Whew! What a tale! I loved every second of it! Following along on the journey Del takes is eye opening and refreshing. I was jealous of her to have the nerve to take off like she did. Yes she needed it but I was surprised she did it. It made a world of difference in her life and I loved all the people she met, the places she went and the changes she was able to make to her life and within her family. I just wish she wasn’t so accident prone or weepy but she still is a good character and has sone growth and ability to do more. This is very well written and I am glad I picked it up and gave it a chance. Probably one that will be re read again. Highly recommend if you are looking for an adventurous tale.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book! The heartbreaking beginnings of Tommy and Angie drew me in, and I was deeply invested in their journey. Loriana Cappello masterfully weaves a love story filled with unexpected twists and turns that moved me profoundly; I found myself both laughing and crying throughout. While the start was difficult to accept, the overall journey proved to be immensely rewarding. I was delighted to see Ash and Calla return, thriving in their own lives. I eagerly anticipate the next installment in the Braebeach Rockstar series. The characters are so compelling that I can’t help but wish for more of their stories. So when I first started this book I found myself googling the birds so I could the full experience and at a stage I thought cripes there’s not going to be a real story and let me tell you I was soooooo off base 🤣🥰🙈 this really has been one of my favourite reads for the year 🤩
There were so many highlights for me and memories I’ll walk away with will be treasured and the laughs I had and the new sayings I learnt were memorable.
At the end of the day we all want someone that sees us for who we are and make us feel we matter and that’s exactly what Tash and Caleb want and find in each other and both are on a self healing self discovery journey but they just do it better together and Barnaby just owns my heart 🐾❣️
I love their honesty , they’re just so real and relatable and you can’t help but love them . I must be honest I was a little jealous of their owl walk 🥹and all the delicious brews they get to enjoy at Beakers 😉
Caleb is so good with kids and how he relates to people when talking about the birds and conservation, you can’t help but like this guy . He’s just perfect for Tash 🥰

This is book one of the Kismet trilogy, and I’m grateful there will be more! In this fantasy romance, Petra is determined to figure out why her brother was killed, and it is quite the story to follow. When she becomes involved with a third shivalry captain, Rand, nothing is as it seems, and she is out to discover the truth. The mystery will keep you on the edge of your seat and flipping the pages. This is the first book I have read by this author, and it definitely won’t be the last! I highly recommend this book and will anxiously await getting my hands on the rest!

This is the third book in the Things Unseen Series and after loving book 1 and 2 I knew there was no way I wouldn’t pick this one up. Anise Eden can write and she knows how to do romantic suspense/psychological suspense. I loved Dead Late. I recommend reading the series in order though to get the most enjoyment out of it. It’s not a requirement, but I really like seeing how Con and Neve’s relationship progressed throughout the books even when they were ‘under the gun’ so to speak. Not only did I love the main characters, but the secondary characters were amazing as well, not to mention the way she paints the picture in your mind of the scenery, with so much suspense, and tension, it all comes together to make for a thrilling read.

This was a nice book. I enjoyed the plot but sometimes had a hard time staying engaged. I think it is because I had a hard time connecting with the characters. Barrett and Lou worked well together. I thought their build up was fine. I appreciated that this was able to read as a standalone. Books in a series like this get very confusing when the connections in previous books need to be known to understand plotlines.

This is the first book that I have read by this author and I enjoyed it. It was set in a post apocalyptic future where the earth was destroyed and the main character Shannon is awoken from a cryo sleep by an interesting alien male seeking answers she doesn’t have. There are twists and turns, drama, mystery and romance. I thought this book was interesting from the start and I will definitely pick up more by this author in the future! Happy Reading!

The Fixer is the second book in the Fall River series and is a Enemies to Lover’s Contemporary Romance that is packed with drama, family,finding love unexpectedly, angst and so much more. I’ve read several books by this author and this is my favorite yet. This is Joy and Charlie’s story. She’s a fast paced city girl who upgraded from being a small town gal. Life is great until she finds herself back in the small town when she inherits her mom’s old building. She was to demolish it but Charlie has other ideas. He’s spent years restoring old Historical buildings. These two don’t see eye to eye and butt heads over every detail. Does Fate have a different idea? Can these two put aside their differences and get what they deserve? I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next. I’m looking forward to reading more from this Author.

Unexpected Revival by E. L. Roux is the first book in the Revived series. An enthralling post apocalyptiv Sci-fi read that will absolutely snatch your attention and quickly become addicting! I could not get enough of this book, and with it being out of my usual genre, I fell in love with it immediately. The plot of the book itself really hooks you and keeps you asking questions all the way through to the end. I very much look forward to seeing where this author takes this series!
I enjoyed this book. I don’t normally read science fiction novels but this one caught my eye and sounded interesting so I decided to try it out and I was not disappointed. I really liked the twist in the story and found myself unable to put it down until I finished reading it. I do like stories that are about what the earth will be like in the possible future and I found this story intriguing. The story flows really well and and the author created a vibrant world for me to explore. I look forward to reading more from this author
Older heros I’m sold. I’m still in my early 30s. I thought I could relate to this book and did. You get the background of the character which makes me love the character even more. I highly recommend this book. What an interesting read. Pretty unique with a different age difference hero aspect.
Betrayal (Choosing Family), is a story about Anna Turner and Hunter Thompson, two people wary about love, but not able to resist each other. Anna is a marketing manager who is passionate about the well-being of her employees. She is trying to build a child-care service to keep her employees from having to find other work. Hunter is a property developer and architect who is intrigued by Anna at a party they were both out at. The start of their relationship is rocky due to bad business dealings, but Hunter is intrigued with Anna and wants to help her passion come to light. As the two work out this business deal, sparks start to fly. The problem is that each of them has a past and secrets that are kept. Anna is all about intimacy but doesn’t trust often because of her father who was a serial cheater. Hunter slowly learns to open up to a point but believes that keeping secrets is a better choice due to a father who has betrayed him his entire life and doesn’t want him to have knowledge of his new passions. Will these secrets put a rift in the relationship, will Hunter ever be able to open up, and will Anna ever really be able to trust a man? I thought this was a really good contemporary romance. I truly enjoyed the characters, flaws, and all. Both characters were so great together, they had great banter, and the story moved along quickly. There were protective aspects and growth aspects from both characters. The story had surprising elements at times that added to the dynamics of the story and the characters. While this is the third book in the series, I have not read any others. I thought this author’s story was worth going back and reading the others.

The Fixer is book 2 in the series and was a good read. I loved the characters. I loved how there was a real life story there and not just heat and steam ( that’s not so bad either but sometimes I good story is needed ) Joy had to leave Chicago and fly to Colorado after her mom passed to settle the estate. She planned to sell it or knock it down and be done with that small, dusty town. After meeting with Charlie, a local contractor, he advised her she can’t sell it or knock it down because it’s a historical building and needs to be brought up to code before she can sell it. Joys life changes for the better while she stays at Crystal Harmony Haven. Her skin looks healthier, she doesn’t need her meds, she’s gaining healthy weight and most importantly, she making friends….real friends that care for her. Charlie and Joy don’t exactly get along until, they realize maybe they dislike eachother so much because they are attracted to eachother. Everything goes well for them. Joy extends her trip until Charlie finds some disturbing letters hidden in the walls and she runs back to Chicago. While she’s in Chicago, things start happening at the work site known as her mom’s store. There’s a lot of suspense in this book and a sweet, clean, happy story of two people who think they finally found the missing link in their lives. Cannot wait to see what happens in book 3 with Reece and possible Neve?

Detective Dylan and the Thief of Camp Leaf (A Youth Sleuths Chapter Book Series) by MJ Murray. I love this cute series and even though this is the 3rd book in the series it can be read as a standalone. My 6 year old nephew loves these stories. Its the continuing story of Dylan, his little sister Emily and his dog. Dylan has a detective kit and he never leaves home without it. When they go camping and the Camp Leaf Trophy goes missing, Dylan,his dog Theodore, other friends and his sister are on the case. This book is perfect of the young child learning to read and it has amazing resources for teachers that can be printed out as well. This would make a great family time book to read and would be the perfect gift for older elementary kids that are learning to read chapter books. We loved it.

I absolutely loved both books. I truly started using British words and slangs because I felt I was living in the story; I got that into it ! So well written, original, funny, so much character development, twists and turns, it is a must read!
Such a cute love story in both books also, which is also a huge plus 💗 Hope you all love it as much as me
The book starts out rather slow but don’t worry that will change. We first meet Alice and her friends and get a peek into their lives. Alice is trying to win an archery competition and scholarship. She hopes that her parents won’t want to make her move if she wins. An innocent afternoon at the park changes everything for them. The friends are transported through a portal to Parsa. What follows is a great adventure full of action, drama, danger, and magic. This book is a wonderful start to this series. Even though it starts slow the action and drama help to keep the story building throughout the book. Can’t wait to see where this series will take us next.

Quarterback Keeper: A College Sports Romance is the first book in the Fall Lake Ballers Series. Just when I thought I couldn’t love this authorany more than I already do bam she knocks this one out of the park. I’m a huge fan of Sports Romance that has secrets, drama, little bit of danger and Fate relationships then this is a book for you. I pretty devoured this book in one afternoon because I had to know what was going to happen next. One thing I can about this author is they add just the right amount of danger and twists and turns to keep you guessing till the end. I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next. I don’t want to give up to much. This is a must read. I’m looking forward to reading more from this Author.

This book had me laughing out loud every time I read it. The banter between the two characters was incredibly. I loved that Chloe was honest and raw about her previously relationship, that isn’t seen in many books. I loved that she was not only able to admit it to herself, but was able to say it out loud also. I also loved that Nikolai was able to do the same about his relationship with Peyton. I have read all three books in this series and I have loved all of them. You are able to read this as a stand alone, but some of the characters are introduced in the previous books. I would recommend this series to anyone looking for a good, quick read.

Another enjoyable and entertaining mystery featuring private investigator Jorja Knight. Her latest case appears to be routine, proving a husband’s supposed infidelity. However, when the mistress turns up dead she worries that her investigation may have led to the death. Jorja is then involved in the murder investigation having been hired by the defense lawyer. The more she discovers questions are raised about the accused’s innocence. Whilst dealing with personal crises Jorja unearths secrets in the victim’s past, and discovers more deceptions and deadly motives. Jorja is determined to expose the killer and uncover the real motive, even if the person she’s defending is the one who pulled the trigger! I loved being back with our smart, gutsy heroine Jorja as she investigates another intriguing mystery. The fast paced storyline with plenty of plot twists kept me hooked throughout.
