I hadn’t read the previous books in this series, but I was pulled into the story from the beginning and it wasn’t too confusing. It’s a well-written story and the chemistry between Delilah and Mason is gorgeous. It’s also set against a lot of action and drama in the community. I loved the paranormal elements and it’s a gripping read. Would love to read the rest of the series.

This is my first time reading a work by Toya. I am in love with her strong characters and world building!
Delilah and Mason are hot, hot, hot! Running has become so hard for Delilah and she NEEDS to take a stand. After leaving Mason before she has no idea if he’ll be there for her again. Mason has wondered how he would continue living without her. The extent of emotion in this book grabs hold of your heart and takes you along on an amazing journey! A must read!

Electric Temptation (The Protectors Series #5) by Toya Richardson

Not the first book by Richardson that I’ve read. So far The Protector Series is amazing and each book gets better. I hope this series continues.

Delilah is running once again. This time it isn’t from the man she loves. She’s running hoping the Trackers don’t find her. Running into the arms of the man who saved her last time. The quote I chose for Delilah is: “Damn straight it didn’t. Now, may I suggest you get lost?”

Mason has never forgiven himself for being the cause of Delilah running. He catches wind that she is in danger. He hopes to get there in time to save her. The quote I chose for Mason is: “Sven’s right. You will be fine with us. Come. We can take you to a place you’ll be safe. I’m Mason, by the way.”

Highly recommended for Paranormal Romance lovers.

Electric Temptation (The Protectors Series Book 5) by Toya Richardson. This is the 5th book in the Protectors Series. They can be read as a standalone but I recommend reading them in order. Its a series full of danger, intrigue, paranormal, witches and romance. Its the story of Delilah who has found herself in trouble. She has spent much of her life running from one thing or another but when she turns down the man she loves because he won’t share his past she is even on the run from him. She’s running from the trackers and they are causing her to run right back to the one person she turned her back on, Mason. Will Mason willingly help her after she broke his heart or will he make her fight this battle on her own. Read Electric Temptation to find out!

This is the fifth book in this series. Another couple gets their happy ever after but that’s not all. The bad guys are continuing to enlist evil to help them win the war. We see a lot of the characters from past books in her as they band together to fight to save everyone. This is action, suspense and drama of the supernatural kind.

Overall I enjoyed watching Mason and Delilah find each other. This is a nice read that catches me up in everyone’s lives plus the danger to the main character and others.

This is book 5 of The Protectors series. I have read these  books before so they can be read as a standalone book however the characters are mixed in all the books. These books are an amazing mix of shifters, Paranormal, Romance and danger which keeps a reader gripped from beginning to end.

Delilah has been running all her life from one thing or another. She even ran away from her fated mate which has now put her life in danger.

With the Trackers trying to get a hold of her will she make it back to her mate Mason in time or will she get captured.

Added to this the war that is brewing between the supernatural beings and the people trying to hunt them down and capture them. After a vision the women have does this mean the end of the Protectors community or will they be able to win this war against the ones trying to harm them. How many more lives will be lost?

The plotline is face-paced and engaging. The characters are fully developed and complex. We are going to be reading about Delilah and Mason. Delilah has found herself in trouble. She has been going away from everyone and now she needs to seek out Mason to help her. Now the question will be is Mason going to help her out. I highly recommend you reading this book to see what will happen next.

Electric Temptation by Toya Richardson
Four Stars

Electric Temptation is the fifth book in The Protectors series by Toya Richardson. This is not my instant book by Ms. Richardson, but it is the first book in this series that I have read. I had no trouble following the story, however I’m going to read the rest of the books in this series. Ms. Richardson weaves a wonderful story full of action, adventure, witches, elemental powers and wraps it in a second chance romance. The world building is amazing. I found myself lost in this book and couldn’t put it down until the end. Delilah is one of my favorite characters is all of the books I have read this year. Delilah and Mason throw off some serious heat. If you love paranormal or even just romance, I highly recommend this book.

This may be my favorite yet. Richardson has woven such a fantastic tale together throughout this series. And it feels like it has all been building toward this book. This first chapter immediately drew me in. It’s full of paranormal goodness, shifters, magic, emotion, action – all the good stuff. I don’t want to give it away because everyone should have the chance to read this and watch it unfold. Just such a fantastic book.

Toya has mastered the art of storytelling. Her characters came alive on the pages and her writing style captivates the reader. An absolute page turner. She empowers her female characters and gives them the opportunity to lead. A page-turner! I always know I am in for an adventure when I pick up a novel by Toya Richardson and Electric Temptation was no exception to the rule. I once again was sucked into her magical and paranormal world with the fifth book in The Protectors Series, Electric Temptation. Even though it is the fifth it is not necessarily needed to read the whole series, but I do think your reading experience would benefit. Like I hinted at earlier, Richardson does a wonderful job of world building. You feel transported into a new place with the characters and feel as if you are experiencing things as they do. This has lots of layers to a paranormal romance, so I am sure most anyone would find something to enjoy in this little gem of a read. I cannot wait to see what the next novel will bring!

Electric Temptation is the fifth book in The Protectors Series by Toya Richardson is a great paranormal romance story. It is full of magic and shifters, witches and elementals and has a little bit of everything you want in a good paranormal story. I’ve said it before, but Toya always gives us that little bit of something more, that makes her worlds and characters charming and makes you feel a part of it.

Mason knows the stakes are high this time and he won’t let her down. Now he just has to find her and keep her safe from those who seek to take away the very essence of who and what she is.

If you love paranormal worlds with a bit of everything then Toya is a must one click for any reader.

Electric Temptation is a fast paced paranormal romance that will have you turning the pages to see what happens next. This is the fifth book in The Protectors Series by Toya Richardson and I do recommend reading in order to get the full understanding of what is going on. Once I started reading I couldn’t stop. Delilah had been running her whole life rather it be from Trackers or the man who says he loves her but wont share his past secrets with her. Now with the Trackers getting closer and closer she finds herself running to the one person who can save her ,not just from herself but the Organization. Will Mason reach her in time? Will Mason open up and tell her of his past? I highly recommend reading this to find out what happens.

Electric Temptation by Toya Richardson a thrilling four-star read. This is number five in the Protectors series, and its best to read them in order as they do read best that way. Delilah and Mason will leave you breathless, they have a second chance, but will they get chance to get it. This has magical chemistry and just a great magic overall. Take a journey with Delilah and you won’t be disappointed. I really enjoyed how the story pulled together, I gave it four-stars as it seemed to jump a couple of times, and that detracted from the story. I am sure that it will not bother many, but it did me. I will say this series is just keeps its strength up all the way.

Electric Temptation by Toya Richardson is the fifth book in the Protectors series. This is a great paranormal romance series that has a little bit of everything you could want. This book is a second chance romance to that for me very much had a will they/won’t they feel to it. I couldn’t wait to see how Delilah and Mason would work things out while also evading the danger around them. I found this book to be action packed and quite quick paced. The story kept moving at all times and it really kept the whole plot line engaging. This has been an exciting series so far and I think this is a brilliant addition to the series. I am looking forward to whatever comes next from this author.

I enjoyed this paranormal romance which is part of Richardson‘s ‘The Protectors Series’ and which had me gripped from page one. This stories main characters are Delilah and Mason who have a second chance at love when Mason goes to Delilah’s aid when she’s in danger. The ‘Trackers’ are hunting Delilah for her ‘Elemental gifts’ and she is desperate not to be captured. Even though Delilah left Mason a few years ago he knows it was because he would not open up about his past so this time around he knows he will have to talk about what haunts him, or he will have to push her away again. Although this is part of a series it can be read as a standalone story but the characters do crossover and the underlying storyline about ‘The Protector’s’ communities runs throughout the series. In this story the communities are in danger and a war is coming threatening to destroy their way of life. This is a fast paced novel with an exciting storyline and a plot which keeps you happily turning the pages. The world building is so detailed, and along with the descriptive narrative it made me feel completely immersed in the story. An enjoyable and engaging read.

This is my first time reading a book by Toya- she did not disappoint! Toya has mastered the art of storytelling. Her characters came alive on the pages and her writing style captivates the reader. I tried to squeeze in a chapter before bed and I could not put it down (thank God for coffee!!). A page-turner! I admired her creativity in the characters’ abilities, the vivid descriptions of each scene and the portrayal of strength depicted through the female characters. I was a bit sad when it ended- Electric Temptation is one of those stories that the more you read, the more you want to know- but you don’t want it to come to an end. Electric Temptation is the fifth book in The Protectors Series by Toya Richardson. This is a fabulous paranormal romance- with shifters, witches, magic, the supernatural, elemental powers, danger, high stakes, drama, and more.
The protector community is once more faced with a very dangerous situation. They are being targeted- and The Tracker’s aren’t backing down. Things will come to a head- and what happens will leave you breathless.
This is Delilah and Mason’s second chance story- where circumstances bring them back together when Delilah desperately needs his help. But The Tracker’s aren’t far behind- making for a gripping read. One of my favourites of the series, so far!

I enjoyed this book. This is not my first book by this author but it is one of my favorites by her yet. I enjoyed being pulled into the story from the beginning. It is a well written story that is engaging and will keep you turning pages to the end. There is a little bit of everything in it, from action to romance. Delilah has been running from her life for awhile now including the man she loves. Now she finds herself in trouble and has to seek help from him. Will Mason save her? Will he open up his past to her so they can be together? I enjoyed the growth between these two and the chemistry is great. I truly enjoyed this book and highly recommend it.

Here’s a bit about Toya and what she’s up to in her crazy author world right now. She writes mainly paranormal and contemporary romances. She’s married with one grown up son who works on cruise ships and has a cat called Masai. She lives near Ipswich in Suffolk, originally from Essex.

At present, she is writing two series. A Paranormal Romance Series, which she is self-publishing. Book three, Sweet Salvation, The Protectors Series will be released 10th April. She is also four book in to a Beach Reads series, which is with a publisher.

She’s also working on a new paranormal romance series called Hybrid Lovers and is partway through Captivated, which is book one. This one is a ménage between two Hybrid angel/vampires and their human fated mate. No release date as yet. A contemporary romance/comedy Christmas Novella is also planned for this year.

Writing has been her passion since a very early age when her mum encouraged her to use her imagination. Sadly, it wasn’t until the death of her mum, who was also her best friend, in 2009 that she started to take it seriously. Her mother’s wish was to see her published, which didn’t occur until 2014. And now, each book she publishes is dedicated to her.

When not writing, or reading, her main hobbies are; cinema, theatre, live bands, gardening, keeping fit, travelling, Formula One racing, darts and spending time with friends.

She has created characters that you can really connect to and thoroughly enjoy their journey. With this read, we follow Rhys & Luna’s story, its action-packed, engaging and had me turning the pages to find out what will happen next. I absolutely loved their story, their connection and their chemistry, but will the past affect their future together? I couldn’t help but hope these two get a HEA they both deserve! I really enjoyed this book. In this story there are shifters, elementals, and witches. The plotline moves quickly, but not so quick that you do not know what is going on. There are twists and turns, ups and downs, and even loopy loops. That is what kept me reading until I was done. The characters are fully developed and engaging. There is something about Luna that I have really enjoyed. I could see myself being her friend. What can I say about Rhy except Luna is attracted to him. It seems as if Rhy is interested in Luna. There is one little problem. There is something that is keeping them away from each other. Does Rhy and Luna ever overcome this problem? Will they separate without knowing if they could be together? I highly recommend reading this book to get to the answers of these questions and many more.

This is book four in Toya Richardson’s ‘The Protectors Series’ and although some of the characters cross over it can be read as a standalone story. This story concentrates on Luna, a witch and Rhys an Elemental. The pair are both living within the Protector community where witches and Elementals are not supposed to fall in love. However, Luna and Rhys can not deny the chemistry and connection between them. When Luna and her mother have to return to their homeland following Luna having horrific visions about their coven Rhys must decide if he will take a chance at love. Having returned to Romania Luna and her mother must take part in a ritual to set their souls free but Luna’s past puts her life in danger.
I enjoyed this paranormal romance with a forbidden lovers element to it and felt fully immersed in the storyline. The connection between Luna and Rhys really came through in the narrative and I was cheering them both on to their happy ever after! The plot is fast paced and full of drama and suspense as well as romance and paranormal aspects including, witches, Elementals and rogue shifters. An entertaining read and a great addition to the series.

This is  book 4 in The Protectors Series. If you love paranormal romance and mystery this is definately a read for you.

Luna loves her life. She also loves her best friend Rhys. But with troubling dreams plaguing Luna and her mum she senses something bad about to happen.

Rhys  also loves Luna and when the pair finally admit there feelings the need to work together to defeat the evil that is coming to tear them apart. Can the two lovers relationship and bond protect them and make them stronger or will something from Luna’s past destroy them both.

I loved this story. The romance element between friends Luna and Rhys was really well written and the mystery and magical aspects just brought the whole story together for me.

Enchanted Passion by Toya Richardson is the fourth book in the Protector series. This is a fast paced and exciting book that really keeps you turning the pages. The characters are really interesting to read about and the connection between them that is so strong. You really engage with them while reading the book.
I enjoyed the overall story as well. I thought it was exciting and really kept the momentum going throughout the whole book. It is a strong addition to the series and a book I very much enjoyed. If you like paranormal romance then this is definitely a series for you.
