I loved that they explored the hidden desires within Summer and the dirty talking from Mayim had me fanning myself on more than one time lol.
If you are not afraid of erotica in your books and love a good story I would recommend this story and can’t wait to read more in this series or more by this author.

Eat Me by Amber Dark a steamy and sweet five-star read. This is number one in the Mayim Merman series and it shows us promise for a great series, this packs a punch and has a great story even though its only a limited number of pages. This is a great read for anyone who struggles with confidence issues, as it will just fill you as you read. I adored this story as its Mermen who we hardly ever hear from, its usually just Mermaids, and I was so impressed with the level in this one, it was kept nice and steady and hot all the way through, there was a strength to the story that shone through the Merman. This is an easy one to put yourself in, as haven’t we all been dumped and wished a hottie would make all of our dreams come true.

What an absolute refreshing quick read! This is the first book by this author I have read as well as the first in the series and boy was it grabbing. The book had me from page one and I could not put it down. I literally read it from cover to cover without putting it down.
The characters just jumped off of the pages for me. I really found that even though a short read that it was fully complete, and didn’t disappoint. I could relate to Summer’s character and it was nice to have that. I love that the author has such creative characters and I look forward to reading more from this author and series in the future.

Eat Me (Mayim Merman series Book 1) by Amber Dark was a great 5 star read. I was pulled in right from the beginning. This was my first read from Amber Dark and I really enjoyed it.
Summer is a teacher who is trying to move forward from her ex, she decides to go out to a nightclub and this is where she meets Mayim. Mayim set’s his sights on Summer and starts to seduce her. And boy does he turn up the heat, I suggest not being in public while reading this book.
Mayim is a merman who likes to help women and pleasure them. Being with Mayim gives Summer the confidence she needs in her life and goes for what she truly wants. No more vanilla.
Overall this was a great short hot and steamy read. I look forward to reading more from this author and series. The secondary characters added a great element to the story. I would suggest only 18+ readers due to content. 1-click and get started on this great read.

Eat Me is the first book in the Mayim Merman series. It’s a quick read, great for when you only have a short break but want to pack everything you can into it.
I honestly had no idea what to expect when I got this book. It was the cover that caught my eye.
First, I wish the story had been a little longer because I felt like the physical part was played up but the message that was important in this book – that we shouldn’t let a failed relationship make us doubt ourselves – gets a little watered down.
Now, in saying that, I do love the way this book shows this casual encounter in a positive light. The male lead, while enjoying the physical experience, actually does have an underlying drive to show these women that they are worth being loved by the right person.
Overall, I’d say if you are looking for a ton of intricate story line, this book is not going to scratch that itch. However, if you are looking for a short, steamy read with a positive affirmation of casual physical encounters that ultimately lead to an HEA, I’d say this would be a good choice.

Ok so Im not that into reading super sizzling hot books and the page count kind of scared me because I thought well this will be a quick sex filled under 30 minute read with no substance in the storyline.
WRONG!! I chose this book because the whole merman idea fascinated me and the cover…well…it speaks for itself!!
This was in fact a super quick read coming in at only about 42 pages, but I am amazed that at the end of this I actually felt like there was a lesson for all contained in the few pages, a lesson that everyone that has lost all of their self esteem during an ugly break up could benefit from. This book was definitely steamy and some of Mayim’s dirty talking literally made me blush.
I really did enjoy this story and not just because of the heat factor.. I loved the ending and can not wait for more in this series.

This was a great short story that i enjoyed from beginning to end. It’s one heck of a steamy read and i couldn’t put it down! The main characters are awesome & the chemistry between them is on fire! Our main MC was dumped ny her ex bf and she decides a night out at the club is the best way to get out of her funk. This is where she meets the very sexy Mayim. This is the book I never knew I needed to spring me off into the summer with! Eat Me is the debut novel from Amber Dark and the first book of the Mayim Merman Books, hopefully that means that we will get more sexy and steamy mermen to enjoy soon!I could not put this book down! I didn’t know what to expect, and I will be honest I would have thought this not to be my cup of tea. I love mermaids as a thought though so I decided when I saw the delectable cover to give this a go and not only did I eat this up, I DEVOURED it is one fell swoop. Eat Me was a short and sexy read and one that I really enjoyed! I actually think I’m in love with Mayim! His sexiness just oozed off the pages from the beginning of the story until the end. I think the blurb for the story was really good actually because I wasn’t expecting some of what happened in the story and it made it far more exciting to read! The authors writing was really good, the erotic nature of the story came through well but wasn’t over the top like I have red in other books, I really felt the connection between the characters.
