This is a fun rhyming story for young children. With beautiful illustrations to keep their little eyes glued to the pages. A perfect book for the beginner reader. The story is written in a way that will expand your child’s thinking and provoke some interesting conversations. Let your imagination go wild!

Another lovely children’s story that is filled with rhymes and illustrations about pirates. I loved it. While I have never considered where pirates go on vacation this book did make me think about that. The kids were fascinated with the illustrations. In fact, they would not allow me to turn the page until they had inspected and critiqued every single item. They were trying to name all the items in the treasure chest which I found to be so much fun and entertaining. This is a wonderful book. I highly recommend it for your kids, gift giving and even donating to your kid’s school library.

Where Do Pirates Go On Vacation is the latest adventure in the Go On Vacation series by Kim Ann. My 6-year-old grandson and I really enjoyed this clever and engaging little adventure. It pulled us in from the beginning with interesting, bright, and colourful illustrations that captured our attention while bringing the whole story to life.
My Grandson read the story, and had no trouble reading, or understanding it. We enjoyed the rhyming verses that told the story as well as the guessing games along the way- following the pirates as they decided what to do, or where to go on their vacation. We discover if pirates even need a vacation as they are always sailing all over the world, looking for treasure and finding adventure….
Highly recommended. Engaging, fun, imaginative, and enjoyable children’s picture book. Looking forward to whatever Kim Ann brings us next.

This was a really cute book! My daughter who is 2 absolutely loved this one! She picked out the treasure, boats and shells, and just had so much fun with this one. The pictures were very cute and well illustrated as well. I highly enjoyed this and enjoyed reading it to my daughter as well! I would love to read more stories from this author to my daughter in the future!

What a great title to get your imagination flowing and making it a must read to find out. Just where do Pirates go on vacation? Is there even such a thing?
Where Do Pirates Go on Vacation? Is a fun picture book and is one of the books in Kim Ann’s Go On Vacation books. There are 7 books in this series of books. The books are aimed for children aged between 3 – 8 years old.
The story is filled with bright and colourful illustrations that easily catch a child’s eye. What more could you ask for to keep a child engaged with swashbuckling pirates, guessing games and rhyming adventures.

Did you ever wonder where pirates go on vacation? Do they do the things that non-pirates like to do? Will you find them at the beach, on a boat, in the mountains? Or are their lives so much fun they don’t need to do anything else? This a cute children’s story about pirates. The illustrations are gorgeous and it is fun to read. It would be a good read aloud book to young children and will start some conversations about what Pirates really do in their free time!

A fun and entertaining read that kids will enjoy. The rhyming will make reading quite a joy for the beginning reader. It will also spark conversation among the child(ren) and person reading. Colorful pictures. The story is in little snack bites. I’ll be adding this one to our reading library. A fun addition that any parent, grandparent, or teacher should add to theirs.
