Livy and Jeremy come from both sides of the spectrum as far as love goes. It’s like they speak two different languages and from two different planets. Livy being from Mars and Jeremy from Venus or vice versa. Livy is not one to believe in love at least the way the world has told her to believe. Jeremy is ready to prove to her that he can make all her love dreams come true. That is, though, until everything turns their world upside down. They let the world as they know it crumble their structure and they go with the motions of the ocean. As time goes on, they realize only they can change their fate. Will memories be enough to rekindle their fire or is it too little too late? Right now, with all that’s going on in the world, I could use this book at the right time to keep my mind during this quarantine. If you’re a relationship or marriage chick like me who believes in hopeless romantic stuff like this, it’s the book for you. I love books about romance and anything about reuniting in love. This is just that type of book for rediscovering your love for someone and doing what it takes to stay in love or find your way back to one another. This story is beautiful as you believe all that it is for the couple and their love story. Great book!

K. L. Montgomery is a mastermind putting comedy and romance together. She writes about the funny moments in a relationship and not the difficult moments. Her characters bring life to the story. This is book 6 in the Romance in Rehoboth series. It can be a stand alone book, I highly recommend reading all the books. This is Larissa and Mateo’s story. One thing that I love about this story is that Larissa is a strong woman who stands up for her special needs daughter. She is not afraid to speak her mind. All she wants is that her little girl be treated like every other little girl. In comes Mateo, who is running a pageant and is prepared to deal with the strong pageant moms. He understands that each mom thinks that their little girl is going to be the pageant queen. That is until he meets Larissa. Will Larissa be too much for him? Will Larissa open her heart up to Mateo? You will have to read this story to find out the answers to these questions.

This is book 5 in the Romance in Rehoboth series. It can be a stand alone book, I highly recommend reading all the books. This book is all about Jason and Hannah. Jason’s family has the grooms specifically. Meanwhile Hannah’s family has the local bridal shop. Now these families have had a feud going on for most of the existence of the shops. But now there is a new enemy of both shops, a one stop shop chain store. Can Hannah and Jason work together to save their shops or will the new store succeed in closing the two local stores?

Satan’s Devils MC Boxset Books 1-5 (Satans Devils MC Series) By Manda Mellett 5 out of 5 stars
This is an amazing boxset of the first five books in a series that I found hard to put down. It includes alpha males whom are protective of their brothers in the MC club as well as those who they find an attraction to. I love MC club books and these five stories are a very good example of why. Start reading a series that is entertaining and addictive. I highly recommend them.
Turning Wheels:
I loved the first book in this boxset. It is the story of Sophie and Wraith. Sophie is a woman who believes that she is broken, that no one would want her. She is still trying to adapt to life now that she is in a wheelchair. She also has come under the protection of the Satan’s Devils MC club. Wraith is the VP of Satan’s Devils and an alpha male. He is determined to protect Sophie. Will Wraith be able to keep Sophie safe from threats both inside and outside the club? What does the future hold for Sophie and Wraith? Read this book to find out. I grew to care about what happens to Sophie and Wraith with each chapter that I read. This story is suspenseful and also has emotional moments. There are romantic scenes that are steamy and make the temperature in the room rise. This is a perfect storyline and beginning to the series.
Drummer’s Beat:
This is a wonderful second book in the series. It is the story of Drummer and Sam. Sam is a woman who is strong, independent, and looking for her father who she says is part of the Satan’s Devils club. Drummer is the president of the Satan’s Devils and finds himself trying to deny his attraction to Sam. Sam has been taken by a sex trafficking ring. Drummer will do anything to find her. What does the future hold for Drummer and Sam? Will Drummer find Sam? Read this book to find out. I loved the characters of Drummer and Sam. I found myself caring about what happens to them with each chapter that I read. This story is suspenseful, and it finds the club facing danger. The book also has some steamy romantic scenes as well. Awesome second story.
Slick Running:
This is the next wonderful story in an amazing series. It is the story of Ella and Slick. Ella helped the Satan’s Devils. Then she ran away from them and Slick. When she contacts him again, he is at first determined not to get fooled again. Then he learns the reason why he then is determined to not only help her but get her back as well. What does the future hold for Slick and Ella? Read this book to find out. This is a story that has dark moments as well as heartbreaking ones. One of the reasons why I love this series so much is that the Satan’s Devils club is one that has a code of brotherhood and to protect those who fall under their protection. While they may be misunderstood by many, they believe in bringing justice to those that they help. This story will have you on the edge of your seat wondering what is going to happen next. The wonderful third book in the series.
Targeting Dart:
I loved reading the story of Dart and Alex. Dart believes that all he can offer is friendship. Then he finds that his feelings are deeper. Can he keep Alex safe when her ex catches up to her? Read this book to find out. This is a story that had me turning pages wondering what was going to happen next. I grew to care about what happens to Dart and Alex with every chapter that I read. I loved the care and devotion that they both showed to Alex’s child. The story has some moments that made me mad, heartbreaking moments, as well as ones that touched my heart. A wonderful fourth story in the series.
Heart Broken:
This story is one that had my emotions going up and down the entire time I was reading it. It is Heart’s Story. Heart is angry, in pain, and haunted. He embarks on a journey he had no intention of returning from. Until a voice calls to him from his phone. The voice belongs to a cop. Cops and outlaw bikers can’t be in a relationship, right? Read this book for the whole story. This is a story that had me turning pages wondering what was going to happen next. There are heartbreaking and heartwarming moments. A perfect fifth book in the series.

This is third book in the hero high series and it is my favorite so far. I highly suggest reading all of the books in order to get the best reading experience the author intended us readers to have! The characters are the best part of this series because I can’t help but like them and because the the story is well written I feel like I am right there with them, experiencing everything too. There is a lot of twists and turns in this book and people aren’t what they seem. Go get this series now! It is worth the read and I am looking forward to seeing what else this author will come up with soon. Happy Reading!

5 Star Hawk’s Cry (Satan’s Devils MC Second Generation #2) by Manda Mellett
Hawk’s Cry is the second book in the Satan’s Devils MC Second Generation by Manda Mellett. Holy Cow this is not your typical MC story. This had my emotions all over the place and I felt like I could so relate to Hawk on so many levels. This Author never ceases to amaze me. I truly think that this is my absolute favorite yet. What happens when Hawk starts to question rather what he’s doing is what he really wants to be doing? Get ready to be taken on one heck of an emotional journey with this absolute must read. I can’t recommend not only this book but this Author enough. I can’t wait to read more.

Hawk’s Cry (Satan’s Devils MC Second Generation #2) by Manda Mellett was a great 5 star read. I was excited to read the next book in the series. I was pulled in right from the beginning.
This is Hawk and Olivia’s story, they are preparing for their new baby. Hawk wants to get out of the MC life but it’s not as easy as it sounds. He keeps it all built up inside and increases his anxiety which causes distance between him and Olivia. Olivia is trying to figure out why Hawk is pushing her away. Things get even more interesting when there is a scary twist that involves Olivia.
How will everything turn out for Hawk and Olivia?
Overall this was a great read. This was a very emotional rollercoaster of a read, I was exhausted by the time I finished. It was great seeing all the MC members again, they are such a great family that watches out for their own. I’m loving this series and I can’t wait to read the next book in the series. Thank you Manda Mellett for another great read. 1-click and get started today.

Hawk’s Cry : Satan’s Devils MC Second Generation #2 by Manda Mellet
Hawk and Olivia have had so much happen to them over the last few months. Most of it good, but then they get blindsided by something nobody could have ever anticipated.
Olivia is a rock and she showed that time and time again throughout this story. She showed the depth of her love for Hawk as well as an inner strength that I wouldn’t have expected from her.
I really wanted to pop Hawk in the head a few times, but as the story went on and things started to make sense I decided get needed hugs instead.
I’m so hooked on this series. I love how we are able to keep up with the couples from the previous books and try to figure out which one of the Devil’s is going down next.

Hawks Cry (Satans MC Second Generation #2) by Manda Mellett was on hell of an emotional ride. This is a romantic suspense book that will have you laughing and crying throughout the entire book. In this addition to the series we learn about Hawk the VP of the Satans Devils MC. He is married to the love of his life, child on the way, has his MC family what more could he want. What does a man go through that causes him to question everything he holds dear to him? This was a great read that took me one sitting due to its fast pace I just could not put it down. I can’t wait to read the next book.

I enjoyed this Young Adult action story. The author’s attention to details made me feel as if I was right there with the characters. They made the story and kept me turning pages fast. The twists and turns they took me on had me sitting on the edge of my seat just waiting to see what would happen next. This is a story about a battle for survival. Jema is sixteen and has been branded a traitor. Jema and her group of friends take you on an adventure that could lead into bloodshed and turn things upside down for the planet. I enjoyed watching Jema grow throughout the story and how supportive her friends were. I highly recommend this book and this author.
Ok, I have a bone to pick with this author after this book. How dare you make me cry at like, 14%. But really, I was heart broken but understand it had to happen the way it did. This poor man, i can only imagine the pressures, amd this brought an all too real common struggle for a lot of people to the forefront and shows how much support is needed. I really loved how this ended i was laughing so hard. I cannot wait for more of anything this author writes, she has a gift.

Life’s a Witch: A Paranormal Romantic Comedy by Carrie Pulkinen is the third book in the New Orleans Nocturnes series. These are fun, quick to read stories which can be read as a standalone. I recommend reading them in order because there is some character carryover from book to book. This time we are given Crimson, who is a bad witch. Not evil bad! She is just really good at getting spells wrong. She gets herself into some odd situations in book 2 and now they are coming back to haunt her. With the help of the demon Mike and her other supernatural friends can she get herself into this problem? The characters are fun and light. I enjoy the introduction of different supernaturals and that sometimes life is stranger than fiction. New Orleans is a perfect setting for these supernatural stories to take place. I have enjoyed these books as a get away from the realities of the real world. I look forward to reading more from this author in the future.

Hawk’ Cry is the second book in Manda Mellett’s Satan’s Devils MC Second Generation series. Oh my goodness! I have read the original series and Colorado Chapter spin off but when I finished the first book in the Second Generation series I know that she has stepped up with these stories of the kids of the original MC members! What makes the second generation series even more special is that we get the old timers, pardon me, the original MC family and then we see the kids all grown up with their challenges and lives and … Hawk’s Cry gives us Eli “Hawk” and Olivia who are MC brats themselves, are waiting the birth of their first child with the rest of the MC family. You would think that in general it is the time of joy and happiness but Hawk’s Cry gives us doubts and heartbreak and feeling like you cannot breath anymore and the world is closing in on you … oh my, we are left emotionally battered once we finish the story … I love how Manda is not afraid to address sensitive issues. I am sure when you picture a VP of a MC, you think of an alpha male and then the writer brings in the question of the mental health and how men deal with it and … Kudos to you dear Manda and I cannot wait for the next one in the series!

Sweet Salvation (The Protectors Series Book 3) by Toya Richardson. This is a great paranormal romance. Its the story of Manuela who always wanted a normal life, nothing fancy just normal. When she leaves her Elias Crane’s Protectors community her life turns into a nightmare. She is being hunted for sport and finally captured and tortured. Josh her mate ends up rescuing her in Spain and the bond is so strong between them. Manuela is set on revenge but Josh is afraid it is too dangerous and tries to talk her out of it. Josh experiences what she went thru because of their telepathic bond. Will Josh be able to reach Manuela before death takes them both? This book will keep you on the edge of your seat trying to find out what happens. It can be read as a standalone but I recommend reading from the beginning of the series.

I give Baba Ali and the Clockwork Djinn: A Steampunk Faerie Tale by Danielle Ackley-McPhail and Day Al-Mohamed, 5 stars.
This book is an incredible story of fantasy, straight out of the Arabian fairy tales of old but with a steampunk twist. I really enjoy steampunk and I couldn’t wait to see what this book had to offer. While part of it takes part in Victorian England, where most people think of when they here steampunk, the fact that a good portion of it takes place in the desert lands of the Middle East was new and exciting to me. The things that are created is amazing and so wonderous. I was in awe when reading the descriptions.
Then there is the story itself. There is so much going on, it is extremely difficult to put this book down. There is action, suspense, grief, romance — pretty much everything is in here. These two authors weave such a magical tale and do it so well, they put you right into the story with their superb writing.
If you read all the fairy tales growing up and/or enjoy steampunk, pick up this wonderful book now.

Hawk’s Cry (Satan’s Devils MC Second Generation #2) by Manda Mellett
5 +++++ Stars
Oh my goodness am I enjoying this second generation series, this was a genius idea and of course this author makes it all fresh and new just like every other book she comes out with. I will say though that this just about broke me…I was ready to smash my kindle before I was out of the 1st chapter, you talk about an emotional roller coaster this was it! I feel so attached to ALL of these people and I’ve got the whole compound pictured in my head and I just can’t say enough about how much I love the Satan’s Devils, all chapters but this one holds a special place in my heart.
I never want any of this to end, I don’t care which way she goes, what new cities she chooses to stick a chapter, I seriously never want it to end. The snippet at the end of this one tells me we are headed to San Diego…Bring it on!! I can’t wait though to come back to the second generation, I need to see how the future has played out for Hawk and Liv.
If you want to get lost in one of the best MC series ever then start at the very beginning with Turning Wheels and dive in…You will not be sorry I promise, this author makes everything feel so real and transports you directly into the stories she writes!!

Having read numerous reads by Manda Mellett in both of the Satan’s Devils MC Series and this series Of Satan’s Devils MC Second Generation I thought I knew what to expect from one of her reads, but was I proved wrong!
This book really gets you totally and utterly emotionally invested in the storyline and also characters you have read about from previous going through things that you never expect. Each time I think Manda Mellett can’t make these series better, she goes and makes them better and better!
This book literally pulls you apart at the seams it covers topics that are heart-wrenching but the author writes it beautifully and with sensitivity. This book gives you realness, drama, high emotions, suspense, friends and family that have your back no matter what, it’s raw and even with all of this happening I absolutely loved this read!
I highly recommend this read, and for an even more immersive experience, I recommend you read them all, from Satan’s Devils MC Series and Second Generation Series, you seriously won’t regret transporting yourself into the world of MC’s. Reviewed By @tillytillzz

This is my first book by Zeia Jameson, and it won’t be my last. This was such a detailed book, with such great characters and world building, I couldn’t put it down. In all honesty this is the most raw and emotional book I’ve ever had the pleasure of reading. I connected to this book from the very beginning until it was over and I was wishing it wasn’t. In this amazing story we meet Livy and Jeremy. Two people who were raised completely different, yet figured out they were made for each other. You go an amazing journey through their life, with the ups, downs and in betweens of love and marriage. I can’t even give this book the review it deserves. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I think anyone who’s ever been married or who is married should read this hands down. It’s spot on and brutally honest.

Sweet Salvation is book three in Richardson’s, paranormal romance series, ‘The Protectors’, but can be read as a standalone story, however some of the characters cross over and the backstory continues throughout the series. Manuela wants a normal life, a human life but having left the safety of her Protectors community her dream turns into a nightmare and she is hunted and used for sport. Manuela is then unexpectedly rescued by her mate, Josh. Josh loves living life within Elias Crane’s Protectors community hoping to find peace following the brutal deaths of his family. When he travels to a Protectors community in Spain, he didn’t expect to discovers his mate. However his mate has been brutalised and is broken. Manuela does not believe that Josh could ever want her especially having used their telepathic bond to show him what has been done to her. Manuela wants revenge but this could have repercussions throughout all the Supernat communities and Josh must stop Manuela before he looses her for good. This was a gripping paranormal romance which had me hooked from the start. The main characters in this story were Manuela and Josh and they were great characters and I felt I went on an emotional rollercoaster along with them. I felt fully immersed in the Supernat communities, which really came alive by the authors detailed world building. This was an exciting read which moved along at a fast pace and was full of drama and suspense. I look forward to reading the previous books in this series and any future ones.

Having followed Leda through her coming of age I thought this was a great instalment to this series. As expected the book was well written with lots of cultural information about life and growing up in Italy. The authors descriptive writing has always been a huge plus to this series, you can really imagine some of the beautiful Italian scenery that she is describing. Definitely makes you want to visit! I’ve enjoyed reading about Leda’s journey and all of the secondary characters who have added something to that. Leda has changed so much over the stories and I think especially in this latest one, there’s so much going on in her life and lots that I as a reader could relate too, this definitely makes Leda a character you can connect with. I have really enjoyed this series and highly recommend it.

Fantasy is one of my favorite genres. I love the possibilities that the story can explore. Jean Gill is not a not a new author to me, but I love this story. Her characters are complex but lovable. Her plot line makes the book fly by because I can not wait to see what the next page has in store for the journey. This book is about Mielitta, the Queen of the Warrior Bees. She is trying to break down the barrier between Forest Citadel. You will have to read the book to see how this ends. It is worth the read for sure.

As always Manda Mellett delivers another fantastic story. I am always left wondering how the next book can top the previous but I am always left speechless. This book made me feel so many emotions, my heart broke so much, but was of course repaired in the end. Manda Mellett always has a way of making my heart ache and then bringing me joy again. I was really concerned for Hawk, many people out there do deal with depression, and do stop their lives to wonder what they are doing, and where they will go from here on out. In the other books we can see that Hawk is in love with his wife Liv and is ecstatic that he will soon be a father, but he starts to doubt himself, his life’s work, everything he has ever known. The pain Liv has to endure trying to help Hawk as much as she can, and standing by his side through it all was beautiful and sad all at once. The twists that are thrown into this book, as well as the content are fantastically written, the characters are epic and have been since the beginning. I would highly recommend this book, and the whole series to any motorcycle club romance lover.

Bargaining by Mina Chara is book 3 in the series and is a 4 star read. This book finds Friday fighting against everyone, not sure who is on the side of good or bad, her friendship with Jake is suffering and she’s getting closer to Ashley, but everyone has secrets, can Friday save the day without getting hurt? This was a quick read and I enjoyed catching up with Friday and seeing how her superhero power would stand up against everyone else’s. The ending fell a little flat for me and I’m hoping there’s more to come.

Life’s a Witch by Carrie Pulkinen a five-star read that will set your pages on fire. This is number three in the New Orleans Nocturnal series and the have just gone from strength to strength. I loved meeting Crimson Oliver in number two, she made me smile in that one and I was excited to hear that we get to see more in this instalment. This is my favourite of the series as I adore Crimson, she isn’t bad like some people think, just a little clumsy and not the best witch in the world, I think she would be me if I were a witch. This is such an easy read and will make you laugh so hard, Crimson and Mike will just make you warm in the best way, don’t miss this great story.

Hawk’s Cry by Manda Mellett a five-star read that is worth your tears. This is number two in the Satan’s Devils MC Second generation series, I have read the first generation and am now going back to read the second generation and they have just built into an amazing picture, You could pick up the second generation but I have loved them all and really do think I benefited from reading them all. I love the way Manda Mellett has with words, she will drag you into the lives of these characters kicking and screaming if needed. Hawk is a troubled man and he has his reasons for what he is thinking and I am not going to go into detail as the author does a great job of revealing the story and I am not going to spoil the drama. All I will say is that this is sublime, and done so well, I sobbed buckets during this one, as my dad went through this and he didn’t have anyone like the Devils, and I was so happy that the Devils stepped up for each other even though it’s a story it still shows us the darkness. Now get reading as you will miss this amazing story.

Hawk’s Cry: Satan’s Devils MC Second Generation #2 by Manda Mellett is a MC contemporary romance story. I really enjoy all the Satan’s Devils books in the numerous series Manda has going and the characters. They feel like family. Hawk’s Cry is the next generation from the original series where the FOG’s are stepping down and their children are taking over. Hawk’s story hit me harder than the others due to the nature of the subject as I have suffered from depression and PTSD, so it was a very emotional read for me, but it is a great story. It did take me a while to settle into but as things came to light it made much more sense. There were times I had to step away and take a break as I was riddled with emotions and my heart was breaking. As with all Manda’s books I suggest you read them in order because they all intertwine, and you will be missing out on the characters and their relationships back stories.

I can’t ever fathom how Mellett will top herself. And somehow she always does. She always writes an amazing story with deep characters, and a plot full of raw emotion. This latest book absolutely continues this tradition. Time and again I swear I will buy stock in Kleenex before I pick up another Mellett novel. And I never do. But I always have a box on standby. This book left me wrecked in an impossibly beautiful way.

Pulkinen does it again! This book is just the perfect combination of wit and romance and the paranormal. What do you get when you put a witch and demon together? Perfection. Absolute utter comedic perfection. Loved every page. Cannot wait to read more!

Extremely well written collection discussing extremely difficult topics. This was a hard read for me because of the subject and the pure emotion that I had to process while reading. But the difficulty truly helped impress how authentic these stories were penned to be. The author does a beautiful job with a topic many don’t approach or treat with appropriate levels of realism. Extremely well done. This is a sensitive subject and will be difficult to read for some. However the synopsis appropriately warns the reader. Definitely recommended reading for mature readers over 14.
