Singles and Other Singularities (The woman Scientist Trilogy 2- The Italian Saga Book 8) by Gaia B Amman is a wonderfully written story that once I started reading I simply couldn’t put it down. There were times my emotions were all over the place and felt like a rollercoaster ride. There are some very heart warming moments. This author’s style of writing and her characters are always very well developed and easily relatable. Find out what happens next in this story centered around cancer research and all the work and funding that goes into it. This is a quick read and I highly recommend reading. I look forward to reading more from this Author.

Amman is spectacular. This latest book is just as wonderful as the others I’ve read. Full of rich detail and fantastic characters. If you are familiar with healthcare, you will particularly relate to the storyline. A big story that flows easily and reads quickly. Loved it from beginning to end!

I was pulled in right from the beginning. I enjoyed the emotional roller coaster that it took me on which left me turning pages fast. This is a well written story that has great attention to details. There is alot going on but it all centered around cancer research and funding that goes along with it and the search for love. The characters are a great support to each other and made the story realistic. I highly recommend reading this book to see if love is possible for them.

By Gaia B Amman
5 out of 5 stars

The story Singles and Other Singularities (The woman Scientist Trilogy 2- The Italian Saga Book 8) by Gaia B Amman is a book that is amazing and one that I loved reading. It is the next book that features the wonderful character of Leda. I have grown to care what happens to Leda with each book that read. This story will have you wondering if she will find love. She is a scientist who is driven to succeed in her work. What does the future hold for Leda? Read this book to find out. This story has emotional moments and my emotions went up and down with Leda’s. She is a character that I want to find happiness. There are other graduate students that Leda interacts with. Some are helpful and good friends with Leda. Then there other characters who are selfish and only look out for themselves. There are moments that are sad and others that are heartwarming. Don’t miss out on the continuing story of Leda. You won’t be disappointed. I would highly recommend reading the other stories which feature Leda. This is a book that will pull you in and will not let you go until the final page.

The Immigrant: An Italian in America (The Italian Saga Book 7) by Gaia B Amman – Review by Emily Walsh

The Immigrant. An Italian in AmericaThe Immigrant. An Italian in America
By: Gaia B. Amman
My Rating: 5 of 5 stars

The Immigrant: An Italian in America (The Italian Saga Book 7) by Gaia B Amman was an exciting, original, engaging read that had me hooked form start to finish.

Not my first read from this author on n this series, so when this book came out, I snatched it up in a heartbeat! Detailed and pulling, this book has all the charm of the others in this series. Right away I fall back into the love I have for the MC, the quirkiness, the sass, the bluntness, and just the way the MC present herself, is outstandingly amazing. I love the look into what it was like to move to another county, and another culture, and see it through the MC’s eyes, and what she went through. It in itself was an eye opener, and I got to really see how strong she was. The ups, downs, the new connections and the job, I couldn’t get enough of this book. If you haven’t read the other books, no worries, there is enough in here, in regards to background that you won’t feel too lost, and as there is a new setting, and side characters, you don’t feel like you’re missing much. But I do I do suggest reading the other books, as they are amazing and just as intriguing.

Overall this book is truly a one of a kind read, that gets my super high recommendation, and my stamp of approval.

Happy reading

The Immigrant: An Italian in America by Gaia B. Amman is the seventh book in the Italian Saga, book 1 in the new spin off series. This is a series that follows the same character throughout her life. While I would recommend reading this series in order so you get the full character development it isn’t required – I haven’t read them in order and have enjoyed the ones I’ve read so far.
This book was a great addition. Leda is a fascinating character to get to know, especially in this book with the complete change of scenery. The author wrote the story perfectly. It really felt like you were there with Leda for her whole journey. You got to experience everything as she did.
I am looking forward to see what else this new chapter has to offer.

It makes it so if you have not seen the country where the story takes place, you will be able to see it in your mind’s eye. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. Having read other books in this series I had high expectations and they were met with every turning page. You can read this story without having read other stories in this series, but it’s my advice to read the other books because they are exceptional. The author does an amazing job bringing you into the story with vivid detail. This story take us on a journey with Leda when she travels to America for a year and we experience obstacles that come with being an immigrant. There were things that I probably would have never thought of being a challenge had I not read this story, it definitely gave me a better understanding and new perspective that I wouldn’t have otherwise known since I haven’t traveled away from this country at any length. I loved that I got so have small moments with some of the characters from the other books and also meeting new ones. I highly recommend this book and this author.
