Claim me now by Lea Nolan a fantastic five-star read. This is number two in the Heron Harbour series, but it can be read as stand-alone as I haven’t read number one and didn’t feel lost, I did love the harbour though so I will be going back to check it out. This is sweet and hot and has a great story to go along with it, Raven and Jack will keep you on your toes, life doesn’t always go to plan, but who needs a plan.

CLAIM ME NOW (Heron Harbor Book 2) by Lea Nolan. This is the 2nd book in the Heron Harbor Series and I love this series. Its the story of Raven Donovan and Jack Baines. Raven is such a hard working lady so when she loses her job she is devastated. She turns to alcohol to cope and goes to her family’s beach house. Jack is also a workaholic as well and is wore out so he asks a friend to stay at his beach house. Little do they know they both picked the same weekend. They are instantly attracted to each other and end up sleeping together. Raven has never been so attracted to someone that she is Jack. As the weekend progresses secrets are kept and that might be the reason they can never make a relationship stick. Jack is a totally different person during work than he is outside of work. This is such a fun read I didn’t want it to end.

This is the first book that I have read by this author and I really enjoyed it. It was a lovely contemporary romance read with lovely characters. I loved the setting for the story it was so peaceful and serene, the authors descriptive language made me feel like I was there at times. I loved Raven and Jack, they had a nice amount of genuine chemistry, it felt like they should be together and I was rooting for them the whole way through. There were some nice twists in the story. This is the second book in the series and I read it as a standalone however I definitely would love to read the first book just so I can be in the beautiful Heron Harbor again! A lovely read that I would highly recommend!

Claim Me Now is the second book in the Heron Harbor seriesby Lea Nolan. I really wasn’t sure what to expect going into the story as this is my first book from Ms. Nolan, but after reading it, I am happy to report that it definitely won’t be the last. It is a small-town romance, with secrets, mistaken identity, chemistry, sizzle, tension, drama, angst, and some wonderfully interesting and endearing characters. I won’t go into the storyline, as I feel the blurb does a great job of giving you an idea of what to expect- and I don’t want to spoil the story for you by giving too much away. I really loved Raven and Jack, even if I wanted to shake them at times- but I think Brilla might have stolen the show for me. She was such a cute and clever addition to the story. The story is quite steamy- some scenes really sizzled off the pages. This is one of those stories that I totally lost myself in- in a great way- and I definitely didn’t want it to end- as there was so much more I wanted to know- but only because I was so invested in the characters and their story. I really do hope we hear more of Jack and Raven in future books. Having said that, this could be read as a standalone- but this story has intrigued me enough to want to go back and read Book one, before then continuing the series. So, if you love a mistaken identity contemporary romance with plenty of sizzle, wonderful characters, and a captivating storyline- then you definitely won’t want to miss this book/series. I am definitely adding Ms. Nolan to my “must-read” authors list. Can’t wait for more!

CLAIM ME NOW (Heron Harbor Book 2) By Lea Nolan 5 out of 5 stars
I loved reading the book CLAIM ME NOW (Heron Harbor Book 2) by Lea Nolan. It is a wonderful romance story that pulled me in from the very beginning and I was hooked. I loved the characters of Raven Donovan and Jack Baines. Raven is a woman who is looking to forget her sorrows at the home that belongs to her and her sisters. She is not looking for a relationship. Then she meets Jack. Jack is a man who doesn’t want a new relationship. He has rented the house where Raven has taken refuge. What does the future hold for Raven and Jack? Read this book to find out. This story had my emotions going up and down the entire time I was reading it. It is written in such a way that I felt like I was right there with the characters. I grew to care about what happens to Jack and Raven with each chapter that I read. I also enjoyed reading about the additional characters that are introduced in the book. That author does an amazing job in making the storyline and the characters come alive. Don’t miss out on an entertaining and romantic story. I highly recommend reading it.

Claim Me Now (Heron Harbor Book 2) by Lea Nolan is a contemporary romance story. This is my first book by Lea and I was pleasantly surprised. There is lots of feels in this book with fun in the sun, witty conversations and lots of charm and chemistry and romance. The characters are interesting one strong and sassy the other standoffish but with a heart of gold. Both looking to escape their own world and secrets and lies soon find themselves thrown together in a strange twist of fate.

Having read, ‘Want Me Always’ book one in Nolan’s ‘Heron Harbor’ series I was looking forward to being back in Heron Harbor and was not disappointed. This novel can be read happily as a standalone story but the setting and some of the characters do crossover books. In this engaging and enjoyable story, Raven Donovan is married to her job as Vice President of her company and is not looking for a relationship. Raven is then utterly blindsided and distraught when a corporate takeover leaves her suddenly unemployed. She goes to stay at her family’s beach house on Heron Harbor Island just to get away from it all and she intends to be alone with a bottle of tequila until a very tall, dark and handsome stranger arrives. Jack Baines is the heir to one of the largest private equity firms on the East Coast and has his latest conquest under his belt. However, instead of feeling great he is finding that having to fire people is taking a toll on him and this feeling outweighs the thrill of the hunt he used to enjoy. Jack heads off to the beach for some alone time only to find a half naked, beautiful women in his rental. Thanks to a raging storm Raven and Jack decide to share the house. Following a steamy night which leads to an even steamier weekend the pair discover how mush they actually have in common. That is until the revelation that it is Jack who has just taken over Raven’s company threatens to come between them before their relationship has a chance to develop. This is a wonderfully written heartwarming romance which takes the reader on an emotional rollercoaster along with the two main characters. Both Raven and Jack are realistic and relatable characters which helped me feel engaged in the story. The storyline flows well and the descriptive narrative really brings both the setting of Heron Harbor and the characters to life. The plot has plenty of drama and romance in it to keep the reader happily turning the pages and I found I was hooked from start to finish. I definitely recommend this contemporary romance and I look forward to future books set in Heron Harbor.

Jack just needs to recharge and then he’s off again to do the job he loves , friend has let him borrow the family home in harbour for the weekend. He never expected company at this place. This is the second book in the Heron Harbour series and we are back to see if the harbour can work its magic once again. You don’t need to read the first book, they all stand happily on their own, but there is a link to the first book. These The sparks these two have for each other soon burst into a fiery and passionate weekend. But with Jack and Raven being so totally different, how can this last for longer than a weekend? And when Raven finds out who Jack really is. Raven is a very sassy independent lady .

This book was a bit more than I expected and it held on to me the entire time! Very well written, it read pretty fast, the characters and the backdrop was very well done. I have never been to a town that was described in this story and it makes me long to visit and become a part of something bigger than what and where I am now. I like the premise of this story, it is one that isn’t very over done as far as the topic (that I have personally read), and I was intrigued to see where the author had to take to make the best conflict scenes play out, I loved it.

This is my first book by this author which I enjoyed and I look forward to reading more from her in the future. This is a well written story that has characters that bring the story to life. The characters are engaging and connectable. They made the story easy to read and kept the story moving. I enjoyed being pulled in right from the beginning. This is a story of what happens when a tall, dark, handsome male walks through your door. Raven is vice president and loves her job until out of nowhere she finds herself without her job. Jack has everything he wants but firing people is not something he enjoys. What these two have in common is that the both end up at the beach. Raven never expected the storm that was brewing and certaining never expected Jack to walk through her family’s beach house door. What will fate have in store for them? I enjoyed their chemistry and watching their relationship grow from beginning to end. They are great characters that I enjoyed. I highly recommend reading their story.

Nolan hits this one right out of the park. I was captivated right out of the gate and couldn’t put it down before finishing the last page. The chemistry jumped off the page and lit up the room. Every emotion felt extremely tangible and sincere. I don’t have adequate words to express how much I enjoyed this book without possibly spoiling the story for others. This is one you need to read for yourself.
