What a great book to start off this series!
Leah is introduced to a whole new lifestyle in Ocean City, Maryland, by a man she couldn’t help but falling in love with. Cap’s job as a charter fishing captain causes Leah concerns and he starts to question his career.
As her eyes are opened wide by Cap and The Factory, how does the war within battle between her faith and what she finds to enjoy?

I really loved this book, you could just feel the emotions with every page. This author never disappoints!

Oh my heart with this book! What a tragic story but oh so needed . I loved seeing how all the guys came to be what they are now. But the heartbreaking roads that led them there about broke me.
This is a very quick read but full of details and backstory we wanted and I now need to read them all again with fresh eyes.

This is the third book in this series, and I highly reccomend starting from the beginning as its a continuation of characters.
This book followed Detective Morrison, whom I wanted to know more about. He just always seemed to know things, or have many friendly talks going with many people and got into so easily.
This is yet another dark, twisted, great read from this series and each one leaves me wanting more! Cant wait to read the next one!

I’ve never read a book by this author and was pleasantly surprised by this read!
I loved the twists and turns and I was able to be sicked right in. The story, even without the romantic interests , was great.
After waking and not remembering what happened, Ann is on the beach injured and finds a community of readers. They believe she’s one of The Lost Ones, and it causes split thoughts in the community. Jealousy causes actions that turn to chaos.
I really didnt want this to end, cant wait to read more from this author.

This was my first book by this author and what a story! I was skeptical at first but once the first chapter gets going it was tough to put down.
Kat is seventeen and on the cusp of having her first Transformation. Her family is different and in a feud with another for as long as they can remember. We see Kat and her amazing abilities, which were downright awesome!
I’ve never read a shifter book that had other things than animals so this was a surprise! I loved the family, but was left with questions. Like what’s Granny doing in her sewing room? And that cliffhanger ugh I need more!

Well, where has this author been hiding? I really loved this book!
Katarina is working, and while out on her first night she meets a man while saving a man at the bar. Little does she know who exactly he is other than his name, Chase.
She gets thrown into his world of riches and fame, and shes not quite prepared for any of it.
Along the way she learns of her mothers past and some answers to questions she has always had.
I ended this book with more questions I need answers too so I will be diving into the next one very soon!
This is a must read!

The Boss Man (The Manly Series book 4) by Teddy Hester – Review by Lyndsey Fairley

The Boss Man (The Manly Series book 4) by Teddy Hester 4 stars

This was my first read by this author and while i was drawn into this story as its written very well, the story itself just missed a mark with me somewhere. I loved the main characters and the secondary ones as well, but I just couldn’t put my finger on why I didn’t connect with them. This was a very quick read, and in a field of work ive not read about before so that was really neat to read about. But the instant and quick turn around of Jack and not wanting forever to now seeing it with Jilly, wasn’t rubbing me right in how it played out. Their attraction is hot and off the charts and I loved the banter between them!

Conviction (Ash Park #2) by Meghan O’Flynn – Review by Lyndsey Fairley

Conviction (Ash Park #2) by Meghan O’Flynn 5 Stars This is the second book in this series, and what a book! I wasn’t a huge fan of book 1 but this book took me on a ride I didn’t want to finish. Shannon is a district attorney and may have just put the wrong person in jail. The twists and turns in this story were surprising and i didn’t see them coming. This is a must read!

Burning Britely by Deidre Huesmann – Review by Lyndsey Fairley

4 stars

This is a first book for me by this author, and I really enjoyed it. I only had one small want from this book after I finished, and that was I wanted to hear some of Braeden’s side of things. Otherwise this was a well done story, that kept me flipping pages until the end.
Jeff is a young man in high school who has one real friend and he’d like to keep it that way. He’s a smart student and a very particular way of how he wants things to go.
I loved the way we meet Braeden, and how Jeff starts to realize things he didn’t before but also come to terms at least internally of others.
And if everyone in his situation, had parents like his, what a godsend that would be.
Great quick read of a young man finding his path in life.

Summer Fling by Tarrah Anders – Review by Lyndsey Fairley

Summer Fling by Tarrah Anders 5 stars This was a quick read for me, but so enjoyable. Emma lives a small town and its the start of summer, which means tourist season. Shes sworn off tourists after being burned years ago, but Royce is different. While he says he’s there to stay and open a vet clinic, she has a hard time telling her heart to believe it. As Royce and his friends get the clinic ready to open and also dating Emma, his past comes back in a way i didn’t see coming. I loved the flow of this book and the details of the town, the characters, everything. I hope we get to see more of this town!

I Am Kimberly Cole: A Journey Into Terror by R.G. Miller – Review by Lyndsey Fairley

I Am Kimberly Cole by R.G. Miller 5 stars My mind is still trying to process this book. It took a little bit to get used to the narration of this book but after a couple chapters I didn’t even notice it was in third person anymore. I cant even say anything about this story for fear of ruining the experience for others, but I so did not see any of what happened, coming at all. I had to read a couple of parts a few times to be sure I read it right. What a story!
