are experiencing. Em and Cappy are two characters that I couldn’t find one fault in. I absolutely adored their friends to lovers story especially because it’s a few years later and they still had this spark between them. It makes you believe that love does last. I’m assuming by the name being the same that the Author is also the narrator. I’ve come to find that I actually like it more when the authors narrate their own books because they have a closer bond with the characters. I see that the next book in the series is also available, I’m grabbing it now.

This is the kind of excitement I can sink my teeth into. For a hopeless romantic like me, this book hit the spot. I fell head over heels for both characters, their homestyle charm and charisma. The fact that the author took us back to their childhood touched a special place in my heart. As they enter adulthood, you’ll root for them to overcome their classism ideals. From beginning to end, this is a great story to simply fall in love with over and over again.

Ginger and Emmy are friends.Emmy is an amazing friend to ginger. Ginger life has changed forever as an accident occurred. Daisy their daughter is left with her momma and grandma. Jonathan has also been through a lot and has rerouted in this seaside town. What can happen with these two when they meet. This book has had me in tears and laughter. The way the author emphasis her voice on each of the character helps set the tone even more. The author does a brilliant job of the audio. I could see this book as a movie. I highly recommend reading /buying the audio of this book you will not regret it.

Run to the Sea is the first book in the first book in the Reigning Hearts series by K.G. Fletcher. It is a contemporary romance that is wonderfully written with characters that really put you on an emotional roller coaster. Thomas Capshaw and Emiline Fisher were childhood friends who lost touch. When Thomas comes back to town to settle his grandfathers affairs, he and Em rekindle there friendship which might turn into something more. This book had me laughing, crying and wanting to throw my kindle on the ground. This to me makes a great book. I can’t wait to read/listen to the next book in this series. K.G. Is one of my must read authors. I highly recommend this book. This book was narrated by Kelly Genelle Fletcher. This is the first book I have listened to by Kelly. She really brings the characters to life. Her voice is smooth and easy to listen to.

This is my 2nd AUDIObook by this author, I’ve read the ebook and just like the first one I had to have the audio because it is told in this author’s own voice and I fell in love all over again with this book. Most of this review is a copy from my ebook review because the feelings are the same after settling in and listening to it being read to me.
This story grabbed me from page 1…squeezed the ever loving life out of me…destroyed me …blew life back in to me, knocked me back down again, and then picked me back up…I ugly cried more than once, well more than twice actually and felt completely worn out. I’ve read I think all of this author’s books. I’ve loved every one of them and will read them all again at some point, but this one even though the second in a series stands within my top favorites of all time.
Ginger and Jonathon brought out every emotion I didn’t know I had. This story was written so beautifully and felt so real. I swear I feel like I stepped back out of Sandersville Beach after reading the last page. I loved Ginger in Emmy and Cappy’s book and love her even more now. Speaking of which, it was so completely awesome being back with Emmy and Thomas again as well..I loved their story and it was nice to be a part of their continuing journey. I love this town and I love the people in it…I want to move there!
I want so bad to get into more details of the story itself but I don’t trust myself to do that without giving away things I shouldn’t be so will end here and leave you with…these books are a must read and now a must listen, there’s too much in the first book to skip it so I don’t recommend that. I’m so hoping she decides to narrate Fiona’s story as well.
Grab the books or the audios or both..I swear reading them first makes them like a favorite movie, then watching that favorite movie again this time in her voice and anticipating some of my favorite parts and how she handles them. I just LOVE it beyond words!

The Nearness of You: A British celebrity, standalone love-at-first-sight romance by KG Fletcher. This author has truly stolen many pieces of my heart with other books so I knew getting this one was a no brained for me. And of course once again I lost a couple more pieces! Each character brings something unique to the storyline and they had me so completely drawn into their world I definitely lost all track of time and I loved every minute of it. The storyline has a nice steady flow that gives readers exactly what they need. The characters are complex and relatable, each one written in the greatest details. The author put in every feeling she wanted felt and I felt them all from beginning to end. Can’t wait to see where the author takes readers next. Five stars all the way and highly recommended!

Run To The Sea is the first book in K.G. Fletcher’s Reigning Hearts series. A fantastic start to the Reigning Hearts series. This novel is based in a sleepy Florida seaside town. I enjoyed from beginning to end. She has a writing style that is easy to read and her stories flow really well. I. G. FLETCHER had created some amazing characters and Thomas and Emeline were no exceptions. I love a second chance romance how these two absolutely interact with each other. You root for these two. Your emotions will go through the ringer with this one it pulls on your heart.

Not the first book I’ve read by Fletcher, but a must read like this brought me back. She knows how to capture her readers attention and keep it.
Lauren doesn’t expect to fall in love within a couple of days, but it happens. She is living her life doing what she loves doing. When she meets the supermodel things change drastically. The quote I chose for Lauren is: “I’m just really happy in this moment with you and I don’t want it to end.”
David is used to his career being the only thing in his life. On a Friday night he meets someone who turns his world upside down. In a good way. The quote I chose for David is: “It’s chemistry. Wanna ‘run to the sea’ and get away? Well I do believe the that KG Fletcher has managed to encapsulate the perfect little weekend getaway between the covers of Run to the Sea. I absolutely could sit here and tell you for hours my favorite moments in this novel, there were many and truly it’d turn into a verbatim quote by quote review so you would only miss out on the good stuff for yourself that way. Instead I will tell you this is one of those books that just about anyone can relate to. We have all been at that point in our life that our MC’s were in, questioning every decision we ever made and if we are truly where we should be at this point in life. The moments worth making into a novel are the ones in which we make pivotal decisions in what we definitely need going forward. Cappy and Emmy both find themselves in this moment and we get a front row seat to all of the beautiful emotion, drama, laughter, love, and memories that accompany this.
I couldn’t stop listening from page one to the very end and found myself devouring it in just one short snowy afternoon. The scenery and the way that Fletcher writes it is transformative in the sense that I felt as if I was right there breathing in the salty sea air and dragging my toes in the warm sand. I would say every moment was worth every bit of a five star rating and I can’t wait to find out what will come next from the pen of KG Fletcher!

I’m a fan of KG Fletcher. Every book I’ve read has been awesome. This audiobook was no different. The female narrator did a wonderful job at pulling you into the story. I’ve read this e-book before and it was great, but listening to it was wonderful. I loved the picture painted by the words I listened to. These characters are relatable and I can’t get enough of this series. I recommend the Reigning Hearts series AND KG Fletcher!

Fletcher gets me every single time. Her stories five straight into my heart and leave such an impression. And to now hear the author narrate her own work. And with such brilliance. It took this beautiful book to a completely new level for me. If you are a fan of contemporary romance, you must read anything written by KG Fletcher. Emeline and Cappy’s story in the author’s own voice..OH MY!
It’s been well over a year since I read the ebook version of this story and when I saw that it was released on audio I was thrilled, but then I saw that the author was reading this book herself, I was totally over the moon. Who better to put the feelings into the words then the author herself! I’m glad it has been awhile since I read it because it’s been long enough to where it still felt fresh and I fell in love all over again!
I loved these people and the story about their bond as teens and how they came back together as friends dealing with the loss of a character who quickly became one of my favorites in this book. The scene with the box and the missing ring literally took my breath away and that’s when Pop completely won my heart.
I love how she transported me right into the story, I could see everything clearly and feel like I was right there in the same room with these people. I’m so excited that she has also done the reading and has released Stars Fall From The Sky on Audio as well as that book stands up in some of my all time favorites, I loved Ginger in this story and can’t wait to add this to my audible library.
Grab this book or grab this audible, it is amazing and I’m sure you will love following Emeline and Cappy’s story as much as I did. This author did an amazing job narrating and my only fear now is that I’ll never want to read another of her books because I will want her to read them to me! LOL and of course I’m kidding because I’ll read anything this author writes!!

I’ll See You Again: A Scottish rock star, standalone opposites-attract romance (Reigning Hearts Book 4) by KG Fletcher. This author knocks it out of the part every time. This series can definitely be read as stand-alone without any confusion but I do highly recommend all these amazing books. The characters pulled me into their world with ease and I loved getting lost with them. They definitely have a chemistry that jumps off the pages and has you feeling everything they are. This author does a wonderful job of of hitting even the smallest details. It’s a well written story that’s paced nicely never feeling rushed or lacking anything. Love Song: A friends-to-lovers rock & roll romantic suspense by KG Fletcher. This is far from my first book by this amazing author but I’ll be honest it may just me my favorite so far. I’m a sucker for a friends to lovers story especially when you throw in a bit of drama and danger. Sam and Casey grabbed my attention from the first page and I couldn’t put this book down until I reached the end. Book Review: Love Song Author: KG Fletcher FIVE STARS Talk about book hangover. The sequence of events in this Rock and Roll Romance Suspense will keep you turning the pages. What KG Fletcher does in this story is draw you in and make you a part of this story. You are now the new best friend of Casey and you are there watching and wishing you could just stop these events but alas. You are only on the outside looking in. Parts of this story were predictable but at the same time you are hoping that your gut is wrong. This story is fantastic and Sam is a SUPER man. He is wonderful in all the right ways and his love for Casey is eternal. Great story. Really emotional! KLH

This book had the perfect mix of romance and suspense for me. I loved Sam and Casey from the very beginning and was so thankful that they didn’t play games or beat around the bush.
The character that stole my heart was GG. How stinking cute was she? I just wanted to wrap her in my arms so I could love and protect her. Oh, and Bleu also suckered me in. What is it with little ones and dogs? I’m so unable to resist them.
I really enjoyed every minute of this book and every other I have read by Ms. Fletcher. Looking forward to the next book.

Love Song (A friends-to-lovers rock and roll romantic suspense) by K.G. Fletcher was a great 5 star read. I was excited to read this book, the author pulls you right in with her writing.
This is Sam and Casey’s story. They are both dealing with things from their past. Casey sings with a band and she meets Sam when the band hires a fill in drummer. The longer they worked together the closer they got, you could feel the chemistry between them. Just when things are going great, the past comes back to haunt them.
Will Sam be able to help Casey? Can these two get a HEA?
Overall I really enjoyed this edge of your seat romance. The couple were great, gotta love a drummer. My emotions were all over the place. There are several twists and turns. If you’re looking for a great rocker romance you will really enjoy this book. 1-click and get started today.

Love Song was a wonderfully written romantic suspense written by K.G. Fletcher. While on the road as a backup singer, Casey falls for their stand-in drummer Sam. They share such a special bond, but suddenly Casey’s world gets rocked when she gets word she must go save her sister from her abusive ex. Surprisingly, Sam goes with Casey to help protect and support her. Casey is worried about exposing Sam to her family’s crazy past and Sam is worried for Casey’s safety. This story is the perfect blend of romance and suspense, with Casey and Sam’s relationship and the uncertainty of what the crazy ex will do. I really admired Sam for his willingness to stop touring and go with Casey in her time of need. I also sympathized with Casey who drops everything in her life to be sure her sister is safe, something I would do for my own 2 sisters.

KG Fletcher’s Love Song is, as the title suggests, a romantic novel where the main characters are musicians. The development of Sam and Casey’s relationship is interspersed with their experiences performing and touring together. I particularly like Fletcher’s vivid descriptions of the places they go to, and (of course) the food they eat when they’re there! The tension in this story comes from the ghosts of the past that haunt the couple. Sam is still getting over a difficult break-up and is afraid of making himself vulnerable to more heartbreak. And Casey’s sister and niece are worried about an abusive ex who they’ve worked hard to escape from. The story is at times quite dark, but this is balanced with humour and warm characters. Casey’s niece, GG, is definitely my favourite character! The bond she has with Casey is so special and their happy moments together bring light and fun to the story. For me, this book gets four stars. I would recommend it to fans of romance and music, who want a book that will have you on the edge of your seat (and maybe reaching for the tissues.).

I have read a couple books by KG Fletcher and I really enjoy them. Love Song: A friends-to-lovers rock & roll romantic suspense was the latest I read. The book was not at all what I expected it to be, but I loved it just the same. The story tells of Casey and Sam meeting and falling in love, and the journey along the way. The first couple chapters shows us the stereotypical musician, drinking and partying and traveling around for gigs. I was expecting a quick pace rock star love story. But we soon discover neither are true Rock Stars- they both have a day job and responsibilities and like to just break free every once in a while to wind down. I loved both leads, as they are strong and independent but also vulnerable enough to rely on their friends and family when they need it. I would love to hear more about this couple. I don’t want to give away surprises, but there is a huge event that shocked the heck out of me 3/4 of the way through. Read for yourself…you won’t regret it.

This book was much more than I ever expected it to be. Her ability to write about the characters brings them to life and makes you transport to the scene like you’ve been there the whole time! My emotions were all over the place throughout this story. I was happy to see it was a little different story line than one’s I have had the chance to read, that made me love it even more!
If you’re looking for a a story that makes you sing, this is going to be the one! K.G Fletcher broke my heart with this book!

This was an enjoyable sweet romance! I have read a few books by this author and i have liked every one of them and this one is no different. The main characters Sam and Casey were likeable and their attraction to each other was high from the start. Sam was my favorite. He was super sweet and just made my heart swoon! I enjoyed this book alot and I am looking forward to reading more by this author and I would recommend this to anyone that likes a good romance! Happy Reading!

Love Song: A friends-to-lovers rock & roll romantic suspense by K.G. Fletcher is a lovely story. KG is one of my go to authors. She has a knack for writing great stories and does the genre proud. It will have your heart breaking and yet be heart-warming the next as you traverse the sexy and alluring, to tense and suspenseful journey with the wonderful characters. The alluring beat of the music and the song to the dance of love captured together to become one of the most heartfelt and beautiful love stories that I have read this year.

This is a beautiful sweet love story but with a twist and heartbreak that I didnt see coming.
Casey and Sam both play in the same band. There is a strong connection between them but with Casey’s lifestyle of partying and rock and roll and Sam’s heartbreak in the past they move things slow.
Until destiny has other plans and they realise just how much they mean to each other. With romance growing and them blissfully happy will something from the past crop up to ruin it.
Is their relationship strong enough for the challenges or will it be to much too soon.
