Now this was my kind of book, it was a sizzling 5 star read. Love me some good reverse harem and this author did not disappoint. All of the characters were great, you could feel their connection coming off the pages. We get some very steamy moments. And of course we have some characters that were not loveable and I just wanted to tell them to take a hike. The author did a great job with the story and once I started I didn’t want to put it down. This was a good 4 star read. This is the Third book in the series. I finished it in one sitting.
The characters had a great connection and I loved how Max would act like he didn’t care but actions proved he did. Of course Sloane had a boyfriend that was terrible to her. When she is put in danger, Max vows to keep her safe. I did have some frustrations with some of Max’s actions but he eventually grew on me. You could feel the tension between them. The author does a great job of pulling you in with her writing. I would love to see more from these two. I look forward to reading more from this series. 1-click and get started today.

This was a great 5 star read. This prequel pulled me in right from the beginning and I can’t wait for the next book. The author does a great job of introducing us to Issac and Jack. They didn’t plan to have anything beyond their couple of days together but things quickly changed. Issac can’t get her out of his mind. Will he be able to convince her to give their connection a try? Will it delay his obligations to his family? I loved this prequel, enjoyed seeing how these two get started and look forward to reading more from them. There is a big twist that forces them to flee. As they spend more time together their connection grows. The author does a great job with her writing. She builds the characters up so great and you can’t wait to see where their journey will take them. Will they get a HEA? This was a really good 4 star read. Once I started I didn’t want to put it down. Jasmine was great, I really liked her. She is a strong woman who owns her own business with her best friend. This was a great 5 star read. I really liked both of these characters although Finn frustrated me at times with his stubbornness. Abi is in a bind trying to help her sister, when an opportunity comes her way. She decides to do a reality show where she ends up marrying Finn. Finn is not happy about the situation and tries to keep Abi at arms length. However, she is testing him at every turn. I loved her feistiness and that she would challenge him. He definitely needed it. And I loved his friends, they added a great element to the story. The term of endearment that Finn used was so sweet. Will Abi get through Finns tough walls and get a HEA? Will she be able to help her sister? The author does a great job of pulling you in with her writing. All the characters were so loveable. I really liked these two, I had lol moments during their bantering. We get some thrilling twists and turns that added a great element to the story. When Jake meets Lily there is something about her that pulls him right in. I love Lily, she was great. Jake definitely had a challenge and he was up for it. Wow…where to start with this review. This was a great 5 star read. This was my first read from this author and I was pulled right in. Once I started I didn’t want to put it down. I will warn that there are some things that are meant for 18+ readers.

Beast (Adrik) as he is called due to his face being horribly scarred is a member of the mob. He is trying to make a life for himself so that he can help his younger brother who is still stuck at home with their dad. When he is given the job to protect Annika things get interesting. I loved Annika, she saw him for his true self and I loved it. Will Beast let his walls down and let Annika in? Can he keep her safe?

Overall I really enjoyed this book. We get suspense, steamy moments, scary moments, teary eyed moments and so much more. This book can be read as a stand alone. All of the characters added a great element to the story. I can’t wait to read more from this author. 1-click and get started today.

This was a good 4 star read. This is Laurel and Robert’s story, a historical romance with some thrilling twists and turns. Laurel and Robert wed and when she went home with him things got very interesting from there. Not everyone was happy to hear about the marriage. When Robert gets called away to war poor Laurel is left to deal with a not so nice sister-in-law. Will she be able to work things out with her SIL? What will happen when her husband returns?

This was a fun 5 star read. This was my first read from this author and I really enjoyed it.
The author had me pulled in right from the start, I was LOL.
Tenley and Teagan were opposites attract for sure. They both had different views on love, watching their story develop was so great. And the challenge was great, will it change the views on love?

My favorite quote from the book is “God gave men both a penis and a brain, but only enough blood to supply one at a time. “

I was pulled in and didn’t want to put it down. Debbie and Gary are staying together during the pandemic. As time goes on, Debbie’s mom ends up with COVID and she becomes very worried. Gary also has a past that he decides to share with Debbie. We learn some interesting and heartbreaking things. How will Debbie react to Gary’s secrets? Will his story help her keep her mind off her worries?

Overall this was a great read. The characters were great and they had a great connection. At first I wasn’t sure about Gary until he started sharing his story. I enjoyed this because it involves an older couple who find love when they least expect it.
Juliet is a teacher and when Jim joins her class there is instant attraction. The class assignment is to read Romeo and Juliet, which gives Jim inspiration. I love Romeo and Juliet so I loved the quotes. There is so much that goes on in this read. We get a glimpse of the past so that we can understand the history. Both characters were great each in their own ways. There is a twist and Juliet is put in danger. Will Jim be able to help Juliet?

Degrees of Innocence was a great 5 star read and book #1 in the Prestian Series.

Katarina is getting ready to start a big project. While spending some time at the resort waiting for the meetings to start she ends up meeting a very handsome man, Chase. She spends several days with Chase and they are both equally attracted to each other. Problem is, Chase has a little secret. What will Katarina do when she finds out who Chase really is?

During the first day of planning Katarina is shocked to see Chase come walking into the room. When she discovers who he really is, things come crashing down on her. How will it ever work between them now?

Chase is determined to be with her and will make it work no matter what. As these two move forward they have some very hot and steamy scenes. These two have such great chemistry. I really liked both Chase and Katarina. I was pulled right in by their story and didn’t want to stop until I was done. This is my first read from Via Mari and I loved it, I can’t wait to get my hands on the next book in the series and the author.

This was a good 4 star read. This was a different genre than what I typically read but I really enjoyed it. Dex is a true family man and is trying to keep things together for his family. He left a good job due to being gone so much and went with a job that was close to home. Things take a scary twist when his family is kidnapped from their home. WIll he be able to keep his family safe? What do the kidnappers want?

Overall this was an edge of your seat read. The author does a great job with his writing and it pulls you right in. I like how he would have notes at the end of each chapter.
