My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Tapestry of Worlds, Part Two: Running and Gunning by Hadley Thorne was a very intriguing book. Even though I haven’t read Part One: The White Raven Awakens, there was still enough backstory cleverly woven through this book that it could be read as a stand alone. I will still go and check out Part One before moving onto Part Three though. The world is amazing and the mix of paranormal, current times and mythology had me enthralled. The writing was well executed and the characters were relatable. Not a cliffhanger but a nice set up for Part Three.

Alpha Bet Guys Boxed SetAlpha Bet Guys Boxed Set by Phoebe Alexander
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Alpha Bet Guys Box Set by Phoebe Alexander is a light hearted and entertaining set of spicy novellas with each focused on a different guy who meets their girl. The five books were easy to read and were different enough to keep me interested. The bets between the guys are hilarious and each guys has their own time in the spotlight. A very well put together collection full of steamy, witty and flirtatious fun.

Revelations (Separate Worlds Book 1) by Izzibella Beau – Review by Rayne East

Revelations (Separate Worlds Book 1)Revelations by Izzibella Beau
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Revelations by Izzibella Beau has a bit of everything your little YA heart desires. The author builds a world that draws you straight in. There’s teenage angst but not over the top and a good dose of chemistry with a splash of paranormal thrown in. I really enjoyed getting to know each of the characters and as this is written in third person, the reader gets more of an insight into the motives behind everyone’s actions. A cliffy at the end too. I recommend this book and I will be definitely checking out book 2.

Spiteful Punks: dolls and douchebags, Madeline Fay, Review by Rayne East

Spiteful Punks: dolls and douchebags part oneSpiteful Punks: dolls and douchebags part one by Madeline Fay
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Spiteful Punks – dolls and douchebags part one by Madeline Fay is dark and packs a punch. The FMC, Tillie, has been through so much pain and anguish – and to what end? The author has you feeling all the emotions right from the star and doesn’t let up until the end. Even though this is mostly told from Tillie’s POV, I really enjoyed reading from the guys POV – they were all written so differently and easily distinguishable. Such intensity oozes off each page. Definitely recommend this book and will continue this series.
