This was a super cute read! I really enjoyed the character and the story. I usually don’t start my holiday reads until October but I’m glad I made an exception! It had all the warm and cozy feels for the genre. Ash and Holly were a well matched couple and complimented each other well.

This was a quick read for me. This book was ok for me. It moved a little slow for me and I was hoping for more action. I didn’t connect with the characters especially Mia who I found a little bothersome. Overall, the plot tied up nicely but the flow was a little stuck for me. I would read others by this author as I did enjoy the book overall.

There was a lot of different tropes woven through the plot and it worked surprisingly well but was a little much at times. I always love a swoon worthy vampire story.

I thought that the aesthetic was a driving force for the book. It started out well for me but I lost the connection around the mid point of the book. I thought that the plot lost a little of its spark for me. The author’s writing overall was beautiful in the area of description specifically with the aerial acrobatics. I will definitely be interested to read the next book.
