Two stories in one book. These are prequels to the Logan McKenna series. I enjoyed learning about Logan’s background in both stories. I now plan to read the Logan McKenna series from start to finish.

I thoroughly enjoyed this YA book. It is a Fantasy book that also has the feel of a Thriller because the members of the royal family are being murdered, and we are left wondering who the guilty party could be. Adrijana is a teenager who has just discovered that her father has lied to her for her whole life. She sets out to discover who she really is and how she can solve the mystery of the murders.

To Be A Fae Queen caught my attention from the very beginning and kept it to the end. Titania is still a girl and has to fight for her right to be Queen of her people. Titania is strong and smart but has to prove she is the best choice. The author did a great job bringing each character to life for me. I am excited to see what happens in the next book.

K.L. Montgomery is a new author to me and now one of my favorite Cozy Mystery writers. In this 3 book boxed set, we meet Sunshine who is the YA librarian in Bryce Beach. In Book 1, the town Bible and funds raised at the library gala are stolen and Sunshine helps the police solve the mystery of who the guilty party is. In Book 2, dead marine life washes up on the shore of Bryce Beach and Sunshine needs to know why they died and who is responsible. In Book 3, a prominent citizen of Bryce Beach is murdered and the body washes up on Bryce Beach. Once again, Sunshine uses her librarian sleuthing skills to help solve the crime. The characters in these books are lovable and the books so much fun to read. I already have Book 4 on my Kindle ready to be read.

After his mother Marcella is brutally attacked, Ty is arrested for the crime. Marcella insists that he is innocent but Ty seems to have confessed when the police arrived on the scene.
